Consumer Complaint: I have tried to resolve my past due mortgage with TD Bank for several years now. I applied for a short sale. It was approved, however, their requested amount exceeds the offers and current executed contract on my home. I had an inspection done on the property by a licensed appraiser. I also provided TD Bank with a cost estimate from a licensed general contractor. They instead are only relying on an untrained unlicensed opinion from a real estate agent ( that have had huge swings from one month to the next ) or computer generated valuations to determine the value of my home. They have refused to respond to the supplemental proof they were provided. They have never sent anybody to inspect the property. They seemed, for no good reason, to have stopped responding to my short sale application from my broker. Then I received a phone call from customer service that told me my short sale was rejected. They did not indicate they were reviewing the appraisal or the cost analysis. They offered to do a loan modification although I have tried and failed in the past, do not wish to retain my home, do not qualify because of my low income and the debt on the home from this lender and the subordinate lender exceeds my ability to pay. TD Bank has been unresponsive to my broker when evidence was provided regarding the accurate valuation. They have failed to provide me with appropriate relief from my mortgage debt.

Consumer Complaint: Following issues in linking a new bank account to target financial, I was provided an error message citing XXXX as denying my ability to use my bank routing number. It told me to request a consumer file and upon doing so would have the right to file a dispute. I contacted XXXX as instructed in the consumer file disclosure and their agent told me the decision was final, that they do not have a dispute process, and recommended that I pay Target in cash. I recorded the representative telling me that XXXX will not accept a dispute from me and am disturbed that they are not willing to allow consumers to fix errors such as this one. XXXX is refusing to allow me to dispute incorrect information about my account which is in use without issue at numerous other companies and for direct deposit without issue and has a balance of thousands of dollars. The recording attached showcases what I was told as a consumer after following the instructions in their disclosure letter to call a specific phone number, provide a tracking number, and request to dispute. Target has so far only been able to blame XXXX and is refusing my payments based on their decision. I have advised them if they are not willing to fix this I plan to close the account of 14 years as I find it offensive to be accused of fraud given my current status as a Target Contractor, account holder of 14 years, and having no prior history of late/missing/bounced payments of any kind in store or online.

Consumer Complaint: During XX/XX/XXXX, I placed an online order with Nordstrom Incorporated. The transaction was charged to my Nordstrom account. Being a consumer of Nordstrom for over 20 years my expectations were that Nordstrom would forward the account bill to the correct address of record. However, I discovered via written notice ( XX/XX/XXXX ) from my personal Credit alert company that Nordstrom reported this account as 30 days delinquent. I did not receive a bill at the correct address from the Nordstrom. Upon receiving the alert I immediately paid the bill ( {$33.00} ) in full through Nordstrom 's automated phone pay system. My payment history during these years has been satisfactory. I believe it is unreasonable and unfair to have reported this negative information. Particularly in view of Nordstrom 's failure to forward the bill to the correct address and then subsequently punish the consumer by reporting the negative information ( delinquency ) on the credit file. I attempted to resolve this matter directly with Nordstrom on XX/XX/XXXX. Their position was one of refusal to remove remark unless there was evidence from the United States Post Office of the alleged original bill being returned to Nordstrom Inc. On the question of what address did Nordstrom originally send the bill to their staff stated they had no record.

Consumer Complaint: I made two separate payments on my Target store credit card. XXXX on XX/XX/2023 for {$100.00} and another on XX/XX/2023 for {$300.00}. The payments were removed from my account on XX/XX/2023 and XX/XX/2023 respectively. Both payments are showing as posted on my credit card account, but without updating the available credit or actually giving me credit for the payments. I have contacted the company multiple times by phone and messaging. I was told because I made multiple payments over the billing cycle, all that cleared with no problem, they have to call so they can verify the payments with the bank. These payments were made using an account with the online banking XXXX, which they now say they can not call and verify. All I am being told now is I need to wait and there is no additional action I can take. This was told to me by a supervisor.

I called Nordstrom and told them that I never replied for the card and they told me that they shut the account down and would investigate. They asked for my Social Security number. Two weeks after I notified them, I received a credit card statement in the mail with charges upwards of {$1800.00}. I called them again and told them this account was fraudulently opened in my name. They said that the fraud department was still investigating and that I should wait to hear from them. Its been a month and I havent heard anything.
