Consumer Complaint: in response to you're company from the letter you have sent, and a pile of statements showing from synchrony bank. under the fair debt collection practices act ( FDCPA ) its unlawful to design compile and furnish any form knowing such form would be used and create a false belief in a consumer. that a person other then a creditor of such consumer is participating in a collection of or an attempt to collect a debt. such consumer allegedly owes such creditor when in fact such person is not such participating. ( reference 15 usc 1692 j ( a ) ) XXXX XXXX XXXX is making a belief that the company is collecting for Synchrony Bank by sending alleged statements when in fact if the creditor was in attempt to collect a alleged debt they would not have sold out the debt to XXXX XXXX XXXX. please provide and produce the following! .a contract that i have with XXXX XXXX XXXX to show i have any business to discuss. .total amount the Debt was sold for .audit trail for full accounting on and off ledger. .Name and address of the original creditor

I found out PayPaXXXX agent told me not to pay anything because of scammer using my PayPal account somehow. Synchrony bank is stubbornly charged me more $ $ without receiving a product first. Consumer Complaint: This is a general issue that I notice with most if not all consumer credit card statements. I have various multiple credit cards where I shop and I have them only to use the rewards and discounts I receive. I pay them off in full when due. The problem is the statements include no detail as to my purchases. Often there is as much as a month or more between purchase date and statement receipt. While I receive numerous pages of useless information and advertising with the statement, other than the date of purchase, and location, I receive no description of the products purchased. I really can't remember oftentimes specifically WHAT I purchased. Certainly the barcodes contain this information and it shouldn't be that difficult to include it. I often wonder if I'm paying for what I actually purchased. Can you help?

Ever since XXXX bank close my account with the XXXX provider, the statements received have been incorrect, account has been closed and my credit profile has been compromised. Representatives have hung the phone up just reading notes in the last 30 days because of my complaints to request a verification of possible discrimination and or red lining. They have a void it to offer me credit and harass me daily to pay a collection that I dont even know and have been XXXX dollars past due and have not used the card And over 90 days with a XXXX dollar balance
