Issue: Problem with a company's investigation into an existing problem
Subissue: Their investigation did not fix an error on your report
Consumer Complaint: I am writing to file a formal complaint against TransUnion, XXXX and XXXX for their failure to respond adequately to my previous dispute letters. I believe my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) have been violated, and I am seeking your assistance to address this matter. On XX/XX/scrub> XXXX XXXX, I initially submitted dispute letters to the respective credit bureaus, disputing the accuracy of certain information on my credit reports. My dispute letters included details of the inaccurate information and evidence supporting my claims. As required by law, I expected the credit bureaus to conduct a reasonable investigation into my disputes and respond within the stipulated time frame. Unfortunately, despite my efforts to engage with the credit bureaus and my commitment to resolving discrepancies on my credit reports, I have received little to no response from them. I have not received any meaningful communication acknowledging the disputes I raised, nor have I been provided with the results of their investigations.

Issue: Unable to get your credit report or credit score
Subissue: Other problem getting your report or credit score
Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX - No Change XX/XX/XXXX - No Change XX/XX/XXXX - No Change XX/XX/XXXX - DROP XXXX XXXX ( REASON listed NONE ) Not only is there no reason for the drop if anything all balances decreased, and age of accounts got greater which should have increased scores. When I pressed Transunion their line was my mortgage hadn't reported!!!! What a joke! Trust me if I didn't pay my mortgage, the mortgage company would be letting the credit bureaus know about it so just proves this is all made up. Also, when they did report on XX/XX/XXXX showing everything was good that balance along with other loan balances all decreased while age of accounts got lower and Transunion gives me XXXX XXXX back of the XXXX, they reduced my score for NO REASON. THIS STINKS OF INCOMPENTECY or worse CORRUPTION!!!!!! Is TransUnion affiliated with the banks now in a scheme to line everyone 's pockets. XX/XX/XXXX - XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX - XXXX increase XXXX XXXX : This is a flat-out INSULT. Transunion drops my credit score by XXXX POINTS with no explanation and then only increases it by XXXX XXXX. CFPB needs to do its job! This stinks of corruption and cooperation with financial instituations and a system designed to line the pockets of everyone at the expense of the consumer. THESE CREDIT RATING SYSTEMS ARE GARABAGE AND MADE UP!!!!!!! I guess I want to know where the corruption starts and ends. Clearly the banks and insurance agencies are corrupt. So now the credit bureaus are part of the scam too? I mean I guess I shouldn't be surprised they were all in on the financial crash of XXXX when it came to rating mortgages.
