Issue: Problem with a credit reporting company's investigation into an existing problem
Subissue: Their investigation did not fix an error on your report
Consumer Complaint: This particular account situation that is lately filing on my own credit document has a seriously unfavorable relation to my personal ability to obtain a present loan application. I highly recommend you generate verification that Credit Union has been reported completely in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act regulations, it's really a serious problem to misreport. More confirmation of the aforesaid item too. My proper request must over, I was never 30 days/60 days/120 days late in any of my payments and I'm not greatly tuned in to the date opened so I prefer to ask you be investigated as soon as possible and confirmed to be correct. Thanks!

Consumer Complaint: On or around the week of XX/XX/XXXX we received two phone calls from Raymour and Flanigan XXXX stating our furniture would be delivered to XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, PA. We called the number left on the voice message and told them we did not purchase any furniture and certainly not to that address. They stated, Ok, we must have had the wrong number. I logged into my TD bank ( Raymour and Flanigan ) account on Sunday the XXXX and found two charges one dated XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of XXXX and one dated XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of XXXX. I immediately called TD bank and alerted them to the fraudulent charges. They placed the charged in dispute. I also called Raymour and Flanagan 's fraud department, spoke to a man named XXXX, who confirmed that the orders were placed online at the XXXX store and the buyers were supposed to come in an confirm identity. He also confirmed the above delivery address. He was supposed to check the store camera 's to see who the people were. He opened fraud case and assigned a case #. TD bank sent me a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX confirming my dispute. They sent a letter again on XX/XX/XXXX confirming the above amounts were in dispute. They sent me a letter on XX/XX/XXXX stating a credit would be placed on my account for the full amount. XX/XX/XXXX I get a invoice directly from Raymour and Flanigan with a new account number which I did not authorize with two identical lines items listed as " balance transfers '', totally ignoring my original dispute and their own case #.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX I called TD Auto finance to pay my monthly truck lease. When I called their number ( XXXX ) the telephone prompts sent me to another department which notified me through phone message that they were closed. My calls started at XXXX XXXX central standard time. Eventually, I pressed XXXX to get to a customer service operator. The agent informed me that I was 90 days past due. There was a draft issue with my account so payments did not draft in XXXX. The agent sent to a collections agent which advised me of my options. I made a one-time payment of {$1100.00} on Friday, XX/XX/XXXX. I also made and additional scheduled payment of {$370.00} to be drafted from my account on XX/XX/XXXX. The collections agent told me that the Repossession order was canceled on my vehicle. The entire collection of phone calls lasted until XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. The next morning my vehicle was repossessed. When I called the customer service department, they told me that nothing could be done until Monday ( XX/XX/XXXX ). They also could not inform me of where my vehicle was located in order for me to retrieve my personal items. My work items were located in the vehicle. Currently, I have not reported to my job in 3 days. Monday morning ( XX/XX/XXXX ) I started calling the collections department at XXXX XXXX and the a resolution was reached at XXXX XXXX that same day. The collections agent after putting me on a 20-minute hold stated that she confirmed with her supervisor and determined that my vehicle was wrongfully repossessed. She apologized and stated that a new worker made a mistake and did not cancel the repossession. She stated that my truck would be released and that I would not have to pay fees. When I tried to retrieve my vehicle the tower informed me that the yard closes at XXXX XXXX and that I owed a {$370.00} storage fee. I will miss the fourth day of work and I will have to pay {$370.00} dollars to retrieve my vehicle.

Issue: Getting a line of credit
Subissue:
Consumer Complaint: Back in XX/XX/2019, I applied for a SBA Business Line of Credit with TD Bank. Shortly after, I was pre-approved for a SBA Business LOC of {$100000.00}. A few days after submitting the necessary documents I decided to apply for the same LOC at XXXX XXXX. As expected, I was pre-approved for a SBA Business LOC for {$100000.00}. Long story short, I eventually closed on the XXXX with XXXX XXXX without any issues. However, TD Bank eventually denied my application. When I asked them why? The XXXX Banker informally stated that due to my outstanding balance with the IRS, my loan could not be approved. However, I explained to the rep that, although I have an outstanding balance, I do not have any judgements, liens or defaults against me. The outstanding balance is due to a pending review and my payments are current. More importantly, I explained that another major bank had a approved me and I provided TD with my closing documents. TD Bank insisted that the denial of my application was valid and that I would receive a formal denial letter within the mail. However, its been over a month and I have not received any documents explaining the reason for my denial which has led me to believe that I am being discriminated on for either my race and or gender. I would like this situation reviewed and a valid explanation be provided.

