Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I walked into the TD Bank located in XXXX, FL ( XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX ) in XXXX XXXX, FL to resolve charges that were not mine ( dispute them ) ; and obtain a new debit card ( since the one that I had was not registering all the transactions I was making. ) That day, I walked out with only a new debit card ; and was told by XXXX and XXXX, a.k.a. XXXX, that all disputes are to be made over the phone. Also, both women allege TD Bank only has one account under my name. I'm alleging they have at at least two, XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX, because I keep receiving mail with two names ; and I continue to see two maintenance fees. After two plus hours of trying to talk sense into these women, we got no where. I got up, and made a NEGATIVE account positive by depositing {$100.00} cash into a new account that has NONE of my history from XXXX of XXXX - XXXX of XXXX. My history should go from XXXX of XXXX to present day. In conclusion, I've gone ahead and attached two pdf files with images that reflect what activities are NOT mine, and why TD Bank needs to place back into my account {$97.00} and remove all the XXXX and XXXX XXXX fees ; followed by all the XXXX XXXX fees, and explain how my account was made negative on XX/XX/XXXX ; but I was still able to withdrawal {$160.00} with a {$10.00} ATM fee on XX/XX/XXXX and obtain a receipt that reflects POSITIVE {$15.00}. And then use my card TWICE in XXXX, FL on XX/XX/XXXX ( after XXXX XXXX. EST ) for {$2.00} each time ; and have NO Problems ; but guess what, those two transactions are MISSING from this NEW online account. This confirms TD Bank gave my REAL account to someone else, allowed this person to create a fake account that did not pass the test. So, I had to make this " new negative '' account positive ; and that's a crime! Also, my card was never used on XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX ; why does this new ledger reflect that I do? Why did XXXX have to hand me TWO different printout with the names XXXX XXXX if there's only ONE account? ( see the images in the kic attachment ). XXXX XXXX pages 1-15 ; and then XXXX XXXX pages 1-2 ( that's the new account ) and it has NO HISTORY prior to XXXX. They need to admit they duplicated my account and I'm being disrespected ; insulted.

Consumer Complaint: I bought a vehicle from XXXX XXXX. Ive bought well over 100 vehicles from them. They had a new person that had put the wrong address on my paperwork. The paperwork was not sent to me in a timely manner for me to set up automatic payment. The dealership also had a Covid out break and nobody was there to help. Ive tried to talk to td finance but to no avail. Ive got documentation from the dealership proving the issue had nothing to do with me and out of my control. Ive spent well over 13 hours trying to talk to td finance to only be transferred around and nothing being resolved.

However, I was not notified either by telephone or email that a payment had been missed; resulting in a 30 day late Negative Item on my credit report. I called, wrote and disputed the Negative Item and have since paid the account in full. As a long time cardholder, I have diligently paid this account by or before the payment due date. Your assistance with my dispute is greatly appreciated.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I received two emails from TDBank.com " welcoming '' me as to the opening of : 1. a TD Beyond Checking account ( XXXX ) and a TD Growth Money Market account ( XXXX ) and 2. a TD Convenience Checking account ( XXXX ). I called them immediately and was told by their agent ( XXXX ) that they would be reported and " flagged ''. Then on the next day ( XX/XX/XXXX ) I received another email from them reporting the two Debit Cards ( presumably one attached to each checking account ). I immediately called TD Bank and spoke with other agents ( 6 over 3 days ) -- each time I tried to get through to the Fraud Department I was required to give my SSAN to the agent ( s ) in order to progress to a solution. I called on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX and finally got through to the Fraud Department . She ( XXXX XXXX said that the accounts were " flagged '' and I could not get anything in writing ( either USPS or email ) confirming that I had reported this problem to TD Bank or that they were actually closing any of these accounts. I asked to speak to a supervisor and finally got through to XXXX who would not give me any kind of trackable number or name that I had actually tried to close any accounts. She told me that I would have to get a police report and subpoena TD Bank in order to effect a resolution. Over the 3-day period, I was on hold or working with multiple TD Bank agents for over 5 hrs. I am sure that the person who went on-line and opened these accounts spent less time than I did in trying to get my name off of these accounts. I wrote a " snail mail '' letter to the CEO of TD Bank but I am sure that I will receive NO response.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/22 Received via US mail a packet of blank checks from TD Bank, with an account opened in my name, and the checks had my name, address, and cell phone number printed on them. These were unsolicited materials, and I did not open an account with TD Bank. I do not have any business with TD Bank. XX/XX/22 Received via US mail three separate letters from TD Bank, each addressed to me, each referring to different bank account numbers and each documenting deposit and credit transactions that I did not make, with bank accounts I do not have. XX/XX/22 I reported the account/bank fraud to TD Bank , and confirmed with three credit bureaus that my credit is frozen. XX/XX/22 I will be contacting my personal bank to report banking fraud in my name, and I will be contacting my local sheriffs office about the TD Bank fraud.

Consumer Complaint: A checking account was opened at TD Bank in my name. I have never heard of this bank, nor have I ever opened up an account with this bank. I did not speak with anyone by phone and I do not just randomly go to unfamiliar websites. I received 2 checkbooks and one book of deposit slips as if I opened the account.This bank could be a fraud, so I have not reached out to them. I am requesting this account to be closed. Thank you.

First I called the company that makes the checks and she transferred me to the bank. was on hold for 40 min. guy answered asked me account number debit card number or my social security number. i gave the account number cause i was sure as XXXX not giving out my social. he claims he would take care of it and transferred me to fraud and i have been on hold for 1 hour. My address is on the checks but my old number is on there.

Consumer Complaint: Complaint against TD Bank. Received debit card and XXXX sets of checks in mail all with different account numbers week of XX/XX/2022. I did not apply for or authorize the opening of any accounts. In attempting to report the issue and close the accounts TD Bank refused to provide any documentation regarding account opening unless under subpoena. TD Bank also refused to provide any traceability information to follow the request to close the accounts. Lastly TD Bank would not close the accounts until resolved by their investigation team and would not provide an expectation date of contact.
