Someone opened my correspondence at this address XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX fl XXXX and used my information to request a card that the bank sent him and that person made changes to my cheking account like adding another different phone number and the bank made it very easy all those changes that bank error caused a lot of damage Such as overdrafts in my account And errneous activity in my account balance I lost a lot of funds and I applied twice for a crdit card and they denied it to me due to an error by the same bank for his negligence and dishonesty.

Consumer Complaint: To whom it may Concern, My name is XXXX XXXX. I had a credit card with Target. Target harmed me big time. I had an emergency trip back in XXXX due to my father in law getting XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX. I called them from XXXX and I paid my balance. Apparently, they didn't note my account that I paid in full and took the money but didn't notate the account. After 2 months they called saying that I have late fees. I was shocked and asked them to send me statements and they never did. After few months a lady named XXXX called me and said your account is in collection and you owe this much but if you pay we will do a pay to delete. Being XXXX watching out for my father in law and not getting statements to know what's going on was for their favor. They harmed my credit. Never notated my account of payments made. When I came back to XXXX i saw that my account was not deleted as promised and when I called the lady was rude and she said oh XXXX left. I can't do anything for you. That's unfair. The ruined my credit, never notated my account that everything was paid. kept adding unfair fees and never deleted the harm of my credit report. I have faith in you guys and would really appreciate if you can help me with this matter. I spoke with Target and told them what had happened and they said call credit Bureaus and again credit bureaus say call Target. Consumer Complaint: I used my TD Bank credit card for online purchases and to buy gas. During one of those transactions someone shared or gave my card number to 3rd parties to make fraudulent purchases, manually keyed in from various locations in the US, and FL in the amount of {$2600.00}. A TD Bank employee alerted me to the scam purchases when I went in to check my balances. He then called CARD SERVICES on my behalf however he misrepresented many items I was not sure about and without my permission " filed an official dispute '' contesting charges that I made along with the charges I did not make to this card services department. When I was able to see my actual credit card statement, ( this bank teller could not show it to me ) I was able to file an accurate report of the actual fraud. That report was ignored in favor of the unauthorized " report '' that unbeknownst to me was sent in by the bank teller. Repeated efforts asking TD Bank to correct the card account has resulted in TD Bank saying a chip was used when I got gasoline, for that reason they are throwing out all the manually keyed in transactions that happened before and after I did not make. I've filed a police report and turned it into TD Bank. They are by law only allowed to charge {$50.00} for unauthorized use of a card, when the fraud is reported and they are trying to charge me {$2600.00} and I have paid at least {$100.00} interest on this amount so far. I have never had a problem with the XXXX XXXX account I have had for 30 years but went with TD Bank, because it was more human. Unfortunately, that means more human error.

When I called Chrysler Financial about the lease they kept giving me the run around about where the vehicle was or if I could get it back or renew my lease. I know I shouldn't have gotten frustrated with them. but all they said was that I owed them money. I never heard from them again, no letter or anything to explain the situation. Received Email saying tickets were transferred and I would get them within 4 hours. I never received them and then she made up an excuse that she didnt know that she couldnt split them up because they were a Family Package but I could buy the other 2. I said NO and requested a Full Refund which she agreed to and when I asked for confirmation she blocked me on XXXX. I have pictures of all of the communication. Consumer Complaint: We have a XXXX XXXX account that is open between XXXX and TD Bank. There is an ongoing problem between the two companies since at least 2018 looking at reviews online. After a few months of non use the td account will close, not normally huge deal however there is no way for XXXX to see the account is closed. We requested the account open again with TD bank but they can only open a new account. XXXX however can not see a new account because their system is not set up to unlink a credit account. XXXX and TD advised the only way for this to work is to close my XXXX account which has all my stored data and create the account again and that should re link the accounts. After doing that is just created a brand new TD Bank account so now we have one TD account we can't use and a brand new account that is linked with our XXXX account. I'm shocked that XXXX and TD Bank are just opening lines of credit for people that they can not use.

I did this because I was often away from home on the XXXX XXXX and needed some banking options. They stated I need to keep a balance on the account to keep it open and not incur fees which I have. I live in the XXXX and have my mail forwarded to me. The last statement I received on the checking account was last year around XXXX which stated I had almost {$1900.00} in the account. There has been no activity since the last statement that would diminish the amount in my account. Today when trying to login to the account online to do some updates, the system could not find my account. I called TD Bank and was transferred around to 5 different people back and forth between departments - none of whom can find my account.
