Consumer Complaint: Hello- I would like to lodge a complaint about this credit company - I bought a pair of boots for approx {$65.00} - it was with TJX and it was a new store so I filled out an application for a new account with all of my personal information - email address, phone number etc. I was approved and bought the boots. Then we moved - all of our creditors bills were sent to the new address and everything was paid on time. Except with this company. The parent company if Synchrony Bank and I have other accounts with this Bank ie JC Penny - so they have many ways to contact me. However, I never received a bill from TJX. Because I never received a bill, TJX started to add on interest charges and two years later I receive a letter from XXXX XXXX that I now owe {$180.00}. I have tried to negotiate a more reasonable amount like {$75.00} or whatever but this is highway robbery and it is unethical. If it has happened to me then it has probably happened to others - I am XXXX years old and this may be happening to many seniors in our country. I would like to find a resolution to this matter. Consumer Complaint: Lowe 's has been mishandling my deferred interest payments every month since XX/XX/XXXX. Every time I call to have the payments allocated. I leave the call feeling that it is correct, but when I receive my statement it is not. I called and spoke with a supervisor named XXXX. We were supposed to go over the statements and address the misallocation of funds last XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. She told me to call this number XXXX and stated that XXXX was her personal extension and we could review and correct. I called and I was told that XXXX would call me back within 2 to 3 hrs because she was in a meeting. Until this time, I have not received a return call from her regarding this matter.

They added a late fee of {$20.00}, making my balance {$31.00}. I negotiated with them, ended up paying {$19.00}, and I requested my card to be cancelled. Consumer Complaint: So I hired XXXX 's to replace carpets for stairs in my home. I paid for XXXX of underlayment padding per contract, while contractor only installed XXXX. I reported the issue to XXXX 's and XXXX 's couldn't help because contractor claimed all material was used. I escalated issue to card issuer Synchrony Bank, and the dispute team first investigated in the wrong direction, and then closed the case in favor of merchant without collecting anything to refute my claim, saying that I needed to work with XXXX 's to get it resolved. I'm tired of going back and forth with the two entities. It's a simple fact that they used only XXXX -- anyone can stop by and measure and I have photos to prove too -- while claiming they used XXXX. This collusion of merchant and bank is ridiculous and disgusting.

The credit didn't apply to my original purchase, Instead, it was applied to a promotional purchase that's expired next year on XX/XX/XXXX and money has been taken from XXXX original purchase in applying it to another without my approval.

Consumer Complaint: This memorandum is in reference to Synchrony Bank located in XXXX, Florida. This bank declined approval of a card from XXXX because I had an unsatisfactory obligation with their organization. I sent them a letter on XX/XX/2021 explaining my situation so they could correct my credit status. No corrections were made. I would appreciate it if Synchrony Bank would rectify the problem by deleting the erroneous information about my obligation of not paying on my account. I informed them that the doctor deliberately took money for services he did not perform. He was informed within 24 hours to cancel my application and he did not. He did take the funds that Synchrony had given to him.
