Consumer Complaint: I have tried several times requesting documentation and for the creditor to stop changing my credit report constantly. I've disputed with the credit bureau with no success and here a previous time before. My rights have been violated and I want my report to be corrected and the false reporting to stop. It clearly violates the FCRA. This company goes from voluntarily to involuntary repossessions they have garnished wages without notice then they have a wage assignment that clearly is not lawful as it does not have our social security numbers on it as required by Illinois law and we don't even remember being signing it let alone it being explained to us. They say they resold the car for an amount of {$2500.00} when it sold a few times after that for {$7500.00} or more. We have never been giving a notice that they were going to sell it, where it was sold, and when we ask about documentation for the deficiency they just write whatever they want or type it out on a paper with nothing to back it legally that they got {$2500.00} for it. They have put on our credit report that it was repossessed in XXXX of XXXX then again they put it on there in XXXX of XXXX. They've done a hard inquiry on our credit report the month of XX/XX/XXXX for no apparent reason We have never applied for credit since with them. They have moved the terms from 44 months to 94 months They are constantly changing things on the credit report and it needs to stop. I want this resolved immediately. Enough is enough and this needs to be looked at The paperwork I've turned in needs to be looked at etc It's not being looked at or it wouldn't be on my credit report like this. And besides the above problems.. this company completely ignored the governor of Illinois executive orders during COVID. Wages being garnished as well as a repossession because it was voluntarily repossessed but they've changed it back and forth on our reports so if they go with the repossessed they shouldn't have done that during that time because it was COVID and an executive order was in order by state of Illinois governor. I don't think it's right companies like this keep getting by with playing on people that have to use such car lots because of credit problems or because of income. They need to be held accountable. And turning off someone's car during COVID and for that person not to get to the doctor. As I said in a previous complaint CFPB took other car companies to court because of the same issue turning off cars keeping people from working or seeking medical attention. I hope this is the investigated to its fullest and the resolution of this matter is taken seriously and done properly