Consumer Complaint: I made a payment of XXXX dollars to my Target credit card on XX/XX/2020. I checked my account on XX/XX/2020 and my credit limit is XXXX dollars instead of XXXX dollars. The funds were withdrawn from my bank account as a payment to Target. I called Target CS and they told me that even though I made a payment of XXXX dollars they are holding a credit of XXXX from my credit balance. They are refusing to tell me why. I have never had this happen before.

Issue: Managing an account
Subissue: Deposits and withdrawals
Consumer Complaint: TD Bank I had opened a new account 2 months ago. I put my first paycheck in ( paper check for the first time ). I called into the customer service to see how long I would have to wait until I can access my money and begin paying bills. My paycheck date is XX/XX/2020. I put my check into the bank on XXXX I realize because of XXXX day on Monday XX/XX/2020, access to my funds would be delayed a day because of the holiday. I called the customer service line and the lady said that my funds would be ready on Wed XX/XX/2020. And that was a conservative estimate. She also said that I would be able to access {$100.00} of my money right away. So on Wed XX/XX/2020, I checked my account online, and I see that they still were not available. I finally called in and was informed that they placed a hold on it, ( they never told me this ) and will hold it until XXXX XXXX at the earliest! This goes well beyond and hold! This is my paycheck! I can not pay bills, those that I paid going by what the original lady told me, now I am being charged {$35.00} over and over! This violates any FDIC rule! They simply can not hold my money for well over a week and never tell me when and why! I need my medicine! This is held so long that my next paycheck will arrive before these funds are released! I need some help with this!

Subissue: Transaction was not authorized
Consumer Complaint: Someone impersonating TD bank guided me through a process that resulted in me having {$1000.00} deducted from my checking account. I immediately contacted TD bank while the transaction was listed as pending and they said they couldn't do anything about it until after it posted. Once it posted, they then told me that I could dispute the transaction. They then denied the dispute. If they were going to deny the dispute, why didn't they just tell me this in the first place instead of making me waste an extensive amount of time and energy beyond the {$1000.00} they already gave away.

Issue: Managing the loan or lease
Subissue: Loan sold or transferred to another company
Consumer Complaint: Origination of the loan was XX/XX/XXXX. After being in a bad car accident XX/XX/XXXX I fell behind on payments _2.5months worth ( and I explained my situation and submitted documents regarding my car accident ). My car was then repossessed the same day I received notice in the mail. The notice stated we had until XX/XX/XXXX to retrieve before the car goes up for auction. My car was retrieved XX/XX/XXXX from the impound lot and my payments have been up to date since. Fast forward to XX/XX/XXXX, attempted to register the car and the PA DMV states the title was transferred to VA address on XX/XX/XXXX. I was in possess of the vehicle when the switch to the title was made. I reached out to TD Auto Finance and was told by one of the reps that the switch was done in error and that my account stated do not process because I was in possession of the car. I then reached back out to PA DMV and they stated that this is done quite frequently ; and unfortunately the registration can not be renewed if the info is incorrect. Contacted TD Auto Finance several times but to no avail. I then submitted a complaint with XXXX and approx. 2months later the process started moving ( approx. XX/XX/XXXX ). I spoke to TD Auto Finance again in XX/XX/XXXX asking them how much longer would it take to correct the title info, because I have been paying a car note for a car I can not drive due to expired registration ( 3 months now ). I asked if I would get some form of credit or compensation because of this and was said no. Summarizing what was said to me, I was told because it was once re'poed there is really nothing they can do. When the car was repossessed I paid over {$2800.00} in past balances, repo fees, processing fees, and reinstating fees. After paying all that money out I believed my car was my car again. To learn that the title was flipped after I retrieved the car and paid my due seems unfair.
