Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX I was trying to add funds into my XXXX XXXX and it declined it went onto the td bank app instead to XXXX come to find out Im locked out my account. I called td asap since Im unaware as to whats going on in my account since Im outside the US. The rep told me my account was closed due to a XXXX that was being disputed and told me go to a branch for my info. I returned back to the US on XX/XX/XXXX went to a branch for the rep there tell me to wait for a letter that she couldnt give more details. Now we in XXXX I called few days ago to td bank to follow up since my funds have been frozen due to the account closure. The rep that helped straight told me they was charging back XXXX transactions that I had received apparently I cant accept payment unless they personal and that for me to go thru my statements and reach out to all who td is refunding back

Consumer Complaint: TD auto finance is showing as an account that not only has a balance but that is still open and that it was included in a bankruptcy, which dropped my score XXXX points. I disputed it with XXXX as well as XXXX around XX/XX/XXXX and its not changing. I spoke with TD auto on XX/XX/XXXX spoke with XXXX who said the account shows as a total loss in TDs computers thus there should be no more reports and account was reported as closed. XXXX claimed the dispute was finished on XX/XX/XXXX and didnt change the information. I contacted TD again on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke with XXXX who said again the account is closed as of XXXX with TD and yet credit bureau is reporting false information with the account still open as of XX/XX/XXXX. I have once again disbuted this with XXXX and XXXX and they are NOT FIXING THE INACCURACIES! They are ruining my credit score and doing nothing to fix the wrong information by saying its true when the company ( TD ) clearly shows different and correct information.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, I have an account with XXXX XXXX aka Nordstrom Card Services. They recently reported my account as overdue past 30 days to my credit file and my XXXX score dropped XXXX points. Due to the Covid epidemic, I was visiting my elderly parents for the first time with my children in over 2 years. I have never had a late payment with Nordstrom and I pay my balance in full every month. I used their poorly designed app to make my payment but apparently it did not go through. I did not realize this, because they NEVER sent me an email regarding my statement or a missed payment. They sent me DOZENS of promotion emails encouraging me to spend more on my card, but no notification that anything was wrong with my card. I came home from visiting my parents and received a notice on my credit monitoring that my XXXX score had plummeted XXXX points. I have EXCELLENT credit- over 800+ and was shocked. I immediately investigated and called Nordstrom and they refused to be helpful, lied to me during the conversations about their responsibility and never escalated my situation to a higher level despite the fact that I am a 8 year cardholder with exceptional payment history. I am so incredibly frustrated I will no longer remain a customer. Please help me with this situation. Thank you.

Consumer Complaint: Target red card was notified of fraud on my account on XX/XX/XXXX, I told them that all of the charges for XXXX were in fact fraudulent. They mailed me out paperwork which I quickly turned around and mailed back in on XX/XX/XXXX. Even though I sent in the fraud paperwork showing that the entire balance is in fact fraud, they still charged me a finance charge on XX/XX/XXXX. I am worried they are going to attempt to charge me more finance charges. I have officially suspended payment on this account as of today XX/XX/XXXX, payment is due XX/XX/XXXX. They have not sent me any notice that they have received my paperwork even though the 30 day deadline is quickly approaching. I have tried calling Target Card Services and they keep bouncing me around from person to person without any resolution in sight.

Called the number on the card XXXX them due to the pandemic I had been unable to use the card for its intended purpose for a dinner and when I checked it there were charges on it. They told me the {$22.00} charges on it were an inactivity fee and there was nothing they could do about it. I thought this kind of taking money from a gift card had been stopped years ago. Very disappointed with TD Bank. I'll be closing my brokerage account with them.
