Consumer Complaint: As per the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), outlined in 15 USC 1681, it is imperative that consumer reporting agencies uphold their responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a deep regard for consumer privacy, as stated in 15 USC 1681 section 602 ( a ). XXXX, XXXX, and TransUnion function as consumer reporting agencies, while I am the XXXX. My right to safeguard my private information from dissemination is supported by 15 USC 6801, which underscores the obligation of financial institutions, including ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ), to respect customer privacy and safeguard nonpublic personal information. Referring to 15 USC 1681 section 604 ( a ), section 2, it is established that any consumer reporting agency may only furnish a consumer report with the written instructions of the concerned consumer. Both ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ), the financial institution, and the consumer reporting agencies, XXXX, XXXX, and TransUnion, lack my consent, which includes verbal, non-verbal, written, implied, or any other form, and I hereby revoke any and all such consent. According to 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( c ), a financial institution can not disclose nonpublic personal information to a nonaffiliated third party without providing the consumer an explanation of how to exercise the nondisclosure option. Unfortunately, ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) never informed me of my right to exercise this option. Moreover, 15 USC 1681C ( a ) ( 5 ) explicitly prohibits consumer reporting agencies from including adverse items of information in consumer reports without authorization. This account, reported as an adverse item without my permission, violates this provision. Under 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 ( A ) ( 1 ), it is unlawful to furnish inaccurate information to consumer reporting agencies. XXXX, XXXX, and TransUnion are failing to maintain reasonable procedures in line with this requirement. Additionally, 15 U.S. Code 1681e mandates that consumer reporting agencies maintain reasonable procedures to avoid violations of section 1681c and limit the furnishing of consumer reports to the purposes listed under section 1681b. XXXX, XXXX, and TransUnion are not adhering to these standards. In accordance with 12 CFR 1016.7, I am exercising my right to opt out of reporting services for the following accounts : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
