Consumer Complaint: I am a victim of identity-theft. I am writing to request that you block all the following fraudulent accounts in my files with Transunion, XXXX, and XXXX. This information does not relate to any transactions I made. I did not authorize anyone to use my personal information. I hereby exercise my legal rights enacted by The Federal Trade Commission, which explicitly states when a victim files an affidavit it shall beg honored by all credit bureaus and all fraudulent information must be blocked within 4 days and proper notification shall be given to all furnishers pursuant to section 605b of The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. Failure to comply shall lead to complaints being filed with The Better Business Bureau, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and Attorney General with legal action of your companys unlawful collection practices, misrepresentation of reporting inaccurate debts, and noncompliance to adhere to laws enacted to help those who are victims of identity-theft. I request that an extended fraud alert be placed in my file explaining that fraudulent applications may be submitted in my name. Do not extend credit without first contacting me personally and verifying all applications.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX bought a loan from XXXX starting XX/XX/202 for our XXXX installation. We have had this loan for about 8 years and never missed a payment. XXXX said they transferred XXXX XXXX payment over to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX has been contacting me since XXXX saying we are late and they never received payment. I sent them bank statement proof through the online portal. They said they don't see it. I have called them at least twice a month from XXXX through XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX did a 3 way call with them and me and verified payment was received and sent over. They also sent an email that day with accounting proof of payment. My credit score has been tanking recently since they are showing me delinquent over 60 days. There is only one number to call which is customer service. I can not speak to anyone in authority there. They promise someone will call me after every phone call. I have yet to hear from anyone. They are still saying I owe now for XXXX, when they payment was made on XX/XX/XXXX.

XXXX XXXX XXXX has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. 15 U.S.C. 1681 section 604A section 2 : States a consumer reporting agency or person can not furnish my account without my written instructions. According to 15 USC 1681i ( 5 ), they are supposed to modify accounts that aren't reporting correctly. I own that house and I rented it out. My mail continued to go to that address and someone used my information without my knowledge. The information they have is false information. There representive was very unprofessional.I gave them my personal phone number so they would stop calling my job.
