Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX illegally " evicted '' me from my dwelling. My nonpublic information was shared without my consent. In addition to the eviction, multiple filings are listed on my record prohibiting me from obtaining housing. This entire ordeal has tarnished my record and has caused a severe amount of devastation. I was not only discriminated against but my rights and the laws were violated. The LAW has made it clear that financial institutions may NOT sell or disclose my nonpublic information without MY WRITTEN INSTRUCTION CONSENT PERMISSIBLE PURPOSE OPPORTUNITY TO OPT OUT. This is a violation of the FCRA, GLBA, and FDCPA. 15 US Code 6802. Furthermore, transactions and experiences were illegally shared on my consumer reports from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. According to 15 USC 1681a ( 2 ) ( i ), reporting information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report should not be reported. The experience is the EVICTION Along with many IRS violations, there are significant levels of financial and cyber crimes committed on both state and federal levels. Section 2 discusses exclusions therefore I am demanding that the transactions and experiences of this account be removed from all consumer reports. In addition, it's in direct violation that a financial institution directly or through any affiliate, disclose to a nonaffiliated third party any nonpublic personal information unless such financial institution provides or has provided to the consumer a notice that complies with section 6803 of this title.15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( 1 ) The Option to OPT-OUT was not given. Reporting such transactions and experiences such as payment history for example is sharing my personal information with the consumer reporting agencies. Due to the nature of these violations, The following fees shall be incurred pursuant to 15 USC 1681e 15 USC 1681g 15 USC 1681i 15 USC 1681s All credit reporting agencies will be liable for XXXX per day for reporting this false and fraudulent information. After 14 days there will be a XXXX attorney fee added. In addition, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and Transunion Rental Screening and all other parties involved will be liable for XXXX per day for FDCPA violations and unfair and deceptive practices. Pursuant to 15 USC 1692. If this matter is removed within 3 days I will consider all parties whole and drop all claims against every institution. If the matter remains unresolved I will be forced to take legal action including but not limited to reporting this activity to all government entities and agencies. These institutions include the IRS, SEC, FTC, FBI, FinCEN, OCC, FCC, HUD CFPB, all applicable Governors DA, Attorney Generals, and The Department of Justice bringing litigation and arbitration amongst all parties. The company only verified the information did not ask them to verify the account. and the information shared is illegal and i was not given the opportunity to opt out 15 USC 6802 in regards to sharing my non public information which again has tarnished my record and prohibiting me from obtaining future housing. Within the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) : 15 U.S. Code 1692e : Prohibits debt collectors from engaging in unfair or deceptive practices, which could include ignoring or failing to acknowledge legitimate disputes.Thank you in advance for resolving this issue the second time

Consumer Complaint: I have sent letters over and over again to Transunion to please open my credit file so that I can see it, I have yet to do so. I am not able to view my credit report with TransUnion. I ask the CFPB to please ask TransUnion to open my credit file but they have flat out refused. Each time I go through all the steps it tells me at the end they can not do my request at this time This is plumb crazy. They have flat out refused to open my credit file.

Consumer Complaint: I having been calling Transunion for four months because I can not access my credit report or score. When I try to access my credit report or score from any online platform, it send back an error telling me to contact transunion. Each time that I have contacted transunion ( a total of 3 times ), I am told that I have multiple reports in the system and a report is being done and sent to a specialist department. Each time, I have not gotten any feedback and the problem continues. I am in the process of trying to buy a home and even the bank can not access my transunion credit report or score. This is holding me back and as a consumer I should have access to all of my reports and scores. I want this issue resolved immediately.

Ive had this account for 7 years it still active and it has not been added to ANY of the accounts. XX/XX/XXXX called XXXX gave them my social again to report to all three Bureaus and they sent it over several times and XXXX nor Transunion nor XXXX added my account. XX/XX/XXXX called spoke with XXXX credit bureau specialist unit at XXXX they will send credit report and gets on credit report 5 business days after but it was never added XX/XX/XXXX called XXXX added a consumer statement to add XXXX stated it is my account confirmation # XXXX I added a consumer statement on XXXX confirmation # XXXX XX/XX/XXXX again For same reason with XXXX account ending XXXX XX/XX/XXXX credit Bureau Specialist Unit spoke with XXXX They reported it on the XX/XX/XXXX. She re-reported today XX/XX/XXXX as an Intercycle Update sending over what data is today as of Freedom card XX/XX/XXXX It should take 3-5 business days Friday/Monday of Next week to be added to Reporting Agencies Transunion XXXX and XXXX It was NEVER added Call all three Bureaus Again to make sure there is a consumer note XX/XX/XXXX called XXXX sent a consumer note called Transunion department priority escalations added Consumer Statement. Called XXXX updated consumer statement confirmation number # XXXX XXXX to follow up with statement to add these to my Credit it was never added to any of my cresit accounts. XXXX account ending # XXXX is my credit card account and it is active and it SHOULD be on my credit on XXXX, XXXX and Transunion and it is NOT
