Consumer Complaint: Currently all of thee funds in my checking account are available, but the bank didnt release my account and they have issues a hold on my account, they placed a hold and frozen my money, so Iam not able to make any transaction or withdrawl any of my money. The bank did not takes any actions to help me solve this issues, currently, the bank frozen all of my money in my account and stop me to makes any transactions on the account and lastly they also knowify me that my account will be closed and once they finished the reviews, the funds that remains on the account will be sends to me in a check but they either didnt mentions or gave me a date when will they finished reviewing the account, I have try to communicated so many times with the bank also going to the branch in person, no any actions the bank have done by the time now!

Consumer Complaint: On XXXXXXXX XXXX In XXXX XXXX I went to withdraw Money from my TD checking account from my social security direct deposit account and discovered there was a freeze on my account, I spent a day on the phone with people including managers and 2 different branches. I passed voice identification and security questions and they said they would have to text me on a US phone No. Being in XXXX XXXX I only have an XXXX XXXX No. Their only solution was for me to go to a US branch with photo id and passport. I have severe XXXXXXXX XXXX about XXXX XXXX XXXX plus am on the cusp of XXXX XXXX, Flying causes me a great deal of pain. So, no money, no food and no medication, I have to fly to NY and back costing me over {$600.00} and a great deal of pain and suffering. I would like to be compensated and warn people not to travel internationally if they use TD Bank. I think that it's illegal to freeze a direct deposit social security account

Consumer Complaint: This is my 2nd time or 3rd time fileing a complaint on td auto finance As stated before. Td auto finance is report in accurate information on my experian credit report. I'm requesting td auto to remove account off my experian report asap. I know account is gon na self come off XX/XX/XXXXXXXX as fcra allows 7 years has passed since last payment was made. I want this off asap. I went to court to tell Judge that the attorneys for td auto finance didn't serve me. Judge ordered default Judgement to come off my record. I do now owe td auto the amount showed on my credit report. The car was repo years ago. Delete this now td auto. I'll see u in court XX/XX/XXXXXXXX for our conference. Also td auto. I'm not collectible as I'm getting on social security. I have blood XXXX. And I'm not working So please do the right thing. Leave me alone and take off account off my credit report

Consumer Complaint: I opened the account in XXXX. Setup autopay to full pay balance. Autopay ran twice, overpaying account by {$3800.00}. The XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX2023 statement started with that ( credit ) amount and contained a {$25.00} interest charge. I wrote 2 secure notes and 1 phone call. TD refused to refund the interest. The XX/XX/XXXX statement had an ending balance of {$1600.00}, with a payment due date of XX/XX/XXXX2023 ( see attached ). On XX/XX/XXXX, I paid {$2200.00}. With {$1500.00} in purchases, this left statement balance of {$450.00}. There were no interest or fees on the XX/XX/XXXX2023 statement. I feel that interest charge was unjustified, maybe illegal.

Consumer Complaint: I had a closed TD credit card ( ending in XXXX ) and an open mortgage account. XX/XX/XXXX I accidentally sent an electronic payment from my bank to the closed TD credit card, instead of the TD mortgage account ( which would be fined a late fee after the XXXX, for XXXX dollars ). The TD credit card took my payment ( {$1700.00} ) and never notified me. My TD mortgage department kept calling after XX/XX/XXXX. When I called them, TD mortgage stated that they never received my payment. I told them I sent in the payment and have a confirmation number ( see attachment ). The TD customer service/XXXX department apologized that the credit card account should not have accepted the funds immediately, and should have immediately rejected the funds because the account was closed!!!!. Nonetheless, despite the TD credit card account error, I was changed a late fee by the TD mortgage department. TD mortgage stated that they only allow a customer 1 late fee waiver during the life time of a loan, and I already had 1 ( XX/XX/XXXX ). Because the TD credit card algorithm was flawed and kept my money, I do NOT think I should pay a late fee for the mortgage. TD system was flawed. If I had not contacted the TD credited department, they would have kept/stole my mortgage payment money, while I was held responsible for paying a late mortgage fee, plus mortgage payment. The TD banking system needs to improve their services and accountability when accepting clients money..

Consumer Complaint: Target is reporting a charged off card on my reports that I have disputed directly with them. I sent them a letter requesting validation and all documents concerning this debt. I have yet to receive anything from them in response and I sent this letter on XX/XX/2022. The credit bureaus are verifying inconsistent information regarding this account with the credit bureaus. There are different account numbers, last payment dates, last active dates and open dates. This account is also reporting paid and current with one bureau and charged off and derogatory with the other bureaus. There are also comments stating that this account was closed due to activity with two bureaus and charged off with another. How are they able to do this? Per the FCRA that protects my rights as a consumer, I have the right to dispute any and all inaccurate information from my reports and it is their job to acknowledge and respond to my concerns. They are in clear violation of the law to report accurate information and my right as a consumer to have accurate and valid accounts on my reports and the right to dispute. I am demanding that this account is deleted from my reports immediately!
