Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX, 2022, I noticed my TD bank debit card was not in my wallet. I logged into online banking to lock the card and noticed a XXXX balance when the balance should have been over $ XXXX. It appears someone used my card with PIN at ATM machines every day until my account was drained. I have had this account for years and never had a history of using the ATM let alone daily to take cash. I am dumbfounded that the bank 's system did not notice daily ATM withdrawals. Furthermore, the thief appeared to be checking the balance causing a {$3.00} fee each time. How does TD banks fraud system not notice this activity and allow a customer 's account to be emptied? I am hearing impaired and while using Relay to talk to the first TD agent I was treated rudely and as if I was stupid. I was then passed onto the Fraud department and was treated very rudely. I am not a thief and I do not like the bank that I have been a customer at for years to treat me as such. I live between XXXX and XXXX. I explained I have no problem getting a police report if XXXX can do one over the phone as I am at my home in XXXX at this time. The fraud department did not even say goodbye or give me any type of reference/case number she just hung up on the relay operator. Very unprofessional and if a proper investigation is not completed I will seek any and all actions necessary to have my funds recovered.

Pursuant 15 U.S Code {$1600.00} ( C ) and you assume civil liability pursuant 15 U.S Code {$1600.00} ( K ). XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has violated my federally protected consumer rights : 1.15 U.S Code 1642 2.15 U.S Code $ 1681M 3.12 CFR 1002 Since the letter you sent me dated XX/XX/2022 is both a proof and evidence that I have been discriminated against, you are also criminally liable.TD Bank should resort to reasonable procedures to rectify this affair and compensate me for the use of my social security number. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 I received an email from TD Bank congratulating me on opening 3 accounts with them ( 2 checking and 1 savings ). I thought the email was Spam so I disregarded. On XX/XX/2022 I received a packet from TD bank by mail which contained checks and deposit slips. These checks and deposit slips had my name, XXXX XXXX, and address. They also had a phone number which does not belong to me ( tried calling and its dosconnected ). I contacted TD Bank regarding these 3 fraudulently opened accounts and they did in fact close them and are researching the matter. I am contacting your company to make sure that this gets reported to all 3 creditors and doesn't affect me in the future.

Back in XX/XX/2020 They offered Forbearance plan to me by letter dated XX/XX/2020 due to Covid -19 pandemic. Even though on the letter it does not mention Covid-19 pandemic, I took that offer and took a break on my mortgage payment for 2 months. Now I am applying for a new refinance by a different lander they found out that I had a Forbearance plan in XXXX.They are asking me to get a letter from my current mortgage bank to say that the Forbearance was offered to me for Covid-19 pandemic. I called TD bank my current mortgage bank to say that it was related to Covid -19 Pandemic .They are refusing to give me that letter saying that the offer of Forbearance was related to Covid-19 pandemic. This is making difficult for people like me to get a better rate for refinance mortgage.

Consumer Complaint: I currently have a Target Store credit card. I received an offer by mail XXXX 2022. Target wanted to phase my Store card to a Target MasterCard. The letter stated I had to notify them by XX/XX/XXXX or they were going to change my Target store card to a Target MasterCard. So if I had not read the document in detail and called to stop this process, Target would have sent a card I did not want AND AT A HIGHER INTEREST RATE. This is a new practice and should not be legal. Consumers receive many credit offers by mail that require approval or activation. Consumers should not have to take any action to deny these multitudes of offers. New marketing scam from a company I used to respect.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022, I started receiving emails thanking my for joining TD bank with numerous accounts, CD account, checking and savings accounts. I had never in my life tried to open an account with TD Bank. I had never heard of this bank in my entire life. I immediately called the bank 's customer service number and was shunted to the fraud department. I was asked for my SSN which I did not give out as this seemed very fishy to me. On the XXXX I drove to the nearest branch of TD bank in the adjoining state. I provided my social security card, passport and driver 's license. I was treated harshly and was told my SSN was not involved in said accounts and I was to told to not worry about this fraud. I was told that this is a normal clerical error. Today, XX/XX/XXXX, checks from this account were mailed to my prior address, and I assume an ATM card is to follow. I find it very strange that my XXXX name XXXX prior address XXXX email address associated with this account could be the result of a clerical error. I again called the Fraud Department at TD BANK and was assured that there was nothing wrong with this scenario. I need help to end this nightmare of inefficiency perpetrated by TD Bank. This is obviously a case of fraud but they are not the ones to face the problems this will create. Please help me in this matter as I have no one else to turn to. Thank you, III
