Consumer Complaint: A credit card application was completed in TD bank branch. Forms were emailed. Then TD never responded about application. Reached out to branch and XXXX number, was told there is no information in system reflection credit card application. Received email from TD Bank for credit card prescreening promotion. Went into branch and sat down with branch manager. Provided personal information along with PCN number for application. TD system gave issues for processing application again. There seems to either be an issue with the particular branch ( branch XXXX ) or the system is biased and false advertising promotions intentionally!! TD credit card practices are deceitful or intentionally targeting specific clients to not process applications thoroughly and properly!

Consumer Complaint: This is regarding a closed issue # XXXX in which I am disputing the late fees and finance charges on a closed account with TD Bank XXXX I PAID WHAT I OWED ON THIS ACCOUNT AND WILL NOT PAY ANY LATE FEES AND FINANCE CHARGES. This is outrageous - I paid what I owed on this account period. I advised TD Bank that all my accounts were to be closed in XXXX, XXXX I was never made aware that this one account was still active. I would like to know as stated by TD Bank when, in fact, I received two waivers in the last 12 months which is what they are stating in their response. Their billing system is quite confusing and I did request a waiver at one point in the last year and this would only be the second, and it should go back to when the original charge was made. I have accounts with numerous banks and TD Bank I closed because of the confusing way they credit and debit charges. All I am asking for is for them to waive the finance and late fees on a closed account. I have not used any of TD accounts or charges other than the two charges of {$4.00} which I paid immediately when I became aware that AOL charged this account. Please reconsider and advise me accordingly or what other options I have to take.

Consumer Complaint: I'v been charged extra tax on my device alone on my XXXX order XXXX Each item has a break down of taxpre shown on my FIRST STATEMENT but everything was apart of a bundle and purchased in ONE TRANSACTION. These items were apart of a pre-order promo for the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I used XXXX financing that's backed by XXXX Bank to make the purchase, tax is 6 % where i reside. According to my statement the balance before taxes was {$1000.00}. I was charged an extra {$60.00} in taxes for taxes my phone ALONE it shows {$740.00} and i was charged {$100.00} in taxes for it. At 6 % sales tax my total balance that i should owe is {$1000.00} not {$1100.00}. My buds and watch were taxed correctly at 6 %. My transaction summary on XXXX shows {$1100.00} vs my TD statement of {$1100.00} a difference of {$12.00}. A statement and transaction summary/receipt should have the same amount of charges no more, no less. I'm pretty for sure people aren't catching on to these extra charges being added to the statement. I wasn't born yesterday {$740.00} doesn't equate to {$100.00} in taxes. Being charged extra is not what i agreed to.

TD BANK JUST PAID OUT {$1.00} XXXX IN SETTLEMENT FOR FRAUD PONZI SCHEMES BY ONE OF THEIR OWN FINANCERS. IF THE DEPARTMENT WAS NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE INFORMATION THAT CONSUMER SENT, THEN PROPER AND PROFESSIONAL THING TO DO WOULD HAVE BEEN TO RESEARCH THIS INFORMATION WITH THEIR INVESTOR RELATIONS OR INDENTURED TRUSTEE AND INFORM CONSUMER OF THE PROPER WAY TO REMIT LAWFUL PAYMENT.
