Two of these purchases were gift cards which were XXXX and {$170.00} Store items were bought XXXX XXXX I reached out to XXXX XXXX explain to them I did not purchase these items and I did not wish for them to be delivered to my address I also reached out to US post office for them to send items back to XXXX XXXX once they received. tracking numbers were given to them also made a fraud report to US post office. Got ahold of synchrony bank and made a fraud report and was told credit card was closed. Made a call to all three credit bureaus to make a report.

Consumer Complaint: I am filling a formal complaint and notice of Pre Arbitration with Synchrony Bank they have breached their own contract and have provided false and misleading information. I have placed a dispute with Synchrony Bank about their fraudulent activity and have not received any resolution to my dispute. Instead they have CHARGED-OFF the following accounts Old Navy Account without notice and reported negative remarks, TJ Maxx they lowered my limit my account and than closed the card which lowered my credit score with a closed account. Care Credit account they lowered my credit limit without notice have reported this negative account to the consumer reporting agencies. This is a clear breach of contract. Within their Dispute and Arbitration Agreement, it states that all claims arising from or relating to this Agreement and or Loan must be resolved by binding arbitration. Syncrhony did not do this, they only charged-off my account and did not provide notice of such changes to my account. Pursuant 15 USC 1681a ( 2 ( b ) ), a charge-off account should be excluded from a consumer report and reporting a charge-off is a fraudulent reporting of an account. Reporting a charge-off is illegal because it is income and income is not reported to a consumer report. Before this account was furnished to my consumer report, an investigation should have been done which wouldve shown that this charge-off account should have never been reflected to my consumer report, which is identity theft. Please take this complaint as a pre arbitration notice that I am taking before I file a complaint with the XXXX XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 I received a charge statement from XXXX for {$75.00} which was charged to my PayPal account on that same day. The charge by XXXX was not authorized by me. I immediately contacted PayPal to complain about that charge & to have it removed. Subsequently, XXXX informed me that the subscription was cancelled as of XX/XX/2022 but no credit was issued. PayPal notified me today that it is denying my credit request because I did authorize that charge! At around the same time last year, I sought to purchase a PC software from XXXX which was supposed to cost {$45.00}. However, because the keys to download the software was not correspondingly sent, I demanded that XXXX cancel the purchase & to credit my account. Furthermore, I was also very much concerned that granting XXXX access to my PC could be detrimental to my machine. I subsequently received confirmation by XXXX XXXX that it cancelled the subscription & that it had credited my account for {$41.00}. However, such credit was never actually given, and Paypal concurrently denied me the credit as well. While denying my request for credit, PayPal did also stipulate the following : " We've now cancelled this agreement for you to prevent any other unwanted transactions ''. Accordingly, PayPal could not at this time again grant a billing charge to XXXX pursuant to its aforementioned claim. Additionally, there had not been any alert by XXXX that its alleged ( but negated subscription ) was forthcoming in almost a double charge. I did not authorize XXXX nor PayPal to place such a charge on my account. This whole transaction by XXXX on collaboration with PayPal is a fraudulent one. Since this unauthorized charge by XXXX, my PayPal closing balance went from {$5100.00} to an updated one of {$5100.00} ; the increase reflecting that {$75.00}. Unfortunately, the current Annual Percentage Rate ( APR ) on this account is a whopping 24.24 %. Any fraudulent addition to my current balance has enormous financial consequences and can not be tolerated.

Consumer Complaint: I recently checked my credit and observed Syncb/Care Credit has a closed account reporting on my XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX Credit Reports . I called Syncb Bank/Care Credit with intentions to diss the acct that was reporting on my credit reports. I was told by 2 representatives that they no longer owned the XXXX and the accounts were sold to XXXX XXXX. I inquired to the representative as to why Syncb/Care Crecit was still reporting the account to the credit bureaus if they sold the account, and no longer owned the account? The representative was unable to give me an answer and stated these things took time. I also informed the rep that I knew my consumer rights and is well aware that 2 different companies could not collect on or report the same debts. I am requesting that Sync Bank remove all listings of this account with each bureau that they are reporting to. RE : Account # XXXX

Consumer Complaint: This company allowed someone to add themself to my account online, order a card, use the card for XXXX XXXX, and have the payments deducted from my business account. When it was discovered, they closed the card and transferred the balance to my card. On XX/XX/2022, they sent me a " Fraud Investigation Form ''. I filled it our and returned it. On XX/XX/2022, they sent me another letter stating that on XX/XX/2022, they initiated an investigation and denied it on XX/XX/2022 because They say " I authorized, participated in, or benefited from the purchase '' ; and that additionally on XX/XX/2022 they sent me a letter IN ERROR advising my claim was provisionally approved. I have sent them a response letter stating that 1 ) I never applied for nor authorized another user or card on my account. No one ever called me to verify or alert me, they simply issued the card and, 2 ) these charges were all for personal plastic / cosmetic surgeries/ treatments that were performed on someone else, not me, that did not live with me and therefore did not benefit me in any way. To my knowledge, it is illegal to apply for a credit card in someone else 's name. I should not be held responsible for the lack of due diligence by this bank confirming that I was adding an authorized user and card on my account. I have already suffered enough with this considering {$400.00} - {$500.00} a month was coming directly out of my business through ACH for a very long time before it was discovered.

I did not authorize this. The account has been on auto pay and my account is in good standing. I have not seen a statement.
