Consumer Complaint: I Have repeatedly attempted to settle debts that I incurred as a result of Covid and malice. However, TD Bank has miss reported my agreement with them and after XXXX XXXXXXXX they put me through this is reprehensible. I settled the debt and mt credit needs to reflect that. Also ALL credit companies working on behave of XXXXXXXX XXXX refuse to deal with me. LAst week, XXXX said they would follow up, and nothing. Please help me.

Consumer Complaint: On Sat XX/XX/2023, I received a letter from TD Bank dated XX/XX/XXXX saying my account will be closing on XX/XX/XXXX. I tried to call the number on the letter but no one was available since It was on the weekend. So I called the customer service and find out why my account was being closed. The rep told me that the account was in good standing and that I wouldn't have to worry about my account being closed. So I requested to speak to a manager on duty, and the manager told me the same thing, my account was fine and there were no notes on the account saying the account was being closed. They assure me that the account was in good standing. The manager told that the language on the letter seems strange and said that it could be a scam. He told me to bring the letter to the local branch and verify it. So on XX/XX/XXXX, I brought the letter to the branch and ask them if my account was fine, they reassure me that everything is fine. And they googled the number on the letter and said that the number on the letter was part of some kind of scam. So I thought everything was good and not gon na call the number in the letter. On Monday night XX/XX/XXXX, I wasn't able to login into all of my accounts. I tried again on Tuesday. It was the same. So I called TD to find out what happened to my account, and they only told me that the account is closed. There is no information on why the account was closed. And told me to stop by a local branch to get more info. So on Wednesday, XX/XX/XXXX, I stopped by the local branch and ask them exactly what happened to my account, they all said they don't know why. I requested them to withdraw all of my funds but was denied. Was told my funds will be sent out bymail. I told them I don't want to wait for my funds in the mail. It would take too long for it to get to me and get the checked clear after deposit into my other bank. I am very disappointed with how they handle everything and how they treat me. As of today, no one has told me what exactly happened to my account. I hope someone else can see how TD is treating their customer. Everyone should stay away from them. They don't care about their customer.

Consumer Complaint: Its bout one late payment happened last year the company never sent me a notice to my email or even at my mailing address, one morning I wake up and see my credit score dropped XXXX points I immediately called them to resolve it and made the payment and then I thought I will get back the XXXX points I lost, I never did, I called the company multiple times to resolve this issues, all they give me is running around its been months since Ive been dealing this problem Im losing money cant sleep Im stress out. Cant rent apartment cant get a loan its been nightmare.. any thing you guys can do to help Ill greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

Consumer Complaint: I have written several letters via certified mail to TD Bank XXXX XXXX XXXX to the late payments on my credit reports. I have also contacted the credit bureaus and spoke to several customer service representatives in order to resolve the issue but they refused to help me in this matter and take further steps into my claim. I have several late payments being reported on my credit reports from the year XXXX when I fell ill and was unable to make timely payments due to hospitalizations. However, when I was able enough I continued to make on time payments and while I never requested it, the company increased my credit limit and never once thought of closing my account but they refused to reverse the late payments. I would like an investigation conducted on this matter and appreciate a resolution and look forward to the positive outcome.

Consumer Complaint: I filed a Credit Card Fraud Questionnaire with Target Card Services on XX/XX/XXXX. However, Target continues to report this account as delinquent with the Nation 's 3 credit bureaus, the only delinquent account on my credit report, and they are still actively pursuing collections from me. My XXXX Credit Score was XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. Due to this one small fraud account, my XXXX is now XXXX. I respectfully demand that Target 's derogatory reporting be rescinded so that my credit score may return to " VERY GOOD '' These are NOT my charges, my ID was stolen and an account was opened in my name.

