Consumer Complaint: I have been going through troubling times. I haven't been able to receive any financial help through my credit due to false information reporting on my credit. This Account has several inaccuracies that relies within it and after asking to verify and remove the problem was never fixed. In Accordance to the FCRA ( Fair Credit Reporting Act ) 15 U.S.C. 1681, requires credit reporting agencies to adopt reasonable procedures for gathering, maintaining, and distributing information. It also sets accuracy Standards for creditors that provide data to agencies. Cleary this law was not followed through, if I am STILL seeing inaccurate information on my credit reports till this day. Each of the credit bureaus is not correlating with each other and I am suffering due to incorrect and inaccurate information that is reporting, when this account was not mine in the first place.
