Consumer Complaint: This vehicle on account was a total loss in XX/XX/2021. Vehicle was paid off. Never received statements of true balance that needed to be paid after GAP insurance paid the auto loan. XXXX XXXX has been reporting negative on my credit report since XX/XX/2021. Explained to company, I am not assuming debt however recieved judgement from attorney of balance. Payment was paid in full in the approximate amount of {$750.00} with the agreement the negative reporting be removed. Negative reporting was still on my credit and has a negative impact on my credit score. No monthly payment reporting was updated on the credit report accurately. All my payments are reported late. I requested documentations to show what payments were actually late or due on time and never received anything back from this company. When I called, the representative was very rude and didn't provide help. A few days late, I see a change in the comment under this account as " settled for less amount '' which negatively impacted my credit score.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/ I exited my rental lease early at the apartment property ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) a XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX Arizona, due to an extremely bad experience, XXXX, apartment conditions etc. A short while after moving out I received a bill for certain charges. Two of the main charges were for the carpet which was only in the bedroom and a piece of vinyl flooring. While I was a tenant, I requested that the vinyl flooring be fixed. It was a small rip in the flooring ( Photo attached ) The maintenance individual stated at the time of request to fix it, that it was not something he could fix. I ended up being charged {$970.00} and it was actually fixed after leaving. I was also charged {$170.00} for the carpet that had some discoloration in the bedrooms. I was also charged for drywall issues which they cut due to water damage. ( Photos included ) We utilized an app called ( XXXX ) to make maintenance requests. Below are photos of many of the requests and I made to maintain the conditions of the apartment, Just to avoid being charged. I asked the district manager and to explain how I was charged so much. I also have attached a video of what the flooring looked like when I moved. I was sent a ledger and bill which is also attached but I do not believe that the amount was equivalent to the condition I left the apartment. At most all the all flooring needed was a carpet cleaning which is required and mandatory in all units when individuals move out. And I do not believe that the small piece of Vinyl in the photo was almost {$1000.00}. I know individuals who have moved out with more extensive damage and I dont believe the charge was as much.
