Consumer Complaint: I was approved by PayPal for a PayPal credit account. I charged XXXX $ to the account on XX/XX/XXXX and wished to go and make a payment. PayPal is either unwilling or unable to confirm and/or accept the XXXX forms of payment I have tried to pay the balance with. They will not allow me to pay the balance with my debit card they have on file, and they will not confirm my checking account to allow me to pay with that. I have contacted my bank multipole times ant they have confirmed that there is no problem on their end, and that paypal has made no attempt to confirm or withdraw from my checking account. PayPal has put me into a customer service loop that goes nowhere and will not acknowledge that the issue is on their end. I just want to pay my bill, and they refuse to let me. Consumer Complaint: I purchased an office chair on XX/XX/XXXX using my Amazon Synchrony credit card, along with a {$20.00} 3 year warranty. We returned it because it was very cheaply made and was not accurate when it said it would hold a heavy person, it was flimsy. I went online to start the return process and selected the return to original payment method. I called the credit card company a few days later and the lady assured me it would be refunded to my credit card, just give it a few days to show up. Well on XX/XX/XXXX when my payment was due, the {$170.00} was still not refunded, yet the {$20.00} was. I called customer service and was given the run around, passed all over the place, until finally I spoke with XXXX. She told me that it was refunded to my gift card balance! I was very upset, and asked her why. This was so unfair, I paid with it by credit card, and it should go back to my credit card, but instead I am stuck out of {$170.00} because they put it on there, so they could still get my money and hold it hostage, forcing me to still give them almost {$200.00} of my money. She claimed that I selected return to gift card, I DID NOT DO THAT, why would I do that, I selected return to original payment method! Furthermore, the warranty was on the same transaction, why did the {$20.00} get refunded to the card, and not the {$170.00} get refunded to my card? It is very suspicious and indicitive of dishonest and unethical business practices! This is so wrong and evil! I need my money refunded, not put on the amazon gift card, where I am forced to use my money on their company for an item I returned! I want a full investigation of this company and their egregious, dishonest and shady business practices! I have now been forced to pay {$170.00} on this account, when it should have been refunded to me, and money is so tight right now, to have to be paying for something I returned and now have to be hostage to Amazon for my money to use it ONLY ON THEIR COMPANY! So wrong!

( c ) I am notifying you in writing that I refuse to pay this alleged debt, and I am demanding that you cease all forms of communication with me through any and all mediums. Pursuant to 15 USC 1692c. ( c ) ( 2 ) I am invoking my specified remedy as a consumer, and the original creditor I am demanding all of the following : Do NOT close MY account without MY authorized permission. This is account is my property, as it was an extension of MY credit card ( social security card, pursuant 15 USC 160XXXX ( l ) ) -Zero out the balance on this account. -Do not seize or attempt to seize anything in my possession. Again, I initiated this transaction with my credit card ( social security card number ), and this ensures that my account is paid in full in 15 USC 1602 ( l ). I did not fill out a LOAN application because banks can not lend money ( 12 USC 1431 ) -this looks a lot like fraud to me. I am the consumer, and should benefit from this transaction. LOWES SYNCHRONY, you did not lend these funds to me to utilize the account ending in XXXX. I participated in a consumer credit transaction using my social security number ( credit card ) and not a loan Pursuant to 15 USC 1602 ( i ). At this point I have determined that I am not going to allow my rights to be violated anymore by you. I am demanding you to refund any part of the amount of the remaining credit balance, leave my account open to utilize each and every month. Consumer Complaint: My complaint is regarding the Gap Credit Card through Synchrony Bank. My initial problem began in XXXX of 2022. After paying the credit card statement in full, I subsequently received a bill for the amount I paid, plus a late fee. The sent bank info to Synchrony, including check info from my bank showing the check had been processed. They opened a review of that complaint. In the meantime, I received additional statements with additional late fees. In XXXX, I sent the cut up credit card to synchrony bank with a letter requesting they close my account. It also filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General XXXX. They have a file of my complaint on record. Shortly after that I received notice from Synchrony that they would look into it. In the meantime more bills with late fees, and recently a new credit card! Yesterday, I received a bill for XXXX stating that the past due amount was {$9.00} and late fee or {$20.00} and interest of {$2.00}. The total bill was {$32.00}. I have not made any purchase at Gap using the synchrony card since XXXX. Their ceaseless billing of late fees and refusal to close my account leave me no choice but to complain again the the Attorney General, The XXXX XXXX XXXX, and now to XX/XX/XXXXI have read online that this billing behavior is not unique to me. I can only infer that leaving this current attempt collecting on a debt that I did not initiate will lead to more late fees on into eternity. I a : at my wits end.
