Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/2023, I noticed two charges on my TD bank credit card in the amount of {$310.00} each for XXXX XXXX tickets. I immediately called the bank because the charges were still " pending '' and I was told until they posted there was nothing that could be done about it. Once the charges posted, I called back and disputed the purchases again and they gave me a provisional credit for the {$620.00} that was charged to my account. Next month, I was checking my account and noticed the charges had re appeared. I called the bank back to find out if my new credit card was also hacked, and they explained to me that they took away the provisional credit because the purchase was made using my card number and the zip code and CVV number which meant it wasn't fraud. I have since appealed the case 3 times, all being denied and I don't know what else to do. I have done everything that the bank has asked including fling a police report and bringing them a copy of it. I didn't make these purchases and I called and let the bank know they were fraudulent before they were even posted. The bank is now insisting I contact the FBI and fill out a report with them. I currently have spent over 5 hours on the phone and had to take off of work for 2 days in regard to this situation. I feel scammed by the credit card company because I let them know right away that these purchases weren't made by me and they did nothing about it and now they say there is nothing they can do.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 I received a purchase order from XXXX for delivery to California. I contacted XXXX because I didn't make the purchase. I found that my account was hacked and they placed several credit cards in American banks in my name. The banks are : TD Bank, XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX. I don't know if more accounts have been opened in my name, I would like to alert all companies, as I have never used a credit or debit card with American banks.

Consumer Complaint: I Filed a complain with XXXX complaint XXXX. I have an account with td bank for a XXXX I purchased through ramour and Flanigan. I paid down balance from XXXX to XXXX and apparently they said there was deffered interest and amounted to about XXXX. I was set up on XXXX and didn't receive notice/ statement that this was going to happen or I would of just paid it off. I called company and they said there is nothing they can do. I have to pay the XXXX deffered interest charge plus the interest of XXXX dollars a XXXX it was charging. I just feel if there was deferred interest they should send the XXXX statements in the email but instead it just emails you saying a payment is going to come out and doesn't say anything has changed. I looked up td bank and they have XXXX of complaints of similar stories online. Consumer Complaint: I was scammed out of {$5000.00} for an online vehicle purchase from a company supposedly based in Maine but was doing business under an address in Pennsylvania. The company, XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX located at the said address of XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX, ME XXXX had vehicles listed for sale, that I came to find out were actual vehicles for sale from other dealerships throughout the US. They provided me a Bill of Sale, XXXX with matching VIN number, video walkarounds of the truck as well as tracking details when the truck was " enroute ''. I communicated with a gentlemen who went by the name XXXX as well as another gentlemen " XXXX '' who was the driver and everything seemed legit. I even did a bunch of research prior, confirming the LLC as " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' registered at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, PA XXXX. This LLC was registered since XXXX and the payment I sent was to their TD Bank account, which I still have all the account details for. I have since tried contacting TD bank and they will not help me as I am not a customer, and essentially have told me to kick rocks. I did contact my bank, XXXX on Saturday XX/XX/XXXX the day after the wire transfer to make them aware I believed it was fraudulent. They told me they would attempt to contact TD bank but that is basically all I have been told and that more thank likely this money is gone. I am not sure to what extent the bank can go to refund my money, but with the amount of details I have, there has to be something that can be done. I plan to press charges against the LLC but am filling a formal complaint against both TD Bank and XXXX for the lack of effort and support from a FEDERALLY INSURED financial company. There needs to be more action with regards to scams and I will take this as far as I need to. The FBI, FTC, Attorney General and XXXX have all been contacted as well.

Under 15 USC 1681 Sections 602 states I have the right to privacy. 15USC 1681 Section 604A Section 2 it also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions under 15USC 166B a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open and consumer plan late for any purpose.

Consumer Complaint: I am submitting a new complaint because TD Auto Finance has not provided me for an adequate response. So I will put it plainly : The TD Auto Finance website granted me a month extension took my money and added additional interest rate payments to my account. After the fact, TD Auto Finance reneged on the extension that the website granted, while still charging me an additional interest rate for the extension. The person who responded to my last complaint claimed falsely that they tried to reach out to me. I received no voicemails or phone calls from them. TD Auto Finance made an error and is charging me money for the error that they made, in violation of their own agreement. I tried multiple times to fix this using their customer service, however, every time I called the number provided, I was sent to voicemail. The calls were then returned by blocked phone numbers which were flagged as spam by my cell service carrier. I would like TD Auto Finance to be held accountable for their mistake and to fix it.

Consumer Complaint: I wrote a check on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of XXXX XXXX ( {$2000.00} ) dollars. I was helping someone pay their relative for a car. The debt was settled another way, and my check was never cashed but, unbeknownst to me, the person apparently held onto it. This person and I no longer speak, but just a few days ago the check was submitted via a mobile banking app deposit and my account was hit with the check that was dated over two years ago. The bank that accepted the mobile deposit even told me when I asked about this in person today ( XX/XX/XXXX ) that it should not have cleared because it had been more than six months since the check was written. However, once they found out I was not a customer at their bank, they told me there was nothing they could do, and refused to help me or look into it. Because they cleared this check that was over two years old, my entire checking account and most of my savings account was wiped out without warning. I have a digital copy of the dated check, and a copy of the back of the check showing a deposit date of just a few days ago. This should not have even passed through the bank due to how old it was and now I am out XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: my credit card information was stolen on 3 consecutive cards with TD. I spoke to a representative XXXX XXXX who spoke to both XXXX and the TD fraud department as well as credit card department. I was told I had to cancel token as this was the way the fraudster was access the information. I was given three new card numbers and each time the information was charged not shortly after by fraudster. I was told by TD that there was nothing they could do and this would be my responsibility to resolve. I was forced to cancel my credit card account hurting my credit score due to TD and XXXX XXXX inability to keep my card information from being stolen weeks after receiving a new credit card number.

Consumer Complaint: My secured credit card with a {$300.00} limit was charged on XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for a total amount of {$2900.00}. Upon looking at my statement I immediately called TD and disputed the charge and closed the card. After waiting my dispute was denied because of chip on chip transaction. Again I disputed the charge and received the same answer. I called for a third time and said they would try again but it would most likely be denied. TD bank failed too send alert for the transaction or verifying it being that my card only has a {$300.00} secured limit and cant be charged more than that and i have only mad transactions on my card for under {$20.00}. This morning i noticed another charge from the same company for {$190.00} and was told from TD that i have too wait to try and dispute it, even though i still havent received my new card yet from them.
