Consumer Complaint: XXXX This is my TransUnion file number from my last complaint, which you state in my first complaint file " might take 15 days. '' It seems TransUnion has not responded nor to you or me, nor has attempted to repair all the problems and therefore, does not understand their grave responsibility to report correct, verified and permitted information with MY WRITTEN CONSENT per 15 USC 1681 section 604! They have not attempted to fix ALL of my information per the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681 section 602 states, " There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumer 's right to privacy. '' TransUnion is a consumer reporting agency and I am the consumer. I have the right to make sure my private information isn't shared which is backed by 15 USC 6801, which states, " It is the policy of Congress that each financial institution has an affirmative and continuing obligation to respect the privacy of its customers and to protect the security and confidentiality of those customers ' nonpublic personal information. '' TransUnion removed accounts that I did not ask them to remove, but to show that I was in good standing. Now they're not even there or they're incorrect. Fixing the easier things like the misspelling of my name, I have only 1 name, XXXX XXXX and none of the others, which have already been disputed by me over the phone with them, and then with you in my last complaint. Also, my multiple addresses that aren't mine as they are un-mailable or addresses I never had as I only have one address!!! Finally an account that I NEVER had that is still on the report. It's not my account never was my card, but there was Identity Theft because someone USED MY CREDIT to GET A CARD and it wasn't me! Finally I am opting out of your reporting services per 12 CFR 1016.7!

Issue: Problem with a company's investigation into an existing problem
Subissue: Their investigation did not fix an error on your report
Consumer Complaint: I am writing to complain and show proof of the fact that I have no fault in my XXXX XXXX XXXX account becoming delinquent, as XXXX employees misdirected and misled me by giving me false information and directing me to disable the important XXXX XXXX XXXX feature. Lets start from the beginning. When I activated my XXXX XXXX XXXX account in XX/XX/2023, a problem arose where all of my direct deposit income stopped going into my checking account and went into my XXXX XXXX account instead. I didnt want this to happen, so I contacted XXXX on XX/XX/2023, and I explained to them I wanted my incoming money deposited into my checking account as it always did. XXXX then gave me inaccurate information, leading me astray. They mistakenly instructed me to disable the XXXX XXXX XXXX feature, stating that I had XXXX XXXX XXXX feature turned on, and therefore, once any direct deposit hits my account, itll automatically transfer into my XXXX XXXX account. And so, they advised me to disable XXXX XXXX XXXX feature, in order to stop my direct deposits from going into my XXXX XXXX account. However, this was incorrect, as the XXXX XXXX XXXX feature has no influence on the allocation of my direct deposit income. Later on I learned that what XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX feature actually does is it guarantees that my XXXX XXXX XXXX accounts monthly bills are paid automatically, but what disabling XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX feature does is it stops the XXXX XXXX XXXX account from becoming paid automatically, so this led to my XXXX XXXX account not being automatically paid, which its supposed to do by default. They never mentioned that Ill need to make manual payments because of the feature being disabled. They just lied to me by stating that disabling the XXXX XXXX XXXX will make all of my direct deposit income go back into my checking account instead of my XXXX XXXX account. A major deciding factor which made me get the XXXX XXXX XXXX account was reading in their marketing that the accounts balance gets paid automatically, which meant I didnt need to worry about making manual payments. However, XXXX employees disabled this safety feature in my account. Soon after, in XXXX, I received emails stating that I had to make a payment of {$160.00} by XX/XX/2023, or they could report my account as delinquent. So, on XX/XX/2023, I contacted XXXX again multiple time, as I didnt understand what was wrong and why was I receiving emails stating my XXXX XXXX account could become delinquent if I didnt make a payment, but XXXX employees repeatedly stated my account was in good standing and with no balance due. They were supposed to tell me that the email was accurate and that I needed to pay by that date, just as they reported to credit bureaus. But XXXX employees lied to me again, giving me misinformation and misguiding me as they stated that theres nothing I should be worried about, because I didnt owe any money and so, my account wouldnt become delinquent. They also told me to ignore the emails, as there may be a glitch in the system. I later learned those emails were actually valid, as my account became delinquent. This has ruined my XXXX good credit, making it drop XXXX points. Now they're reporting to the credit bureaus that my account was delinquent, and theyre blaming me for not paying my bill, but I was only following their instructions on the proper use of their product and service, which they assured me I had nothing to worry about, as it was a glitch in the system and my account wouldnt become delinquent. Ive also filed a complaint with XXXX through member supervisor XXXX and the internal investigation dispute id number is XXXX. Below youll find images proving my multiple communications with XXXX. They also have proof of our communications. This has ruined my good credit rating by making it drop XXXX points and I now have bad credit. Although Ive made multiple complaints, XXXX still hasnt responded. Ive also disputed the one and only negative information reported on my credit report, but XXXX continues to reply to the bureaus, stating the information is accurate. They have taken no accountability in the situation. In closing, XXXX employees wrongly advised me on multiple occasions. First, I was told to turn off an important feature XXXX XXXX XXXX of the XXXX XXXX account that was supposed to stay enabled, and second, when problems arose, XXXX staff insisted that there was no problem in my XXXX XXXX account, and that I had nothing to worry about, that I should ignore the emails which stated my account was at risk of becoming delinquent because of a required payment. The bill payment wouldve happened and my credit wouldnt have suffered, if only they didnt lie to me.
