Consumer Complaint: I submitted a complaint to the CFPB on XX/XX/XXXX, about an erroneous account on my report. On XX/XX/XXXX, the CFPB responded and closed the case with unsatisfactory results. I sent a follow-up letter to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX asking for method of verification and proof of validation of alleged account. According to the Consumer laws the bureaus must report accurate information. How can this be accurate if two different reporting companies are reporting different information for the alleged account? I have not heard a response from XXXX. I have also informed XXXX that I did not authorize Inquiries that are reporting.

It must be removed ASAP. Also, my check systems report has many errors including my date of birth of XXXX XXXX, XXXX which is in accurate it must be deleted because my correct date of birth is XX/XX/XXXX, XXXXalso, my check system has many addresses which are all in accurate. My only correct address is XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX. Please removed this information from my credit report, pursuant to section 15 U.S. Code 16815-2 ( B ) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Stating Information alleged to result from identity theft If a consumer submits an identity theft report to a person who furnishes information to a consumer reporting agency at the address specified by that person for receiving such reports stating that information maintained by such person that purports to relate to the consumer resulted from identity theft, the person may not furnish such information that purports to relate to the consumer to any consumer reporting agency, unless the person subsequently knows or is informed by the consumer that the information is correct. These inquiries are all unauthorized and must be deleted asap under The Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), 15 U.S.C. 1681 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( b ). These inquiries are unauthorized please remove them thank you.

However the credit bureaus completed the investigation and stated the accounts were 100 % accurate and this is not true. According to the law 15 U.S code 1681a- Definitions rules of construction. The term investigative consumer report means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumers character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends or associates of the consumer reported on or with others whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. However, such information, shall not include specific factual information on a consumers credit record obtained directly from a creditor of the consumers or from a consumer reporting agency when such information was obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from the consumer. I would like to know who they spoke to. How did they complete this investigation
