Consumer Complaint: I have auto-pay set up with XXXX for XXXX XXXX of each month. I made an extra payment in XXXX when I was alerted by XXXX of a credit decrease of XXXX points due to being over my credit limit. No alert or warning prior too. So, I called XXXX and made an extreme payment of {$100.00}. They didnt take out my auto-payment for XXXX on the XXXX of the month causing an over- credit limit of {$18.00} and my XXXX XXXX dropped XXXX points and so I made another extra payment of {$100.00} and my XXXX XXXX or dispute remains the same. Not fair! No alert again and they neglected to take out my auto pay affecting my XXXX XXXX. Its appearing that this is purposely being done. Help! Thank you!

Consumer Complaint: Hi. Thanks for your help. I've had a problem with XXXX reporting usage of my credit card with them for over a year. Yet when I call the company there is a remaining zero balance, no usage in several years and they told me in approx XX/XX/2022 they would correct the issue when it showed a 20 % usage and now the XXXX report I received today shows usage of over 50 % with a balance of over {$1000.00}! I don't have excact date I contacted them but can get the info if needed. I'm going to close the acct all together because this keeps happening.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX Collections is sending me to collections for an account for Discount Tire. I have never ever had these accounts or applied for any accounts with either of these companies. I have tried to dispute multiple times through the credit bureau but because the company says they are valid they listen. These are fraudulent charges and created by someone else or they are billing the incorrect person. They do not and should not have my information attached to anything and they will not remove it from my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: Synchrony Bank XX/XX/XXXX : after not receiving a notice for payment, i made the payment and asked to be put on autopay. My autopay should be approximately XXXX. I have always paid XXXX -- XXXX dollars more each month for over 24 months. On XX/XX/XXXX Synchrony Bank withdrew {$3800.00} dollars from my bank account and closed the account. That had paid it in full. We had a balance just over {$1000.00}. The bank has an account that paid {$2700.00}. That account charges fees and interest. I called my bank to have them cancel the incorrect withdrawal. Because it was Synchrony, they could not do that. They suggested I contact Synchrony. At first I could not log in because my account was closed. I found a way around that. After much searching, I found a number to call. Call 1 : The person I reached told me it would be 7 - 10 business days to return our money. I went to their XXXX site and saw where people were leaving comments about the same or similar thing happening to them. I left a message on there. A person called me and told me she would try to expedite the return because we had {$36.00} to last us in to XXXX. She said that it was a " SYSTEM ISSUE '' and we should get our money back in 14 days. She gave me a phone number with extension and her hours. Repeated calls have not been returned. I have had about 6 messages under their HELP section. The responses I have gotten back are almost form letters. They say it will be 7 - 10 days, and the latest ones say it will take at least 2 to 3 weeks. One said the account is closed, so they will have to send us a paper check. I have sent information on this to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I learned that they only contact the company and let the company handle it. The Synchrony card we have was for our XXXX heatpump. I understand this company owns over XXXX cards such as XXXX, QVC, Lowes, and the topper is Amazon. The financial devestation I have experienced has created problems with me mentally as well. Soon the electric company will turn off lights, and the phone company will shut off the phone. We traveled XXXX miles round trip to turn in out cable equipment to stop that autodraft. Our car gets XXXX mpg, gas is about {$3.00} a gallon. If you do the math, and take it out of our XXXX remaining dollars, you get the idea. I now know we are not alone. Please get them to handle this quicker. Fine them, suspend them, I do not know ; but action need to happen. Synchrony has major problems and has about ruined my family, my credit and since I can not get life saving medicine, they may have killed me. I have copies of the messages, my payment history etc but can not attach them currently.

Consumer Complaint: I had a Walmart card from SYNCHRONY BANK years ago however the card that they said I had ending in XXXX was never a card that was issued to me from Walmart. The card debt was sold to XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was never notified by Walmart that they sold the debt. I have no problem making a settlement or paying the debt. I need the correct information and also a copy of my application that was filled out by me. They also said I made payments they should be able to tell me what checking account number or bank that was used for payments on the. account or at least the correct account number. I have since been sent to a collection agency entitled XXXX located at XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX .The tel # for this company is XXXX. I did have a Walmart account but the card number is not the one that is stated in the documentation. If the Bank made a mistake they should be able to provide me with the correct information. I have requested copies of my Credit Report and the card number that they stated ending in XXXX was never issued to me or on my credit history. They want me to send in and affidavit and a Police Report, I have never said I had any identity issues, I have asked numerous times for the application that was completed by me with my signature and my payment history and all they have submitted to me is a letter stating the last payment received from me was XX/XX/XXXX. That was in the middle of the Pandemic and I know that I did not pay any payment to Walmart at that time. The account was supposedly charged off XX/XX/XXXX. I have no problem with clearing my debt or making arrangements on this debt providing I have correct documentation. I am XXXX XXXX XXXX and on XXXX XXXX. I sincerely hope this can be rectified soon.
