I am in the middle of applying for a mortgage and the lender is denying me because of inaccurate information on my credit report that hasn't been removed and it is hindering me from getting my preapproval. It states that the US bankruptcy court is the furnisher, but I asked the bankruptcy court do they report data to any data furnisher and they replied they dont. If they dont furnish any data to you guys then there is no way that they are the data furnisher instead its actually you that are the actual furnisher and this account is reporting inaccurately.