THE DISPUTE IS VALID AND THEY ARE BREAKING THE LAW BY REFUSING TO INVESTIGATE AND REMOVE THIS FRUAD ACCOUNT. TD Bank issued credit to third party for XXXX, unknown to me, without my knowledge or consent. I have lived and worked in XXXX since XXXX and before that I was working and living in XXXX. This account appeared on my credit during a routine security clearance check in XXXX, of XXXX. I disputed this with TD Bank, and provided proof that I am in XXXX now, since XXXX, and in XXXX before that. TD did not investigate at all. They again reposted this on my credit profile, knowing it is a fraud account again in XX/XX/XXXX! This is, and never was my account. I can lose my security clearance and my job due to TD Bank 's multiple error 's and continued false reporting of an account that I do not have with them.. Consumer Complaint: I applied for a balance transfer though my TD Credit card. The amount was {$1400.00} and the fee for the transfer was {$42.00}. The term for the transfer was 0.00 % apr till XX/XX/2024. When the next statement was issued the balance transfer showed that it was for an APR of 19.99 % I called the bank multiple time and sent them my confirmation screen which included the confirmation number the APR of 0.00 % till XX/XX/2024. The excuse I received was that it was processed on XX/XX/XXXX and the offer was valid till XX/XX/XXXX. I completed the process on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX and I have attached a printout of the confirmation of the balance transfer agreement with the 0.00 % XXXX till XX/XX/2024. TD credit card service informed my that the agreement confirmation doesnt mean anything until they process the application. Something which I have no control over. I was still told that they couldnt change it once it posts and I am responsible for the charges because they posted it next day. Now I will be forced to pay-off the entire credit card balance which includes an amount for a previous balance transfer or transfer the total balance amount on the card again to another card and pay another transfer fee. TD credit card services stated they can not refund me the balance transfer fee or cancel the interest I was charged even if I paid the amount in full.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX i called the lender to request a payoff statement for my HELOC loan to be faxed to my attorney. I provided my attorney fax number. The rep I spoke with stated that the payoff statement would be faxed to my attorney in 2-3 business days. It should be noted that I had previously requested a pay off statement from the lender on XXXX and this was received by my attorney on or about XXXX On XXXX i received an email from my attorney that they had not received the payoff statement at XXXX on XXXX I called the lender and spoke with representative XXXX in the loan servicing department. XXXX stated that the payoff statement request was rejected because the attorney was not an approved coop attorney. XXXX transferred me to supervisor XXXX in the loan servicing department. XXXX confirmed that the payoff request did not process because the request did not come from an approved coop attorney. XXXX confirmed the fax number on the XXXX request was XXXX, XXXX confirmed the fax number on the XXXX request was XXXX and the XXXX requested was faxed on XXXX. XXXX confirmed that the request came from me ( the borrower ) on XXXX and on XXXX. First one was completed and second one was denied but both requests were exactly the same. XXXX submitted an urgent payoff request to the payoff department manager to ask why the XXXX was not completed or to rush this request out today. XXXX stated that the payoff department XXXX has a standard turnaround time of 2 hours for an urgent payoff request. The payoff department replied to XXXX stating that they can only accept a payoff request from an approved attorney for a coop. XXXX confirmed that the payoff department is not able to accept payoff requests from the borrower directly and that the prior payoff statement was issued in error. XXXX stated that the payoff department advised that the borrower should already be aware that payoff requests must come from an approved coop attorney. XXXX confirmed that all of the lenders calls are recorded. XXXX provided his contact information. XXXX stated that the is able to speak with my attorney directly with my verbal approval and the verbal approval is good for 24 hours. I provided my verbal approval to speak with my attorney and/or her assistant. I believe the lender is intentionally delaying my payoff statement in an effort to extend the length of my loan so they can collect more interest. If this was an error the lender should accept responsibility and refund the interest due since the date of the error.

Consumer Complaint: back on 2017 I came from third world country ( XXXX ) with a limited XXXX, I was buying a refrigerator. that a target employee approached to me and ask me if i want that TARGET RED Card which is giving us 5 % discount in every purchases. because I never used credit card before I thought it is some sort of coupon, but any way my wife without telling me she has used Target red card several times, later on with i find out to solve this issue with target i have visited TargeXXXX customer service a few times but no body help me. they provided me a number that i was calling and with on the line for over an hour and nobody respond. please kindly consideration about this mistake, people with no experience it is really hard to understand how debit and credit work, Thanks,
