Consumer Complaint: I asked for a Nordstrom store card in XX/XX/XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX I ordered 5 pair of XXXX. I was not sent the right jeans and one pair I was charged double price. I was charged for 6 pairs of jeans. I believe that I was but I am unable to read the statements. There are no order numbers and no descriptions and no tax explanations. I ordered 4 items from Nordstrom XXXX Again there is no order number or tax description. The bill can not be read. And the changes were over my calculations. I returned all the items XX/XX/XXXX. USPS delivered 9 items to a Nordstrom in Iowa XX/XX/XXXX. I sent in my store credit card cut into pieces with a request to cancel my account. My online account with the order numbers was erased. I have gone over the returns and account 10 times. My credit bureaus have asked for clarification but there is no order number for the {$93.00}. Nordstrom claims I owe. I understand that Nordstrom doesnt have an accountant. Others have complained about their returns. It appears that there is a scam with returns ; there are no confirmations. I have called 10 times and they have called me names. Liar. Thief. Its an impossible situation.

Issue: Problem with a credit reporting company's investigation into an existing problem
Subissue: Their investigation did not fix an error on your report
Consumer Complaint: Company Name : TD Auto Finance Reason for Dispute : Never Late, Account Was Paid As Agreed. TD Auto is reporting an account as being 30 days late on my credit report and fail to correct this error with the credit bureaus. I have disputed with all three Bureaus and although I submitted evidence of no late payments, they still failed to update the inaccuracy on my report. On one bureau TD Auto is reporting XX/XX/2022 payment as 30 days late and on the other two bureaus, it's stating XX/XX/2022 payment as being 30 days late. That's one major inaccuracy right there, because they are reporting different records across the bureaus ( which calls for an automatic removal ). Secondly, no payment was ever late for any of the months ; therefore information being reported as 30 days late is incorrect. Please view supporting documents as proof of ALL payments for the full year of XXXX and have them update this inaccuracy accordingly. ( Attachments 1-4 : TD Auto Payment History for the year ) In addition, I'm also submitting proof rendering my mother as the actual owner of the account as well. Attached, you will find her bank statements showing payments coming out of her account faithfully for the whole year. There, you will also see that the XXXX and XXXX payment were NEVER late or missed. Although she had a 15 day grace period every month for every payment, she NEVER went passed her grace period ; being that the account was in my name, I made sure of it. ( Attachments 5-16 : Mom 's Bank Statements for the Year ) So to reiterate, ALL proof will be attached with this complaint. I'm not sure why TD Auto insist on reporting this inaccuracy. At first, I believed it was an honest mistake, but recently I found out that they did a soft pull on my credit in XXXX right before they reported the inaccuracy on my report. It had been six years of payments being paid on time and my mom was on the last payoff payment ; therefore, there was no need to inquire on any of their services, no reason to refinance, or etc., so why were they soft pulling my credit? Now, it appears as if they were intentionally trying to sabotage my records. If you take a look through my credit report, everything is always paid on time ; I do not believe in late payments. TD Auto saw this and for whatever reason, decided to report their inaccuracies. I'm the type of person that stays on top of my credit just to ensure accuracy of what's being reported ; reason being is because companies like them report inaccuracies all the time. If you are not attentive to errors being reported, they will continue to report false information. This is not right and they should not get away with this. No company should. So again, please have them fix and update this inaccuracy on my report accordingly.

Issue: Problem with a lender or other company charging your account
Subissue: Transaction was not authorized
Consumer Complaint: I was charged {$640.00} and {$640.00} on XX/XX/2023 from 2 different XXXXXXXX XXXX stores in Georgia. I saw the pending transactions on my phone app and immediately called TD Bank. they canceled my card. They were not able to file a claim until the charges posted. I called each of the XXXX stores and told them someone fraudulently used my card online and was planning on picking up the products physically in the store. They didn't believe me and hung up. So I waited until Tuesday since Monday was a federal holiday and TD filed a claim. They mailed me a letter stating that the transaction appears to be authorized by me since the thieves had my email and phone number. I have a XXXX store and my email and phone number are listed publicly and easily found. I do not live in Georgia and can prove I was in NY at the time of them picking up the product in these stores. I would think you can get access to the videos from the stores to show it was not me. They also used 2 different stores instead of purchasing both from the same place.TD said they reached out to Visa and that since the merchant XXXXXXXX XXXX was able to show that the order had my email and phone number attached to the order that I did indeed make the purchase. I DID NOT!!! Please help me prove that I did not authorize this purchase. {$1200.00} is a lot of money that i am out.

Consumer Complaint: Target RedCard/TD Bank continues to incorrectly report 30 day past due payments that are not 30 days past due. Target reported a 30 day past due payment for XXXX when a payment was made on XX/XX/XXXX that satisfied the past due amount. This would have been before 30 days past due. Target also reported a 30 day past due payment for the month of XXXX which I was assured would be corrected by phone representative XXXX when I contacted Target directly on XX/XX/2022, yet never was even when a dispute was filed with credit reporting agencies. I continue to pay the amounts listed on the provided statements from Target but they consistently provide incorrect reports contrary to what is provided on their statements.

Consumer Complaint: In accordance with fair credit reporting act XXXX Account # ending in XXXX, has violated my rights. 15USC 1681 Section 602 states I have the right to privacy. 15USC 1681 Section 604 A section 2 : it also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. 15USC1666B : a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for purpose. I paid the requested amount stated on the payment app. However, their app must have had a glitch, and calculated the due payment {$40.00} short. When I received the alert I made a phone call to have them correct the issue. They stated that it was {$40.00} short, I would ruin my credit for {$40.00} and I paid the amount immediately and demanded the late payment be removed my credit report. After several letters and phone calls, they refused.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/23, I received a response from TD/Target Red Card. They advised they were not going to delete the late payments from my account. They advised that they review their policies to make sure they're in compliance with consumer law. However, this is not the case. They are violating U.S. Code 1681a2. I am writing to dispute the accuracy of certain payment information on my credit report. Specifically, I am requesting that you delete all late payments from my credit report, as they fall under the exclusions listed in 15 U.S. Code 1681a2. According to the FCRA, payment history is excluded from credit reports, as it falls under the category of " transactions. '' Additionally, credit card utilization is excluded under the category of " experiences. '' Therefore, I am requesting that these payments be deleted from my credit report in accordance with my rights under the FCRA. If they don't want to follow U.S. Code 1681a2, I am writing to request the deletion of my account and all associated information from my consumer report in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) Section 609. I am requesting this deletion because I no longer wish to have an account with your company and I do not authorize the sharing of my information with any third party without my express consent. As such, I request that you delete all information related to me from your company 's database and cease reporting any of my information to any third party. I understand that under the FCRA, you have 30 days to investigate my request and respond to me in writing.
