Consumer Complaint: I have a Target REDCard with a small balance. I tried to set up automatic payments in XXXX, like I do for all of my bills. I thought I had done so. I never received a notice or bill until XX/XX/XXXX when target advised me I was very late on my payment and late fees were due. I have tried unsuccessfully to make an automatic payment of the balance due. Target simply responds to me that there is nothing it can do, and that I must pay the substantial late charges I have returned all of the items purchased from Target. I have sought technical assistance and still can not set up automatic payments online. The website is not easy to use in this regard. It will display all of the checking account information I insert to authorize automatic payments, but it is difficult or impossible from that point to do anything else. Apparently, even though i did all of that, no payment from my account was actually made. I have contacted target multiple times by phone, but no one to whom I have spoken either can or will do anything at all to assist me. This is simply unfair and must be illegal conduct.

When reporting the theft to my bank I was told that I was being locked out of my account with no way of being able to access the account. When returning to the United States and entering my bank location on XX/XX/XXXX I was refused service when requesting my bank statements from the previous year dating from XX/XX/XXXX by XXXX XXXX bank manager of TD Bank id number XXXX, consequently I closed my account. I believe TD bank which claims to be america*s most convenient bank acted with malice and discrimination towards me and i will be seeking legal action.

I spoke with XXXX representing td bank today, XX/XX/XXXX and shes only aware of a promotion for that for the first 60 days but my paperwork shows 90 days and it's what I was made aware of when I opened my account. I have had almost 1000 in direct deposit since opening. XX/XX/XXXX would of been my 90 days and all of my direct deposits were made from jobs by the end of XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/19 I went to Raymour & Flanigan. I exchanged a defective chair and purchased 2 more chairs. The difference was {$490.00}. I said to put it on my already open finance account with them. I had a {$1600.00} credit limit available. The sales person mistakenly put thru the total amount for both chairs and did not apply the credit for the defective chair. I received a call from credit asking if I wanted my limit increased, I said no because it is not necessary. I clearly told them do not run my credit. They did, apparently by mistake. I reported this immediately as I received notification from XXXX that my credit had been run. I called the store and their credit department a number of times and expressed my concerns and that they had to fix this. I never authorized my credit being run. To fix this they removed my credit report from their system, but they failed to notify XXXX of their error, so the inquiry is still there. I am trying to refinance a house and can not have any inquiries until this closes. Now I have to cancel that, lost the locked in interest rate and lose the money I have paid up front. I called XXXX, they were no help. They said the dispute has to come from Raymour.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I received a mailer from local attorney 's advising me that a suit had been filed against me in XXXX XXXX County by TD Bank. After searching the county database I found the court record that on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX had filed suit on behalf of TD Bank ( complaint not available for view ). I have not received proper notice prior to the suit to request a validation of the debt. I believe the suit is meant to be an INTIMIDATION tactic and is an EXAMPLE of a PATTERN of ABUSE of the legal system practiced by this collection agency. I am unaware of any debt owed to TD Bank - I am unaware of any certified correspondence sent to my home or business validating the debt. CASE NUMBER : XXXX CASE STYLE : TD BANK USA, N.A. V XXXX, XXXX After speaking with on XX/XX/XXXX they stated that they did not show a lawsuit in their system. They claim a validation letter had been sent about the debt. This pattern of abuse of the legal system should be considered a violation of the FDCPA Sec. 808 ( unfair practices ). This firm has a long history of misrepresenting balances, validation and filed complaints by consumers. This agency needs to be sanctioned and fined if NOT sued by a class action.
