Consumer Complaint: I have informed numerous companies that I am exercising my rights to opt out of any reporting and sharing of my Non-Public Personal Information under the Privacy Act of 1974. The companies listed in the attachments have all disregarded my rights as a private American and federally protected consumer. Consumer Complaint: A third party company is reporting on my credit that I owe them the sum of XXXX. They are calling, harassing and sending letters demanding payment. I do not nor at any time had a contract with this third party company. I do not owe any money to them and they have no right to report it on my credit reports. I requested a wet signature, document with the reported amount owed, the company that the original contract is with and documents of amount claimed to be due, third party contract and any or all document with my signature on them. They refused to provide proof of this debt and any signed contract. I have no knowledge of the sums they claim are due nor an explanation of the reported sum. Third parties must provide original contracts, when requested by the consumer with signature to ensure they are reporting accurate information. And must be held responsible for reporting inaccurate, unverified information without documentation when requested by the consumer and when reporting to any agencies. Consumer Complaint: Starting the XXXX of XX/XX/XXXX my XXXX XXXX which had a {$1600.00} credit balance but zero ( {$0.00} ) charge balance suddenly had charges appear. To XXXX credit I was notified of sudden charges that did not fit my pattern. They were all eventually removed from my account ( mid XX/XX/XXXX ). I found out that the person who committed my fraud problem actually changed all of my information on my account from address to email accounts. I could not verify my identity so that I could get everything monitored. I was requested to send a copy of my drivers license and a letter verifying my identity. They acknowledged the letter and reset everything. In XX/XX/XXXX I was notified of a {$2600.00} Charge Off ( CO ) from XXXX was recorded. I tried to access my account and again I was not allowed as it was not my personal information that was on my account. They refused to acknowledge my information and demanded another letter with my personal information attached. I again complied and sent a copy of my initial police report on the theft in XX/XX/XXXX. I have sent copy after copy of the report. The investigator in New Mexico has provided his personal cell phone and email address as well as the investigations department number and email for any and all creditors to validate the fraud. Now I can not get them to take off the fraud which has destroyed my credit and I can not complete the purchase of my house due to this fraud. I am a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX veteran. Who is XX/XX/XXXX and if I did not have the kindness of a relative my family and I would be homeless. Please intervene. I can provide copies of the aforementioned information.

Consumer Complaint: Recently I did an investigation on my credit report which caused XXXX XXXX upon me and found that accounts that I had reported as fraud and identity theft are still open and reporting on my report. On XX/XX/2023 sent in my FTC identity theft report and police report, placed a fraud alert on my credit files, and requested that XXXX, XXXX, and Transunion STOP reporting accounts that were opened fraudulently, despite their reckless, careless investigation. I have provided the companies with proof of identity theft of my personal information and a police report. I also reported the suspect XXXX XXXX who stole and had access to all of my personal information while Living with me. According to FCRA, everything HAS to be 100 % accurate on my credit report and these accounts violate not reporting 100 % accuracy. Furnishers & Bureaus need to be held accountable for reporting false and inaccurate information that they CAN NOT 100 % verify. I have attached the following documents sent to XXXX, XXXX, and Transunion on XX/XX/2023 : FTC Identity theft affidavit/report Police Report Signature confirmation that the bureau received the supporting documents.
