Consumer Complaint: I recently perused a copy of my credit report. It stated that the source of the credit inquiry was the credit inquiries listed below. However, these inquiries were not approved by me. Please REMOVE these questions from my credit report since they make it harder for me to apply for loans and get credit. Kindly forward any supplementary materials you possess about this inquiry. Consumer Complaint: This is my numerous attempt to inform you that I am an identity theft victim and that certain data in my file appear to be the result of improper activity. The documents I'm looking at have nothing to do with transactions that result in the acquisition of any property, money, or products that I have either made or approved. Block the entry of any information in my credit record that resulted from a claimed scam or extortion, assuming no one will care in any case. Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX we were lied by XXXX XXXX... bad business practice. They told us we could rent the timeshare anytime and travel anytime we wanted to. No extra annual fees or any hidden fees. They made us sign in a rushed environment. That has been the biggest mistake of my life. We paid them {$5500.00} in downpayment and monthly fees. In XXXX we started seeing other fees to pay and annual fees that they did not inform us of. In XX/XX/XXXX and forward we started communicating thru emails and calls about cancelling the timeshare because of the hiding fees and because of XXXX and all the financial difficulties we were having and still have. We told them we wanted to sell it back to them or just give it to them back and take the {$5500.00} we had already given them as a loss. They said no and have been informing the credit bureaus that I am " late '' and this has resulted in my credit score to drop. We NEVER used the timeshare at all and want them to please cancel this timeshare.
