Consumer Complaint: This is a follow-up billing inquiry per XXXX bill that was in question with Synchrony : My family and I noticed XXXX was acting strange and lethargic on XX/XX/XXXX. We first went to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX which referred us to XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXXThey informed us that XXXX. would be out for our best interests, not our money. XXXX stayed at XXXX. from Sunday the XXXX to Wednesday the XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. At no point during his stay was he given antibiotics due to XXXX. believing he could become antibiotic resistant, citing gold standard research for this reason. Research that prioritizes administering every test possible to ensure definitive answers. Which is good in theory, but ultimately showed us that theyre just doing this in order to run us dry of money we dont have. However, XXXX was given XX/XX/XXXX-otherwise commonly known as XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, etcKnown sedatives that they claim did not suppress his appetite, despite being medications that do the opposite. Each night theyd call us and update us on XXXX status. They sent emails with details we discussed over the phone and attached pictures of XXXX with them. We asked questions and trusted that they were providing XXXX with care, even though the pictures theyd send were of a dull, XXXX XXXX. On Wednesday morning, they called atXX/XX/XXXXam and told me I could pick him up, saying that he was ready to go. Then, at XXXX am they called suddenly and said that he needed to stay longer and be re-catheterized. This wouldve cost {$1500.00} more on top of the {$4700.00} they were charging us. At this point, his health did not look like it was going to get any better in the hands of XXXX. and I was not willing to pay {$1500.00} more than what they were wanting from us. So, I decided to take him to another vet. The process of getting XXXX out of XXXX. was unnecessarily longer than it shouldve been. I was parked in the front of their building for close to 45 minutes before they actually released him to me. I then took him toXX/XX/XXXXXXXX at around XXXX pm. They easily identified XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and gave him proper antibiotics to flush them out. XXXX that XXXX. never noted to us during the multiple phone calls we had with them. XXXX stayed at XXXX XXXX XXXX for less than 24 hours before being released the next day in a much better state. A week after he was home on the XXXX of XXXX, XXXX. sent a XXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that he had XXXX XXXX. An infection that comes from consistent treatment with catheters. The only reason we went to XXXX. in the first place was that XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXXXXXX was closed on Sunday. If XXXX had gone toXX/XX/XXXXoriginally, he would have been better in a much shorter time and for only {$440.00}. We sent a dispute for the charges on XX/XX/XXXX, but Synchrony did not ultimately side with us. It took until XX/XX/XXXX until we ever got a response from Synchrony regarding our original dispute. I'll heed thatXX/XX/XXXX did refund {$540.00}, but that's only because we took XXXX out earlier than planned.

Consumer Complaint: I am a XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX veteran that was having XXXX problems and reached out to a community service XXXX or so I was told when I made the appointment.The receptionist told me and my wife they help veterans all the time.I went to the appointment on XXXX and while the XXXX worked on my the nurse came in and asked me to sign some papers and they could get me financing.My wife and I looked at each other and my wife said the receptionist told us this XXXX office helped veterans and were a part of the community care network, I said you told me the entire expense would be {$15000.00} I can't pay that amount and the va takes care of all of my community service debt.She explained no and we will bill you for the balance.I said ok got out of the XXXX chair and left.A week and some days later I got a bill from synchrony bank in florida telling me I owed them XXXX XXXX XXXX.I spoke to the bank and told them this XXXX clinic is trying to fraud me.I was in the office for 4 hours, the XXXX grinded and sanded my teeth and after I learned what was going on me and my wife left.I have received nothing else from their office.I mean nothing no teeth no more visits no nothing.Synchrony bank paid them the XXXX XXXX and now I am stuck with the bill.I will not pay for something I never received.

Consumer Complaint: Synchrony Bank " reviewed '' my credit report ( not by my request ) as a way to increase or decrease my available credit on my Amazon Store Card. This is the third time in less than two years that they have decreased my available credit. Each time they have relied on credit information that is not correct and have not been willing to correct the issue. I have attached the letter from Amazon showing their reasons for this third decrease, and also attached pages from my credit report ( using the same reporting agency that they used ) showing that their information is FALSE!!!! Amazon continues to discriminate against me by continuing to lower my payments to the amount of credit that is outstanding on my account. This makes it look like I have used my card to the limit ( which is what they say I am doing on other cards and the reason they decreased my limit on my Amazon card ) I am using 22 % of my available credit ( which is over {$15000.00} ). The reasons that Amazon provided on a letter lowering my credit report are not FACTUAL, and Synchrony should remedy this IMMEDIATELY. It is because of Synchrony Bank ( that finances Amazon ) that my credit is being denied as they continually lower the limit on my cards making it look as though I am charging to the limit. They are hurting my credit score.

Consumer Complaint: Purchased {$6300.00} worth of goods XXXX & XX/XX/18 and charged to my Lowes account. Did not receive the generator until more than a week later. Before even receiving a bill in the mail, I paid {$6000.00} and posted a {$29.00} refund. At this time the balance was {$350.00} which I always pay off completely upon receipt of the bill. I was surprised to see an interest charge of {$110.00} on a balance of {$350.00} resulting from purchases that weren't even 30 days old! I called Synchrony Bank to complain and they removed the interest. I am filing this complaint because this is the second time in the last few months that I have been over charged interest. I have attached the bill and request that you review the method of calculating interest they are employing.

Got it because my vet was partners with them and my cat needed XXXX, all was good until actually paying them back, they have bumped almost every payment i have made while giving me conformation numbers for all the charges, did not tell me they bumped them, charged a fee without telling me, canceled my account without telling me, charging me more interest rates because of nonpayment because they bump every payment thus knocking my credit score down XXXX points. On top of that you'll receive calls, texts, emails that are very unprofessional from them telling you to pay your account months after they bumped all your payments. Their explanation " your bank canceled the payments '', bank says they were there and just dropped off for no reason.
