Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 I basically have had a Target XXXX XXXX MasterCard for several years okay baby about I want to say three or four years ago we can paying them it started I got into it before the pandemic started off so I got into some financial hardship where I was unable to really pay them so I got in the payment program held up my end of the agreement and made the payments on time since then it's been about I want to say about 4 years later okay I received mail on XX/XX/XXXX and basically when I look for open my bill I still have a balance with them for {$4000.00} they cut my credit limit down again this is the second time that they did it Target is doing this out of XXXX I have been working very hard to get my credit up the part where did my credit has gotten really really good to the point that I just was approved and opened a XXXX credit card does she have to have a really high credit score I've been bringing a lot of my balance is down I haven't been late I haven't been told why either paid several of my accounts off with my credit score is is pretty good I feel it's a deposit he's doing this out of XXXX I've called them about this in the past and basically I get shunned away and say oh well you just have to read the mail why we're not going to admit we decreased your credit limit trying to say that I had seen any hide that two ratios trying to say that I had seen any inquiries in all of that and I'll be paid their basically doing it out of XXXX I have even and y'all can pull my credit report and are authorized all to see that as well I haven't even got credit line increases or several of my credit card because I've been making my payment and paying over and doing such a great job Target is doing this out of XXXX and something needs to Don about the antics

Today, I found out that someone had fraudulently opened an account with TD Bank. I contacted customer service and they told me they would close the account. My credit has been frozen for years but they said they didnt run it when you apply online for accounts

Consumer Complaint: Your boxes do not fit my situation. Around XXXX I opened a Target Red Card Mastercard. My daughter was in college so I got her a 2nd card to use for 2 years. Then we went through much trouble, but I was finally able to get her OFF my account, closed her 2nd card in around XXXX or XXXX. Today, my daughter told me that there is still an account in my daughter 's maiden name on her credit report ( impacting her credit ). She'll deal with that. Meantime, she called Target Red Mastercard- over the PHONE, she was given my current balance, personal information, upcoming transactions, etc. She's not even on my account! I see this a a breach in confidentiality and this has impacted me very negatively. I immediately canceled that credit card.

I completed the above and applied for this offer however I did not receive my {$200.00} I only received {$150.00} cashback reward. I applied for this offer online and call the bank to request an additional {$50.00} as was stated in their offer. They refused to give me the money. I applied the preferred customer number for this offer. Ive made copies of the flyer that I received and attached to this complaint. I would like to {$200.00} that I was offered.
