Consumer Complaint: I purchased furniture from XXXX XXXX XXXX and its the credit card issued they said this card would not be charged until o received my product the purchase was made XXXX XXXX with a eta of XXXX it is now XX/XX/XXXX I still have not received the furniture but my card was charged. This is unethical and caused me to lose 30+ point on my credit. After the eta wa a passed the contract became void and this card should not have been charged i reached out to the furniture company because its hard to get in contact with a representative at both places I want this fixed the card was charged XX/XX/2022 XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I have a charge off on my credit report from TD BANK N.AXXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, I have been trying to settle this account for many years but there is no phone number to be able to settle the account. I have most recently summited a dispute XX/XX/XXXX, as well as mailed in a letter to all of the credit bureaus, only to get a mailed statement back of the account. I am not disputing the amount, I am disputing being able to get in contact to be able to settle so I can get this report off my account. I have called TD BANK/XXXX directly for them to have no information regarding account, despite the charge off continuously being reported. Because I have summitted prior disputes, I am now unable to continue to put in disputes even though the issue hasn't been resolved. How is this fair to consumers to be forced to have this charge off with no way to settle? I've called the credit bureaus costumer service with no advice. I'm taking all the steps that I can with no resolution and my credit score is suffering because of it.

Consumer Complaint: I had XXXXwo on-time pay accounts with TD Auto with no problems. On the third account opened in 2014 with XXXX on time payments, TD Auto decided to not pull my ACH payment and failed to notify me so my account was listed as delinquent. I reported this to the CFPB Complaint # XXXX and TD Auto sent a letter saying that their policy had changed and they were correcting the delinquency. Not only was the issue not corrected, but another late payment was added to XXXX. TD then stated that it would take 60 days for the credit agencies to fix the complaint, it's been over 90 days now and the problem has not been resolved. I respectfully request that TD correct this error immediately. Thank you

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 i filed for Bankruptcy. 1 month Prior to filing, i completely paid off Target. I had a XXXX balance as of XX/XX/2022. I asked Target to please close my account. For whatever reason they never closed it! Target was not on the petition of the bankruptcy because it was no longer a debt. It was completely paid off 1 month prior of filing. This was before i was completely sure if i was going to file. Even my attorney told me it was not required on paid off accounts especially those that were paid off a month before filing. After i filed bankruptcy, Target took it upon themselves to report this account including in bankruptcy when it was clearly not part of the bankruptcy petition. It should of stated closed by consumer. They took a 2 year positive exceptional payment history, and turned it upside down into a negative status when there was no money owed! You are only required to include DEBTS THAT ARE OWED in a bankruptcy petition, not every account that are reporting. Paid off accounts are excluded from a bankruptcy. THEY ARE NOT DEBTS!!! Especially since the account was completely paid off prior before filing the bankruptcy petition. TargeXXXX was suppose to close the account back on XX/XX/2022, but did not! They took a positive exceptional account, and turned it upside down! Why??? This is Illegal and is a violation. Who are they to change the laws? I was a good paying customer, and they made it look like the entire account was charged off in the bankruptcy. Why would i pay you then? They are reporting incorrect information on the credit report. When someone pays off a debt, they have to get credit for paying it on time. It was paid early. They are reporting it like i was delinquent when i wasn't! You can not report incorrect information on a credit report! People sue millions of dollars every year for careless acts like this! I want to file a complaint against Target for damaging my tradeline with incorrect information reporting. They refused to remove it when i called. They have no clue what they are doing. They are hurting my credit report when they did this! Every account matters even in a bankruptcy. This is the one account i wanted to walk away in good standing. They are making me look bad! If i ever want to get another account with them, They will see i filed bankruptcy on them and burned them, when i didn't! Is this right or fair to me??? Its basically telling the credit reports that i did something wrong, when i didn't. I was in good standing with them, not the other way around!

I set those payments up for automatic recurring ACH payments from my checking account. This was account XXXX according to TD Retail Card Services . I made an additional purchase from XXXX XXXX XXXX furniture store on XX/XX/XXXX. This was a deferred interest with payment, expiring on XX/XX/XXXX. I set those payments up for automatic recurring ACH payments from my checking account. This was account XXXX according to TD Retail Card Services . As my promotionalTD Retail Card Services XXXX XXXX XXXX was going to expire, I had an accrued interest of {$490.00} on # XXXX. I called TD Retail Card Services toll free number XXXX a number of times, and was repeatedly told ( on a recorded line ) that there was no way for me to direct a specific payment to the expiring promotional sub account. I was placed in a situation of either paying off the entire account ( both purchases ), or my deferred interest was going to post to my account. I felt coerced, and paid the entire balance off of {$2400.00}, as it was evident to me that their business model is to force the consumer to have that the deferred interest post to the account. I complained to XXXX XXXX XXXX also, since their corporation made me, the consumer, deal with the finance company that they choose to do business with. Nobody was willing to do anything to address this, and I hope you can, as I am now short on cash as a result.

Consumer Complaint: I did a bank to bank transfer on XX/XX/2022 between XXXX and TD Bank. Within my XXXX XXXX, I transferred {XXXX} from TD Bank personal checking to my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXk personal checking. I checked my balance today XX/XX/2022 and XXXX XXXX has a hold on my account until XX/XX/2022. This is unacceptable. I called XXXX XXXX and after 80 mins of multiple department transfers, I was told that they couldn't see a valid reason for the hold but couldn't make my funds available. I also called TD Bank and they stated that yes the funds is not available in my checking account but they couldn't reverse the transaction so I can cash the check instead and that I had to wait until XX/XX/XXXX for my money to be available. TD Bank also had no reason for the delay in the transactions. I would like the funds released immediately and for banks to be held to the same standards as consumers. The money was cash money deposited in TD Bank. No reason for the hold for 5 days. Unacceptable behavior by TD Bank.

These accounts were open by the thief that stole my identity a long time ago. i noticed so many incorrect information that did not pertain to me and that i never used before. Like my name that was changed and addresses that i never lived at before. Also the accounts that were not ever opened by me. I immediately filed a Police report with the XXXX police department and contacted the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION to file a police report as well as an IDENTITY THEFT REPORT. I then submitted my complaint to the credit bureaus and nothing was done with supporting documents. I never received any type of mail regarding the outcome so i decided to file a complaint in regards to my identity theft. I never opened these accounts listed in my Identity theft report in or around the opened dates. i sent them notarized documents to support my request.
