" hi this message is solely intended for -- - my name is XXXX and I am contacting you today in regard of a legal matter that has has been forwarded to my office and has registered against you. To discuss this pending allegation and to be further assisted you will need to contact XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX directly at XXXX & XXXX XXXX and the reference file number is XXXX if you fail to fail to correspond by the end of one business day you will be served to either your home or your place of employment for small claims matter. this call has been logged and submitted as proof that you have been notified of this pending allegation. Thank you and have a nice day '' I called the number, and I was getting an attitude as if I never thought about paying back the debt, and then given information I insisted to be sent an email to review since I was currently at work. I was given a number ( XXXX ) XXXX to call her back if there were any questions. The email sent me a link from a XXXX XXXX to view a document online, it was a form for me to sign and fill out how I was going to pay my debt on the remaining balance that I owe that was originally JCPenny Credit card, either in one payment by XX/XX/XXXX or in full. I noticed that the form had XXXX XXXX XXXX, there was a line of text that made me question the legitimacy of this as it refered to their company as XXXX XXXX XXXX. When asked about it I was told there was a merger a couple days ago and that signing should be fine. I asked if she could make sure because I didnt like the idea of signing a document saying I have read it, if there is mention of a company that does not exist anymore. I then brought to her attention that the website they have was made on square space, that I was having a hard time believing that they were legitimate, and to which she responded that the legitimacy will be apparent when I am taken to court. and the call was ended.

Consumer Complaint: My issue goes back to XX/XX/XXXX. I have made payments and if you look you can see how I was creditied the payment then they charged back the payments at vaious different occassions. All my payments have always been by phone only. I do not make them online ever. I now have a judgement placed against me but never received anything stating this was going to happen. The 2 amounts in question that have been recurring credits and charges are {$620.00} and {$1800.00}. The first payment of {$1800.00} was paid by phone on XX/XX/XXXX. The next payment in the issue was from XX/XX/XXXX {$620.00}. There have been credits and charges showing the payment sections for these 2 amounts. I am not sure how this happened in their system but I don't owe anything. I did speak to someone at Syncrony in XXXX or XXXX of XXXX to set up a dispute about this. It was never addressed by them. Everytime I have called the company I just get transferred from person to person and then get convenienty disconnected. I filed a cliam with the XXXX which I will attach to the complaint with all credit card statements also.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I made my regular payment through XXXX to TJ Maxx Credit Card. I always pay balance in full. I accidentally put in two additional zeros in payment. The balance was {$930.00} and entered {$93000.00}. I made the same mistake once before on another credit card and it was no problem. TJ Maxx accused me of not having intention to pay credit card. No one would even talk to me about it. They just kept saying your account is closed. If they would have looked at my records, i have always paid my balance in full. I have great credit rating and am afraid they might ruin it by their accusations. The XXXX site reversed the transaction and then I paid the balance in full but TJ Maxx still closed account and said I am a high risk. I had purchased a lot of things in both TJ Maxx and XXXX during the holidays as I send gifts to nursing home residents, and women who I know are trying to go back to work and gifts for homeless. I am just outraged that they have accused me of this. My credit score is over 700. I have never had anyone accuse me of not paying bills, etc. and I am not a high risk. Anyone who had any sense would know that it was a mistake because of the amount of money. also, I paid balance in full on XX/XX/XXXX when I realized the problem. I feel I have been treated unfairly especially with the credit card record I have with them. No one will even discuss with me on phone. Last time I tried was XX/XX/XXXX. I do not want them to in any way hurt my credit.

Consumer Complaint: This company tries to pass the blame off but under the fdcpa 15 usc 1692 was established to stop shady tactics the fair debt act also states that you are responsible for resolving desputes I have shown you that I never received a notice even bi your own records your state that you mailed a notice to a previous address of mine geniuses.. I have no family except my sons. So if you do not contact me in my location which is in violation of the debt act. Please remove your unlawfully debt my place of address was New York XXXX prison ..and I have seen plenty of guys getting notices even sued while in prison your company is just using unlawful and in ethical tactics. Which your company has document records of doing so..you have a known history of using unlawful tactics. So much you had to create a protection fund for class action settlements please remove your unlawful debt I have neither time or patient for litagation you will not receive any money from me.. please remove this debt.. I provided u a disposition copy from the XXXX XXXX XXXX stating I was in prison at the time of your purchase of this debt.. and yet you still try and pass this responsibility off to the credit reporting agency when its you making the illegal dispute .as I am sure no one took the time to do there jobs and search for me as it public record and the desposition of the court will show that I was in prison arrested on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX my sensitive credit report is also private and I never allowed or shared any of it with portfolio recovery. That alone is illegal. Please remove this debt. Your choosing to ignore the disposition from the court I provided in report XXXX. And are trying to pass the responsibility off to the reporting agency when you are respomsible to follow the law
