Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 I called the credit card company to make my monthly payment that it was due for the next date XX/XX/2022. I attempted to make the payment 2 time and the computer machine was saying that I was unable to make payment, so I called the credit card at customer service and I was told that they see that I tried to make the payment and I was told ( by customer service ) that I have problem with my bank XXXX Bank XXXX XXXX ). I called my bank and they told me that the credit card took the money ( XX/XX/2022 ). I called back the credit card company and I told them that they took the money already and they said that they did not receive the payment and I have been confused with who said what, because the bank said they did the payment and the credit card stated that they did not receive the payment. I received the statement from my Bank and I saw that they did not took the money on the XXXX of XXXX so I called back to make the payment again on the XXXX and I was told that they are going to remove the late fee and the interest, but they did not took the late fee or the interest. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX I make another payment ( instead of the XXXX ) and they are keeping charging me for the late fee and the interest ( when it was not my fault that there computer was not working ). I always pay my credit card earlier than the due date.

Issue: Incorrect information on your report
Subissue: Account information incorrect
Consumer Complaint: As of XX/XX/2022 I had paid on my account to make it current leaving me with a remaining balance of {$2800.00}. On XX/XX/2022 after I added my autopay information Synchrony proceeded to charge me for the total remaining amount, even after I had already paid for the month. Because of this my personal funds went to - {$2000.00} which I had them refund. On XX/XX/2022 after Synchrony reported my account to be current they also reported that my credit usage increased by 83.09 % which is false. They're claiming that because I had my money refunded that my credit usage increased, however my credit usage is the same as it was when I opened my account in XXXX. I have not purchased anything nor have I used any of my remaining credit since opening my account. They have refused to look into the false reporting and are claiming that my account is current, which is true in terms of amounts paid and owed, but they are not reporting my credit usage accurately.

Consumer Complaint: I applied for credit card for a retail store called Brandsmart on XX/XX/2022. The bank issuing the credit card was Synchrony Bank. During the application process, they had demanded my phone number to verify my identity. I have never been asked this to verify my identity. Although, I found it odd, I provided my phone number. I was then to receive a text message but my phone had died. They then said to submit an alternate method for verification using the bank 's website and I did. Despite having a high credit score, I was ultimately denied and advised I would receive a letter regarding the reason for the denial. I was advised a hard pull of my credit was performed. I requested a copy of the credit report and score as is required. The bank refused to provide it to me. The purpose of my compliant at this time is with respect to the bank 's refusal to provide me with a copy of my credit report and score that was pulled by them during the application process.

Issue: Problem with a purchase shown on your statement
Subissue: Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement
Consumer Complaint: On Fed XXXX 2022 I came across a website called " XXXX ''. I purchased a " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX '', With my PayPal credit card. However, To this date, I have not gotten my item. I have tried contacting the seller for more information and no response. I went back onto the website and it is no longer available. I checked the tracking that the seller provided and it said it was delivered. When I went to check for the package there was nothing. I contacted XXXX and gave them the tracking and they said it was delivered to the same city I lived in but with a different name and address. After several attempts to contact the seller with no response, I opened a dispute with PayPal. PayPal took my dispute on XX/XX/2022 for an item not received. I gave them the tracking and told them that the shipping company said it was not delivered to my address and that it was sent under a different name. PayPal closed the case in the sellers favor. I asked PapPal why they closed the dispute in the sellers favor and they said that the seller provided proof of delivery. I asked PayPal to contact the shipper and see where the item was delivered and they refused. On the tracking, it says it was delivered to my city, but when you call to see where it was delivered they say to confirm the tracking number, name and address, they said its not my tracking because it is under a different name and address. After that, I tried to reopen a dispute with PayPal. PayPal refused to reopen a dispute. Then I managed to open another dispute with PayPal credit for the same item and I was able to. I gave PayPal Credit the same information they said that they will try to investigate this further. On XX/XX/2022, PayPal credit closed the dispute in the sellers favor because the seller provided proof of delivery. When I told them that I called the shipping company and that they said it was delivered to the same city but delivered to a different name and address they re-opened my dispute. On XX/XX/2022 they closed the case again because they cited with the seller because the seller provided proof of delivery. The proof of delivery just shows it was delivered to my city that's it, it does not show my name or address. Paypal gave me some documents telling me why the case was closed. I looked at the documents and the seller provided them with a different tracking number and different shipping company. I contacted that company and they told me the same thing that the other company said, that it was sent to a different name and address. PayPal Is charging me XXXX dollars for something I did not receive. I tried several times to call the seller and email the seller and no response. The sellers email is not an active email. It seems like the seller only responds to PayPal. I tried to go back onto the sellers website to see if there is any other contact info i can use and the website is no longer available for months now. So I'm trying to settle this with PayPal. PayPal is being very difficult to deal with, it seems like they don't want to help me. I told PayPal That there is several tracking numbers for one item and that they got a tracking number from a different company than the one I got and they refuse to listen. I also told PayPal to check the website of the item I bought, That its is no longer available and they just don't understand my situation.
