On XX/XX/XXXX, at XXXX I spoke to a TD AUTO FINANCE rep who confirmed they made an accommodation on XX/XX/2021 to waive my late fee of {$18.00} for my 30 day late payment for XX/XX/2021, Because TD auto finance gave me an accommodation, under the CARES Act they are no longer able to report my account late on my credit report. I explained to the rep but she informed me that she was unable to do so.I would like my TD Auto finance 30 day late payment to be reported on time instead of late.

When I Called to cancel, I was asked why and told I shouldn't close it, when I said again I wanted to close it I got the same response. I felt like I was getting bullied into not closing my account. I was told to think about it.. and I finally just ended the call. This is not acceptable.

Consumer Complaint: Pursuant to the attached letter, as an added insult to injury, even though TD Bank unilaterally and on their own decided to abruptly close our bank accounts in retaliation for our filing customer service complaints with the XXXX XXXX XXXX, CFPB, and XXXX Department of Financial Services ( amongst other agencies ), they also closed our attendant merchant credit card acceptance accounts as well. However, they left open the really horrible part - that these " merchant accounts '' are still " open '' for disgruntled past clients from as far back as 6 months to 1 year to file " credit card charge backs '' in the tens of thousands of dollars, and we have no way of either : ( 1 ) knowing about it ; ( 2 ) responding to it ; ( 3 ) finding out about it ; and ( 4 ) presumably would only discover it once the XXXX thieving former clients or the TD Bank itself obtains a default judgment against us and places a lien on our current, new bank account ( s ). Please investigate this shady bank, and its equally shady, deceptive, retaliatory business tactics.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I filed FTC XXXX. The option selected was Identity Theft ; and my TD Bank account ending in XXXX was XXXX of the accounts that the suspect, XXXX, is still attempting to take over. Well, now, what XXXX has gone ahead and done on a repetitive basis is switch the debit card or the sim on my card in the midnight hours while I'm sleeping. Every time I leave my wallet in my XXXX XXXX unit, XXXX, he continues to trespass and go into my wallet there, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, FL ; or at my Mom 's apartment, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, FL XXXX. Each time XXXX and his team players switch my card, the history becomes " new '' again. So, as of today, I have NO WAY of looking back to anything that is older than 60 days ; and my account was opened by " me '' in person with Bank Employee XXXX back in XXXX of XXXX. With that said, there's currently two problems with XXXX different company/organizations. One problem is with the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, ( XXXX ) XXXX. So far, for my XXXX High School Anniversary ( Reunion ) that's taking place XX/XX/XXXX I have paid the {$50.00} Membership Renewal Fee, {$10.00} Registration Fee, and {$35.00} Luncheon Fee. This week, I authorized the Staff Helpers to run my card for {$150.00} for one hotel night, XX/XX/XXXX -the XXXX. Upon doing this, I decided to place the email in my XXXX XXXX Society inbox folder that I created for XXXX. When I clicked on the folder, I noticed the " receipt '' for the XXXX was missing. So, I attempted to look for it via the SEARCH icon in my inbox, and there was no history. Therefore, I emailed XXXX at XXXX regarding this matter and asking her to email me the receipt again. Then I went into my TD Bank online account and pulled up the history ( 60 days ) and the amount {$35.00} came up as cleared. So, I took a screenshot of that and emailed it to XXXX. Yesterday, XX/XX/XXXX, I called the Organization and informed them about the emails and how it's okay to run my card for {$150.00}. Well, today, the card still has not been ran and I perceive I'm dealing with a fictitious online account. This is why XXXX continues to tell everyone I'm spending his money and I'm really not! I'm spending money I deposited. The deposits are coming from my self hard earned money. So, if that's not the case, why is he busy trying to steal my luncheon ticket, and pretend he's paying for a hotel room when it's me? Also, why is my XXXX XXXX transaction missing for {$32.00}? I did not make XXXX transactions with XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I placed an online order for XXXX transaction that contained XXXX items in it. Who deleted the {$32.00} and made it XXXX separate transactions? Since when does that take place?
