Consumer Complaint: I initiated merchant disputes with XXXX on my XXXX credit card for two charges, {XXXX} and {XXXX}. I ordered tickets for an event on a specific date ( XX/XX/2021 ) and was NOT provided with those tickets. I called XXXX 's credit card customer service number ( Synchrony Bank ) and initiated a merchant dispute on Sunday XX/XX/2021, explicitly for XXXX Chargeback Reason Code 30 : Services Not Provided or Merchandise Not Received. I was then rebilled for both charges. I called multiple times for them to insure these disputes went to pre-arbitration and arbitration. The timeframe for the XXXX disputes has long expired. Synchrony Bank has NOT provided permanent credits for the disputes, and the charges remain on my balance. This is a violation of Reg Z, and is a deceptive and unfair practice to not provide me with a permanent credit for these disputes.

Consumer Complaint: Was a member of Sam 's Club, was checking out when the cashier asked me if I would like to sign up for a sams credit card and get {$100.00} toward my purchase. I said okay and she ran the credit report and didn't go through, she mentioned that they would call me I asked if the promotion would still be valid the cashier said yes, a few days later I got a call from sams club credit asking if I would like to complete the process to get the card. I had asked the person from sams club credit if the promotion was still valid and mentioned that if it was not I did not want a hard inquiry on my credit report and that I wasn't interested. She informed me that if the promotion was still valid. I said okay and then they approved me for the card. A few days passed and I opened the letter with the card and the promotion was not included so I called Sam 's Club credit to ask, I was informed that I was not entitled to the promotion and would have to settle for 30 dollars off my credit purchase good for the next 30 days. I was upset and cancelled the card and also cancelled my membership with sams club. I called the credit reporting agency to get the hard pull removed from my credit history. They informed me that only the credit card bank could do that. I called the credit card bank and they refused and said they couldn't do an order of deletion. I am asking that Sams Club Credit through Synchrony Bank be investigated along with sams club and that their hard pull from my credit be removed.

I did not apply for any credit on XX/XX/2022 and I need this inquiry that was illegally placed on my XXXX report removed. I contacted the synchrony bank fraud department on XX/XX/2022 and spoke with someone named XXXX who informed me that someone tried to illegally apply for credit with synchrony bank using my Identity. She informed me that synchrony bank would send a request to remove the inquiry from my report but that has not happened and the false inquiry is still on my XXXX credit report.

Consumer Complaint: I have been using CareCredit for nearly XXXX decades and it has always been the same : I have 1 year to pay off the balance ; they divide the monthly payments so, as long as I pay the minimum payment amount, then it will be paid off in full within 1 year and I have no interest charges. This has been the case multiple times over the past XXXX years. I charged {$1700.00} to my Care Credit card in XX/XX/XXXX. I immediately agreed to set up automatic payments each month expecting the balance to be paid off by XX/XX/XXXX. But Care Credit changed this to a XXXX term without adjusting my minimum balance accordingly. So they have been charging me a total of {$380.00} in interest since XX/XX/XXXX. My current balance is {$1500.00} even though I have been making monthly payments for nearly 1 year ( totalling {$520.00} )! My acocunt balance should be {$1100.00}. This is total deception! How can they expect anyone to pay this off? My {$520.00} payments only took {$140.00} off my balance! That is a 72 % interest rate!!!! I need the {$380.00} in interest reversed and then I will pay the balance that is remaining in full today ( {$1100.00} ).

I made a payment of {$25.00} on XXXX and another {$25.00} on XX/XX/18 for a total of {$50.00}. The customer service agent told me that payments made on the statement date will not count towards the minimum payment due. I dont see how that is a fair practice for me as the consumer when the payment made XXXX was not reflected in the statement printed on XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021 I received a fraud text alert from Synchrony bank ( GAP ) I said I did not make the purchases. ( I had the card in my possession the whole time. ) I then talked to Synchrony bank to cancel the card so no more charges would be made and verified my identity through the link they emailed me. They said to expect a new card in the mail. Within the next week I received a letter in the mail saying my request to increase my credit limit was denied. I did not make the request so I called the credit card company and was informed that my card was maxed out and XXXX was charged on XX/XX/2021. When I spoke to the fraud department that day- they realized that the original text I got was fraud- and they set it up to allow themselves to use my card without me knowing- because I thought that card number was canceled per the conversation I had on the XXXX. 19 out of 20 of the transactions were made at XXXX ( all listing OR or WA locations ) and one was made at a XXXX XXXX in XXXX, WA. I live in ILLINOIS. They also tried to set up XXXX pay with the card and I have an XXXX and do not use XXXX. I have gone back and forth with Synchrony bank every month since this happened on XX/XX/XXXX. Each month they provide a new reason why the fraud was being denied. I will attach those reasons below. I filed a police report and am waiting for the official report but will post my receipt. In the history of having this credit card I have never maxed it out or come anywhere close to it. I have a XXXX debit card I use for all XXXX purchases.

The balance owed is {$470.00} I contacted them and told them it was a fraudulent account and I need it to be removed from my credit report. They said I only way is to pay the money and it would be removed in XXXX months. This a identity fraud not sure if the account was opened online or in person I cant get any information. I disputed this several times.
