Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX and I am sending this request myself to address the inaccuracies on my Credit Reports. I have been patiently waiting on their response to the written requests I sent. However, any modes of response or coordination were not taken on their end. They have not complied with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 USC Sections 1681i within the time allowed by law and continued reporting as unverified information which now, given all my attempts to address it directly with the creditor, as wilful negligence and non-compliance with federal statutes.

Consumer Complaint: XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX card by Synchrony bank routinely ran my credit. I used the card for gas and made large payments to cover the gas every XXXX weeks. After some major car repairs earlier this year XXXX My other credit cards where used to pay my repairs. As a result my balances where high. So after a credit check in XXXX by Synchrony bank they determined my credit score was too low and closed the account. Over time I paid very little interest on this account since I was paying every 2 weeks. These unwarranted credit checking affect my score and closing my account certainly affected my credit again. Now I am forced to pay interest on a closed account. I asked for interest free payments but they cant do anything until my account is past due ( another potential hit on my credit. This is malicious predatory behavior. Please help

This is considered aggravated adverse action and identity theft according to 15 USC 1691 ( d ) ( 6 ) and 18 USC 1028a. XXXX 's did not have my authorization to close my credit card, that was extension of my social security number 15 USC 1602L. I will be filing complaints to the FTC and reporting this fraud. I verify myself through the cfpb and let them know further communication will be sent through the cfpb and your reason or purpose of complaint is because youre being denied your consumer file pursuant to 15 usc 1681g.

Consumer Complaint: I applied for an XXXX XXXX online and I received an e mail asking me to provide my personal information so they could tell me if my application for this credit card was approved or not. I fell for this scam e mail and I gave this hacker my social security number, my zip code and my birth date. There has been no fraudulent activity on my accounts as of yet, but I'm sure there will be soon as this hacker now has the last XXXX digits of my social security number as well as my birth date. Consumer Complaint: I owed {$7000.00} to CareCredit, they keep uping my fixed interest even when I HAVE NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT. i recently took card security off which was {$120.00} so then they added more interest which made what i owe {$7100.00} now and i have tried to contact them but no straight answer, its always an excuse. if i was paying card security and interest would make my total {$520.00} and it was only {$400.00} as i said before i took card security off so it shouldve made my total {$280.00} but it only went down to XXXX I need help, i cant keep paying this when it doesnt even go down. this company is a scam & doing it to so many other people. i have already paid XXXX XXXX to them and owe {$7100.00} still when the original work i had done at the dentist only came out to be {$9400.00} so if i DID pay them off id be paying them a total of XXXX anything over {$1000.00} you should be contacted by a carecredit representative & I NEVER WAS.
