Consumer Complaint: Please help me. I have called, emailed and faxed care credit at least 50 times since 2020, and about 95 % of the time I am completely ignored, and the times they have responded it has been with a form letter that does not address any of my complaints. I have also requested my case be escalated dozens of times, I have requested for a manager to contact me dozens of times ; and all requests have been completely ignored. I have provided Care credit aka synchrony bank with evidence that I do not owe the charges they are claiming I owe, and care credit aka synchrony bank is fully aware that they do NOT have my signature on many of these charges as they were NOT authorized, and they were simply charging my accounts because they had the information and that I was overcharged and double charged. I provided documents and emails that proved that these overcharges and double charges were made without my presence, approval or knowledge. I also provided them with documentation that the services were NOT rendered and as a result my XXXX cat suffered immensely and died as a result of extreme negligence and malpractice, and a completely botched XXXX they attempted to cover up. I provided documents that proved that the XXXX was botched and that the foreign tubular object was never removed from my pet 's chest and that on top of that additional damage was done as they broke his xiphoid process during XXXX, and then tried to cover all this up. I provided them with the CT scan from before the XXXX, a CT scan after the XXXX and the necropsy report, which all prove that the XXXX was botched and that they did additional damage during XXXX!!! I also provided Care credit with veterinary malpractice bills that have been written because of what happened to my pet, as well as a letter from our state representative XXXX XXXX, who clearly instructs Care credit and advises Care credit that these charges are not owed, and that he has written bills in the state of Arizona to address veterinarian malpractice because of what was done to my pet XXXX. CareCredit has ignored me completely and continues to send me bills, even the credit bureaus took this off my record due to the preponderance of evidence that this debt is not owed. Please help me and stop them from continually harassing me and reminding me of what was done to my beloved pet. We now have three bills in the state of Arizona to address the vet malpractice in this state. I'm happy to provide you with all the documentation, please let me know where I can email it because I am limited as to the documentation I can provide here, it is not letting me upload files larger than 10 MB and I have many additional files that are larger than that. Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2021 Synchrony Bank notified me they were closing my account. This was immediately after I had made several large purchases on Amazon and sent in a large payment. As a result of the card cancellation Amazon cancelled my purchases, but Synchrony still cashed my payment. As a result of this I have a negative balance of {$61000.00} on my card that they owe me. Their statements clearly show this, that they have my money is not in dispute, each of the XXXX service agents I have talked to over the last XXXX months has agreed that I have this credit in my account. However, I have called 4 times and talked to different agents to try to either get my money back or the account re-opened so I can spend the money. 2 agents said they would send a check within XXXX weeks, the other two ( including a supervisor called " XXXX in Account Management '' today ) said I needed to fill a form out showing proof of payment and they send me the request letter I have attached. I have faxed online bill pay statements to them ( also attached ) showing the payments, and their statements show the payments, but they refuse to return my $ XXXX. XXXX today said that they now need a letter on bank letterhead stating the payments were made, which in my opinion is just a delaying tactic to avoid repaying my money that they fully admit they have. I need your help to get my money back, and at this point I think it would be fair for them to pay me interest on it too. Thank you.

Consumer Complaint: I opened the XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX Synchrony card on XX/XX/XXXX for the purpose of buying furniture for my new home. On XX/XX/XXXX I made my first purchase. Each time I have made a full payment on XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX there has been a 7 day hold placed on my account even though the money has been debited from my checking account. The first time this occurred I was told unbenounced to me this is referenced in small print in the terms and conditions " We may delay making credit available on your account in the amount of your payment even though we will credit your payment when we receive it ''. This was never mentioned to me when I applied for the card and only revealed afterwards. Additionally, each time I speak with someone at their customer service they tell me this only happens when the account is first opened. Just yesterday XX/XX/XXXX i asked if they funds would be available and the representative said it would take 24 hours to post. Today my account has a zero balance, my checking account has been debited and I was only given {$1.00} as available credit. Every other time it would at least give me a few hundred to spend. I specifically asked the representative yesterday XX/XX/XXXX if I could use the card this weekend so i could pay for my pending delivery that I have been waiting months for and take advantage of the double rewards. She told me yes it would be available. Apparently this isn't the case because the funds wont be available until XX/XX/XXXX ( 3 days after the promotion ends ) and I must spend additional money to have my furniture delivered on XX/XX/XXXX. This is so frustrating and unfair. I have many credit cards and always pay them off immediately. At this point there is not need to use this card as I have no clue what the policies are. Each time I call even when speaking with a manager I get something different. I will recommend to anyone, do not get this card

Consumer Complaint: Over 12 years ago, Lowe's/Synchrony Bank , closed my Lowe 's credit card for non-use, I paid the card in full, but they wanted to come back with interest charges, then late fees, etc. I told them and have proof that the debt was paid, except for the " after-the-fact '' interest charges, so I refused to pay the interest charges, so they started tacking on late fees, collection fees, legal fees, put it on my credit report ... it has rolled off my credit report and now I have collection agencies and this " arbitration '' firm, XXXX XXXX XXXX calling me , threatening to take me to court to collect. Calling me at work on my cell phone and threatening to serve me court papers at work, hanging up on me when I try to explain the situation, etc.

XXXX XXXX XXXX is and has been furnishing negative information on my credit report without my lawful authority and is in violation of 15 USC 1681s-2 ( 7 ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX it is a third party and has no standing to deny my claim. Consumer Complaint: I believe this company is keeping unnecessary balances on your purchases just to collect interest. I made a purchase on XX/XX/XXXX {$50.00} and still had a balance of {$6.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I had a purchase of {$23.00} and on XX/XX/XXXX I still had a balance of {$1.00}. I have others also. I don't understand how they can do this. I really feel it is so they can continue to charge interest. I feel this is a fraudulent act. They are ripping people off. A lot of times when you look at your bill on line you don't see these charges. I think people should be made aware of this and check their bills closely .Look under promotional purchases. You can't see them all but you will find some.

Consumer Complaint: I have had the account in question for years. My credit limit has gone up and I have made payments always ahead of time and always for more then the amount due. After years with Paypal credit card run by Synchrony Bank on XX/XX/XXXX they closed my account. I had over {$3700.00} dollars in reward money that I had been accruing since I first opened the card. When I contacted the company they said there is no answer as to why my account was closed. I asked for it to be reopened and was denied. I then asked for my money to be sent to me and they said no. This was XXXX percent their way of not having to pay me. Kept saying to me that a letter was sent and when I got letter it made no sense.
