Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2022, I contacted Synchrony Bank and PA State Attorney General 's Office regarding the Adverse Action Synchrony Bank had taken against me by closing various accounts and/or lowering my credit limits, drastically. I informed Synchrony Bank of the damages they caused me by taking these actions and also gave them the opportunity to fix this issue prior to me filing a claim in Federal Court, as they have grossly violated my Federal Rights. A few weeks afterward, Synchrony Bank contacted me and refused to reopen my accounts. In their letter the stated, they are able to pull my credit whenever they want. I responded to them asking where was this information, and I also know that it is a direct federal violation to pull my credit without my consent. I also know that XXXX is in violation of Federal Law if they offer any updated information to a financial institution without my consent or request. On XX/XX/2022, I received an email from Synchrony Bank, that in a retaliatory action, they closed another one of my accounts. In the letter, they made mention of a credit score provided to them from XXXX. This was fraudulently done because I did not request my information be provided to them, nor did I authorize XXXX to release this information, nor did I authorize Synchrony Bank to pull my credit. In addition to, the term " credit score '' does not appear in any US Code or Statue, making this a fraudulently made up term on top of the fraudulent, unauthorized use of my social security number. Both parties were complicit in the fraud and discrimination against me, violating numerous rights outlined in the FCRA, CFR, EOC, Public Law, the Consumer Credit Protection Act and so much more. Synchrony Bank has a pattern of reviews related to fraudulent activity and consumer abuse. And XXXX also has a history of publishing unauthorized consumer reports.

Consumer Complaint: I used Care Credit Synchrony Bank to charge procedure with XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2021. I ended up with unacceptable results that still needs additional revision. Ive have an entire photo album tracking progress ; and have given the issue more than recommended amount of time to see final results. According to the website there is mention of skin tightening and even the specific quote that the skin is always left tighter than before. My result is the opposite. Skin tightening was not the reason I had this procedure. It was too remove the XXXX for an improved contour ; however, it was definitely not to leave the skin worse and less tight then I started ; especially when skin tightening is promoted as a side benefit. Im not looking for a perfect outcome. Im looking for a result that leaves me looking better than I started off. The result is not subjective. It is clear Ive been left with a worse issue then I came in. I have pictures and video to prove this. XXXX after pictures as well still show significant slope of profile not really an improved contour. Ive seen some improvement in the profile after the XXXX XXXX but that is not as result of XXXX. I have appointment now to work with cosmetic consultant to help guide me in next steps so I can have proper revision/correction. If there is nothing that XXXX believes they can do ; I dont understand why there can not be a internal negotiation on a fair price since I have been left with a worse result that now needs revision procedures to fix. They are u willing to do anything ( opposite of what I was originally advised ) saying they believe I have a great result. I even went back to see another XXXX there per their request and he even said he has not had patients with this result and advised possible things I could look into for additional revision. Anyone who sees my pictures it is clear I have issue didnt have before. Even if it is not something XXXX can fix ( which they advised they can not ) then why would they not in good conscience work with me to achieve a resonance outcome. I understand I take some of the risk in a cosmetic procedure, I am more than willing to pay the surgical fees etc, but to pay {$6000.00} total to be left with horrible results that needs a revision is not acceptable. I am attaching a few of probably the hundreds of photos I have taken tracking the progress.

Consumer Complaint: I attempted to purchase a mattress on XX/XX/XXXX. I was told I would receive the mattress within two weeks of the purchase date but it never arrived. I was told I would not have to pay a restocking or cancellation fee if I did not want the mattress. The salesman and manger both told me this and that portion of the contract was x'ed out on the contract I signed. It is clearly visible. I have tried disputing it but Synchrony will not review the documents. They are just taking the merchants word for it. I have also been harrassed while disputing the charge via text messages and phone calls starting on XX/XX/XXXX. I just received the dispute letter on XX/XX/XXXX. Postage date is XX/XX/XXXX. They started harassing me before they even sent the letter. I feel that Ashley 's Furniture is lying to their customers and using unethical business practices to obtain money for items a customer never receives and Synchrony is allowing them to do so by siding with the merchant and not reviewing the documents. I want the XXXX $ charge removed from my account and I do not want this to happen to other people.

Consumer Complaint: Synchrony Bank is reporting a charge off, monthly, to all credit reporting agency 's ( XXXX, XXXX and XXXX ) This lowers my credit score every month and is hurting my ability to obtain a loan. The account was disputed and Synchrony Bank charged off the account. There is no other reason to report the account monthly to my credit report without a balance owed. This is just an unethical way that Synchrony Bank is doing to hurt my credit score. I have disputed this account in court and Synchrony Bank has not responded to the case in over a year. I called Synchrony Bank Spoke to XXXX XXXX and advised her of the problem and she could not do anything to help me.
