Consumer Complaint: I was reviewing my credit report with Transunion Reporting agency and discovered an inquiry from XXXX XXXX that was done on XX/XX/. I have never applied for any credit or services from this Bank / Company. I called them directly and ask what this inquiry was for and was told they do not have any record of me making application to this company. I asked that this inquiry be removed from my Transunion credit history and any other agencies that they use.

Consumer Complaint: This consumer reporting agency TransUnion LLC is in violation of 15USC 1681a ( 5 ) for furnishing data that is inaccurate, incomplete and unverifiable on my report. I obtained a copy of my TransUnion report and notice 11 accounts with inaccurate data that violate the following sections of the LAW : 15USC 1681 ( B ), 15USC 6802 ( B ), 15USC 1666 ( b ), 15 USC 1681 ( 2 ) ( a ) ( i ), 15 USC 1692 ( g ). This agency failed to conduct a proper investigation and provide an original signed consumer agreement between me and each person or company, where I gave them written authorization or permissible purpose to contact this agency to furnish an account using my nonpublic personal information as per 15USC 1681 ( B ). This agency also failed to provide me with all three of my privacy disclosures ( a-c ) that each person or company allegedly disclosed to me before contacting TransUnion with my nonpublic personal information as per 15USC 6802 ( B ). This agency also failed to provide me with each original statement that each person or company sent out 21 days before each late transaction was reported as per 15USC 1666 ( b ) in which, any transaction reported is a violation of 15USC1681 ( 2 ) ( a ) ( i ) where congress clearly states that all transactions or experiences to any person are EXCLUDED from my consumer report. Transunion LLC knowingly and willingly violated several laws and according to 15USC1681 ( e ), it is their obligation to ensure maximum accuracy of the information that is getting reported on a consumer report. Due to these violations and the data being a direct result of identity theft, the consumer reporting agency, TransUnion must remove the 11 inaccurate and incomplete accounts listed in my notice sent to them on XXXXXXXX or face legal action for noncompliance.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to file a formal complaint with the CFBP regarding fraudulent accounts that have been inaccurately reported on my credit report. These fraudulent accounts are damaging my creditworthiness and financial standing, and I am seeking your assistance them promptly removed. Under the provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting, I am entitled to accurate and up-to-date information on my credit report. It has come to my attention that the following fraudulent accounts have been reported : Account name : XXXX XXXX account number XXXX Date opened XX/XX/XXXX Account name : XXXX XXXX XXXX account number XXXX Date opened XXXXXX/XX/XXXX Account name XXXX XXXX account number XXXX Date opened XXXX I did not open or authorize accounts, and they are the result of identity theft ot fraudulent activity. I have taken the necessary steps to dispute these accounts with respective creditors, but to no avail. Despite providing evidence of the fraudulent nature of these accounts, they continue to negatively impact my credit report and financial well being. I am requesting that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau intervene in this matter and facilitate the removal of these accounts from my credit report. The CFPB mandates that credit reporting agencies ensure the accuracy and integrity of the information they report, and it is clear that these accounts do not meet that standard. All of these accounts must be removed from credit report.
