Consumer Complaint: ON XXXX XXXXXX/XX/2022 I received a text fro TDBank with my first name welcoming me to the account giving me a reference number and telling me it would be a snap to finish setting up the account. searched online and found the XXXX number to TD Bank and called them to see if an account was opened in my name and the representative verified an account was opened in my name with my address. She told me to call TD Bank Fraud. I called TD Fraud and was told that the investigators would send me information. I requested that the account be closed because I DIDNOT open the account. I was told they could not give me information but that someone would be in touch with me. I asked for a confirmation number of something to verify it was closed and was told I couldn't have any information, but that his name was XXXX and that the call was started at XXXX on XX/XX/2022. I was also told that a letter would be sent to me. I was not told when the account was opened nor what type of account nor if the type of activity on the account. TD Bank was very unhelpful but they allowed someone to open up a fraudulent account.

Consumer Complaint: I received a letter and XXXX bank statements from TD Bank. I have never banked with them and did not open any accounts with them. The letter I received was informing me that one account was over drawn. I contacted the banks fraud department to report that I am not the one that opened these accounts. They did not ask me for any identifying information just the account numbers on the letters and then told me I would here back from them in 30 days.

Consumer Complaint: I have used TD Bank for many years and have actually enjoyed their service. However, since the pandemic began TD has closed a large number of branch offices and does not have stand alone ATMs ( that I know of ). As a result, I now have to drive nearly 20 miles to access a TD Bank branch ATM of pay a {$3.00} fee. It would make sense if these ATM fees were eliminated as TD is saving a great deal closing all these branches.

Consumer Complaint: TD BANK - Wasted 3 hours of my time on several different phone calls. Different people say different things - but the problem was never resolved It was a ride for me on a merry go round. On XXXX I disputed a charge of XXXX. In XXXX i got a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX from the dispute department saying it was resolved in my favor and a credit was applied to my account. NEVER HAPPENED. Called - and was told it would be taken care in 7 business days by XXXX in the dispute department and it took more than an hour- to get to them. NEVER HAPPENED. called XX/XX/XXXX XXXX said it was not to be found. - another half hour. XX/XX/XXXX, closed the account and was told the XXXX would be sent to me. called XX/XX/XXXX XXXX- in Credit cards to XXXX in dispute to XXXX the obnoxious toad in customer service. The merry go round went around but - no {$14.00} The ladies were very nice and polite. But XXXX is discouragement for people to use TD Bank. which will die to lack of customers and incompetence of staff. I used TD Bank from when it was XXXX Bank. This never would have happened then, decades ago. Now I would never trust TD Bank - if they XXXX up with small numbers they would probably do worse with large amounts.

Consumer Complaint: I recieved 2 different Visa debit cards from TD bank which I never have or even heard of them. I called them a few weeks ago and got their fraud XXXX. and they said they took care of it. Today I recieved checks from 2 different accounts which I did not order, as I am typing this I am waiting for them to take my call for these checks. I did not nor do I want these. I have locked all3 Credit Bureaus a month or so ago because I recieved a card from XXXX XXXX XXXX which they informed me they caught and stoped it before I did.

Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX, and I am sending this request myself to address the inaccuracies on my Credit Reports. I have a loan with TARGET/TD with the account XXXX. The current status should not be showing late because I think I paid on time. This just proves that XXXX Credit Bureau lacks proper record keeping. Now, this account is reporting to be late, yet it is closed and the balance is XXXX. Lets correct this immediately. The Bureau is required to verify for them, but they failed to neither verify nor update me about these complaints. Provide documentation that the Bureau has not abrogated my rights by reporting false information, otherwise fix these accounts immediately. CORRECT THESE FOLLOWING ACCOUNTS COMPLETELY FROM MY CREDIT REPORT.
