Consumer Complaint: I called TD Bank several times and told him that I couldn't make a payment because I couldn't login they kept asking me why I couldn't login I might because the secure card is I guess linked to a checking account that I had seven years ago and they like oh do you have this number with you so we could send you a link I sent you a code to the account I'm like no it's like seven years ago I don't have that number anymore. I told him this so I can make a payment still couldn't resolve the issue. I had no lettuce sent to me based upon all you need to make a payment, anything when I try to resolve the issue I told him I'm like I can't sign and I can't sign in. I can't make a payment. I was told oh well a new car gon na get sent to you a new car was never sent to me and I was told I need to make a payment over the phone and I'm like why would I make a payment over the phone where I should be able to make a payment online where I can sign in trouble signing in everything it's so they end up closing the account but then it still say open

Consumer Complaint: This creditor engaged in abusive, deceptive, and unfair practices of the FDCPA which it prohibits. According to 15 USC 1666b it is a billing error I did not receive a statement 21 days before the late payment error. If finance charge included, there should be no late payments pursuant 15 USC 1605 ( a ) due to finance charge bring sum of all charges so I can not be penalized for something that is already paid in full.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX, I received an alert from the credit bureaus that I had received a 30 day late. When I went to see where it was coming from, I discovered it was with TD Bank/Target credit card. I immediately logged in to make a payment, as I had no idea my account past due. I contacted customer service because I was concerned since I had received no communication from the bank notifying me of any late status. Customer service reversed the late charges and stated that they remove the 30 day late from my report. That was in XXXX. I called back again in XXXX because nothing had updated. The guy said their internal department was looking into it and that I needed to give it time. It is now XXXX. I called again just to be told again internal department is looking into it. No one is looking into anything. No one is addressing my concerns. No one is fixing my report. Ive sent dispute after dispute. I was told that they had to remove the late fees in order to remove the late notice with credit bureaus. They still have not carried out their word. No one will let me speak with a manager. It is taking them longer than 30 days to update my report. They keep saying they are investigating and then nothing happens. I receive absolutely no communication from them just like when they reported me late. There was no communication informing me I had a balance. No communication informing me payment was missed. No mail, no phone call, no nothing.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, I tried to purchase a motorcycle listed on XXXX and still is. My deal was accepted by " XXXX XXXX '' ( XXXX ) We agreed to use XXXX. This site was fraudulent, and comes-and-goes from the web. I was instructed to wire the funds to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX in to their XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX When it became apparent that I was robbed, I notified TD Bank, which waited 3 days before I discovered they did not know how to properly recall my wire. Later spoke with XXXX I notified XXXX, and received little help from " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in reference to my complaint, XXXX XXXX XXXX. I also advised them verbally about the circumstances, and that their complacence was akin to them being o.k. with helping " XXXX XXXX '' launder money through their bank. To test my theory, my friend XXXX XXXX also initiated a " purchase '' from XXXX XXXX From the same posting, and " XXXX '' initiated the same process with him and using XXXX, and wiring money for payment, and furnished a different XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, for XXXX XXXX XXXX. I advised XXXX of the additional developments, and they did not respond. I want my {$5400.00} returned to my TD Bank account. I want TD bank questioned for being slow to react. I want XXXX XXXX be held responsible for continuing to accept funds for transactions that they have been made aware are fraudulent. I would like " XXXX XXXX '' and all associated persons and entities prosecuted. I have received a letter from The Federal Reserve Bank XXXX XXXX XXXX ( attached ) without any resolution or restitution.

Consumer Complaint: I worked with TD Bank for months to resolve a disputed transaction dating back to XX/XX/XXXX. It required countless calls, faxes, and follow-ups to them to get the situation resolved. On XX/XX/XXXX, they issued a provisional credit to my account in the amount of {$58.00} labeled XXXX XXXX. This is shown in the attached statement for period ending XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, TD Bank mailed a letter ( attached ) indicating the review of the dispute had been finalized, and the provisional credit previously issued was to be final. On the statement for period ending XX/XX/XXXX ( attached ), there was a charge on XX/XX/XXXX for {$58.00} labeled XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I called their customer service department to inquire about the charge. The representative confirmed that the dispute had been resolved in my favor and there was no reason for a reversal to be processed. She indicated that I would be re-credited the {$58.00}, and it should hit my account within five days. As of XX/XX/XXXX, the credit has not been issued.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX I called TD Bank regarding my XXXX XXXX XXXX of credit, which is {$2200.00}. I also sent them a message within my account stating I tried to use some fo the available balance but that it was reflecting as XXXX. The account itself still says the available and unused balance. The next day I got notifications from all three major credit bureaus that the bill was reported closed. TD Bank never communicated any formal information as to why. I called in again and was told that that was not the case and that the balance and account were open. However, I messaged them again on XX/XX/XXXX, asking why my account balance was XXXX, yet it showed active. I was told to call in again. I disputed the closed account as it was in good standing and had no issues. Nothing was changed, and the performance remained listed as open to me but closed to the bureaus. I called TD Bank again today, XX/XX/XXXX, and was told it was due to inactivity as to why it had been completed. I asked why no communication was given to me ever as the consumer on the application and account, ; instead, they informed the credit bureaus. I was told three times, " I'm so sorry. Is there anything else I can do for you? ". They proceeded to tell me that I would have to apply again and not use the same email address because XXXX would reject my application from an account they reported charged off. The bill was never charged off or owed a balance. I do not understand how this was done legally and then punished for trying to use the account and having it closed right after I tried to use some of the available credit.

Consumer Complaint: Greetings, On XX/XX/2023, TD Bank froze my XXXX checking account with the balance without any notice. I am being transferred to the TD Levy department. However, the supervisors and representatives do not provide me with any information or documentation regarding what are the status of the account and the rationale behind this action. The account is marked with TRO, which I assume could mean temporary restraining order. I have no assumption about what this could mean but before I take legal action against this company that I banked with for years and file the lawsuit, I would like kindly ask TD Bank for a resolution as well as the details of what happened to my account.
