I have been complaining twice about their last overdrafts fees and how I have been charged even I deposit a money via wire transfers and the said they I need to deposit cash or check instead of wire or Ach. The problem didnt get fixed so I opt out for overdraft protection in XXXX and I have been charged more than {$700.00} for just unreal causes that they need cash deposited instead of Ach or wire transfers which for me as a client doesnt make a sens since I m a small business and most of the funds are either transfers or Ach wire transfers not cash. This time they been charging me overdraft fees even they didnt pay anything at all. Just to present a payment and reverse it back they charged me 6 times unreasonable fees. This is called a robbery in a legal way, I called them and a lady told me they cant do anything about it because they give me back 5 times overdraft fees this year!!!! I need my money that I earned hard, and for me this a high way robbery in a legal way or what??? All Im asking here is a justice and explanation how you charge me a fees for something you didnt pay

Consumer Complaint: Received two bank statements from TD Bank in the mail today as well as a XXXX debit card. All addressed to me with my first and last name. I have NEVER even heard of such company and i already have bank. I called a dozen times to their customer service fraud department and no one would give me information as to whether my social security number was compromised.. or how these accounts were opened without my consent. On the mail it says the accounts were opened XX/XX/2022 on a Sunday. I checked the mail today XX/XX/2022 and thats when i discovered the card and statements. I to 5 different people and all they could tell me was to drive to the nearest td bank .. which i refused because its hours away. They also refused to tell me where they were located .. and any details about the company nor could or did they verify any of my personal info ( like address, last 4 of social, anything like a real bank would ). Regardless, this is NOT okay and i want answers and i want proof the accounts are not only closed but i want severe reprimand for the fact that this is allowed to occur i should not have to worry about identify theft or fraud or my personal information being compromised. SHUT THIS COMPANY OR BANK OR WHATEVER THEY ARE DOWN i have found the class action against them, the complaints and thousands of fraudulent reports of them illegally opening up bank accounts .. this is outrageous!!!

Consumer Complaint: I have my mortgage payments paid automatically through my checking account. In XX/XX/XXXX, TD changed the monthly payment amount, and when my payment was made in XXXX, the automatic payment was off by XXXX dollars from their increase. When I received a call from TD about this, I made the adjustment, I was charged XXXX fees for the XXXX dollars variance that was clearly an accident. I was told be the agent over the phone that it would be refunded, that I had a very healthy account and there are never issues. In fact, I regularly overpay the mortgage rather than underpay. We also discussed having TD do the automatic withdrawal rather than me setting up the auto-pay. When I followed up with the branch having not see the late fee drop, I was told the request was denied because I had a late fee refunded for a very similar issue back in XXXX. I do not remember this happening then, but if TD says it happened, it happened. I won't argue with that, however if the delta was XXXX, which mean I paid 99 % of the balance, and I am fined XXXX on something accidental, this is quite absurd and lack common sense.

Consumer Complaint: TD bank decided to close my account I had XXXX dollars I went to the branch that is near my house and I was told that the money was withdrawn from the account on XX/XX/2022 and that they didnt know where the money was to call the de marketing department I was given a number I have been calling since then and its just an answering system where you have to leave your name and number for a call back I have not received a call back from them nor have I received my money. I tried calling customer service and they tell me the same thing that they are not able to identity where the money is and to go into a branch. They have me back and forth with no answer and I just want my money back. I dont understand what the problem and at this point dont really care I just need my money back.

Consumer Complaint: I opened a TD secured credit card ( credit builder ) in XXXX of XXXX. The account was subsequently alleged closed by TD Bank in XXXX or XXXX of XXXX as allegedly 60 days delinquent and " closed by credit grantor/TD Bank '' per the account history reflected on my credit report. However, what they reported on my credit report / account history mentioned above is totally false. I had mailed communications requesting the account be closed using the collateral long before the account became delinquent and TD closed the account. So the account should have been reported as closed in good standing and closure as requested by borrower/consumer. I would like TD to send me all the history and payment history concerning this account. The last 4 digits of my SSN is XXXX I am requesting that TD Bank correct my credit report by removing the 60 days late notation and notate the account as closed by borrower in good standing. Failure to do so is a blatant violation of the FCRA and I will have to contact my attorney. I want the FTC to sanction if not resolved.

I have never been in a TD Bank, I have never visited their website, and, to my knowledge, I have never accepted a payment from an account that originated at a TD Bank. The statements are in my name and were mailed to my home address. I have attempted to contact TD Bank multiple times but end up sitting on hold for upwards of 30-minutes. I have filed a written complaint and sent it to their Fraud department, however, I have received no response. I do not know how this account was opened. I do not know what personal information was used to open this account or if that information matches my personal information ( i.e., date of birth, SSN ). I believe this to be completely fraudulent.

Consumer Complaint: The reason why I am submitting this complaint is because there is a late payment reported on my account on XX/XX/2021 and I would like to explain what happened and let you know that this was not my fault, however, my financial life has been a mess since this late payment appeared on my account. There was a third-party company that was supposed to make the payments on my behalf. This payment of {$750.00} that was scheduled for XX/XX/2021, didnt get processed due to a glitch in this companys system. I couldnt login to my Nordstrom account to check the payment status. I was not aware that the payment didnt go through. In my mind, the payment was on time, as normal. I had the money to pay and I did all that was in my hands to pay on time, but this was something that I could not control. When I realized that I was reported late, I decided to contact this company. I am being very affected due to their error. When I contacted them, they apologized and sent me a letter explaining what had happened. By that time, I was already marked as late. Please see attached : Letter from third-party company as proof of their error.
