I never have done business with XXXX XXXX XXXX and i have never gave then written permission to post to my consumer report. I never received a notice in the mail that i could dispute this alleged debt. This account needs to be removed immediately from all consumer reporting agencies. Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2022, a payment of {$300.00} was suppose to come out, and the bank thought it was fraud and pulled it back, the next day it was sent back to Amazon this was the first time something like this has happened in 5 years. I am appalled that one error not on purpose and not by me caused Synchrony Bank to close my account. I can not believe the audacity of this company, to close someone's good standing for years over a bank error. They should be ashamed of themselves. I am a hardworking person and I believe that this should be brought to someone's attention.

However, I just noticed their advertised IRA CD APYs have an asterisk that says " *This is the annual rate of return that you expect from your savings and investments during retirement. This calculation assumes a 010 % annual rate of return ( depending on your selection ) on your savings. '' Ive asked " what does that mean '' thru their secure message system after logging in and Ive been refused a written response. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022, I purchased two pairs of eyeglasses from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX for {$370.00}. The salesclerk did not itemize each pair, which I thought was deceptive, but I didnt say anything at that time. Weeks went by and I hadnt heard from the salesclerk and that was because she was calling my home phone that was not working properly. I really never understood why she did not try by cell phone or send me an email. When XXXX XXXX sent me a bill in XXXX, I called them and informed them that the salesclerk never called me ; I never picked up those eyeglasses. So, they began a dispute investigation, so I thought. Several days later XXXX notified me about setting the reset button on the back of the phone and there were all of my messages for the past month. So, I called XXXX XXXX and told them the salesclerk had called me, but I no longer wanted the glasses. The representative told me to go to the XXXX XXXX and ask for a credit. I went to the store on XX/XX/2022, and told the same salesclerk that I needed a credit because I no longer want the eyeglasses. She told me XXXX XXXX return policy exclusions on custom made eye wear was for a XXXX period for a full refund. I asked her why she waited until now to tell me this. She said because no one ever says they dont want their glasses. She then gave me the pamphlet concerning the refund policies. I became upset and told her I did not want those glasses and left. On XX/XX/2022, I mailed a certified letter to XXXX XXXX ( it was delivered on XX/XX/2022, at XXXX ) telling them I did not pick up those glasses because of the salesclerks attitude and the fact that she neglected to tell me about the return policy at the time of purchase. So, XXXX XXXX sent me a bill requesting payment for those glasses. I refuse to pay for something I dont have, especially when the purchase was made under deceitful conditions. They have yet to responed to my complaint. I have 4 credit cards with this bank and every last one of these cards has given me problems with merchants making erroneous charges and the bank takes an excessive amount of time to complete their investigations.

Consumer Complaint: I bought a telephoto lens bundle from XXXX. The order was delayed/lost, so they let me order the same lens but from a different seller. However the first seller XXXX XXXX XXXX claims their lens was delivered but I never got anything. This issue has been brought up multiple times with XXXX and they've sided with me claiming there's no evidence of the lens being delivered and even in their system it says the item is still in transit. XXXX SYNCHRONY BANK however refuses to refund me back the credit. I've opened multiple disputes and they keep declining them. Their emails keep saying " the seller claims that you received your item so no refund will be issued ''. They provide no proof, no delivery date, no pictures, and aren't cooperating with me or XXXX. This issue has been on going for over a year and a half now.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022, I initiated a balance transfer request online on XXXX XXXX XXXX website ( my credit card issuer ) for my Walmart Mastercard ending in XXXX in the amount of {$1400.00}. XXXX XXXX XXXX online balance transfer system automatically generates the Creditors address. A few weeks after the balance transfer request, I noticed that payment had not posted to my Walmart Mastercard. I contacted XXXX XXXX and it was determined that the payment was sent to the wrong creditor, Synchrony Bank. My Walmart Mastercard was issued by and is serviced by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX mailed the balance transfer payment to Synchrony Bank. I have attached a copy of the check that was cashed by Synchrony Bank on XX/XX/2022 as well as details pertaining to the balance transfer. Since contacting XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX by phone, I have been contacted by a representative named XXXX at number XXXX. XXXX prepared a letter on my behalf and faxed it to Synchrony Bank requesting that the funds in the amount of {$1400.00} be returned to XXXX XXXX XXXX. She said in turn XXXX XXXX XXXX would credit my credit card account ending in XXXX the {$1400.00}. XXXX has been persistently providing weekly status updates, however as of the date of this correspondence, sixty days after the balance transfer request was initiated this issue remains unresolved. XXXX said she can not process a refund to my account because she can not verify that it was a bank error. This is clearly a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX error. I did not input the wrong Creditor or wrong Creditors address into the balance transfer system, it was generated incorrectly by XXXX XXXX XXXX online balance transfer system. Additionally, I have contacted Synchrony Bank and the representatives I have talked with acknowledged that the balance transfer check was cashed but have not provided an avenue in which the funds can be retrieved.

Consumer Complaint: You have helped me before with this situation. I made a purchased through XXXX who uses Synchrony Bank to handle their credit services. My payments were not being posted and they made a comment on my credit report. The company was able to resolve the issue and started posting the payments appropriately.. This month they stated they did not receive my payment again. It was sent out on XX/XX/22 and cleared the bank. When I called to explain this happened before and it was on their end, they keep saying they did not receive the payment. I have one more payment to go after this one. It is almost paid off. The offer was 12 months same as cash and I am paying it off earlier. I do not want them to make me pay back interest.

Consumer Complaint: During the month of XXXX in the year 2020 I was given the option of opening a credit card with the company Care Credit in order to cover dental expenses. I accepted this offer and opened an account. Unfortunately, I was not made aware of the deferred interest and was only given a receipt with my purchase. I was taken advantage of as a XXXX XXXX XXXX with little experience with credit cards. I was not made aware of the fact that I was given a promotional period and would have to pay off my balance by a certain time to avoid interest charges. I only became aware of this fact after I had been charged {$3000.00}. I did not receive any phone calls concerning this promotional period or interest charge and only became aware of this charge once I saw that my credit score had gone down. After contacting the credit card company I was told that I had been made aware of this information on my statements ; however, I find it to be unreasonable that I was not told prior to opening this account of the conditions. I feel I was a victim of unfair and deceptive credit card practices as I was misled and not given adequate guidance. If I had been made aware of the deferred interest beforehand, I may have not opened an account in the first place.
