Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2022, received email stating I owed {$29.00}. plus to PayPal credit for purchase in XXXX. I emailed back indicating I never opened a credit account with PayPal nor made a purchase for {$29.00} in XXXX. Every month since, I have been receiving emails for increasing amounts with interest and penalties on this issue although I have written and phoned, spoken to to the Fraud department about this, had the case closed and reopened three times, through Synchrony Bank. Each time they claim their investigators have reviewed the case and I owe the amount, An no time has anyone from either PayPal or Synchrony Bank initiated a contact with me, even when I informed the managers at Synchrony that I had Excellent credit and had a prior experience with them that was very satisfactory in the thousands of dollars. I even asked them why, if commonsense prevailed, would I continue to object to a miniscule {$29.00} issue given my record. They had no answer and I continue to be billed, now for {$99.00}.

Consumer Complaint: The problem started because of a missed payment in XX/XX/2023. The nightmare stared 3 days after missing the payment. The bank started calling me 15 times a day every day for a few weeks. I was so stressed I decided to file a complaint with the XXXX XXXX XXXX. I tried negotiating with Synchrony Bank regarding my PayPal account. I asked for late and interest fees ( which I incurred through no fault of my own ) to be waived. I also asked Synchrony Bank to close my account once the account is paid in full. To date, theres been no resolution. Im asking for your help in resolving this matter. I want the late and interest fees waived so I can start making payments again and when the account is paid in full I want the account closed. I dont ever want to deal with this bank ever again. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 I purchased a business model called the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX through XXXX XXXX featuring its owner XXXX XXXX. I purchased a service where they set up everything to go as PARTNERS to sell affiliate marketing services. Mainly, a diet product. I followed all the requests to purchase additional tools and had given them access to them so they can do their part. I also followed all the trainings to set up the XXXX page required. We have been getting shut down while I have been wasting extra money on paid ads, the reason for the shutdowns I now find out is because they keep creating multiple profiles which is strictly forbidden by XXXX. For this reason, XXXX has shut down my Ad account and I can no longer or ever advertise with them for life for ANY products or services. I have brought all my complaints to the XXXX XXXX support team that is handling my partnership and all I get is the run around. They don't answer. I've posted my complaints on their community forums only to be told to contact support and weeks later I get answers. I keep getting bombarded with emails to purchase additional services to " make my partnership work ''. I was supposed to only pay for this {$1900.00} fee and that was it! The rest of the expenses on advertising is obviously extra but for them to have the nerve to not get my partnership going is just unbelievable. So many other members are complaining and having the same issues. They just ignore everyone and block or erase posts. I have lost enough already, I want this part refunded and this guy XXXX XXXX investigated by the Federal Trade Commission. Paypal Credit is the credit card I used to pay for this and has denied me a refund. They claim that I made a contract with them, I sure did... They did not come up with their part of it! Wasting time responding, having me schedule " call meetings '' that all of the sudden would get canceled all to just gain time on the refund time frame so they could just rob and trick me. They suggest bad practices that I will not go for. It has been more than 7 months already and they have not delivered. Unacceptable.

I receive first I was greeted by XXXX XXXX who said ohh she cant help she went and got someone who seem agitated and her position was oh corporate put a note on the account no online orders only in store and I need to verify. I asked her what would need to be verified and I am in store now, so how do we get past this impasse she say oh I dont know and turned and walked off I waited another 25 minutes for them to find a manager who came up his name was XXXX and I just happened to stop him because he was walking by me as if I didnt exist. he didnt states nobody told him nothing. Im not his problem, you know XXXX people do fraud. I could not believe it. He then turned and walked off on me. I stated to them I am in the store I am I have my ID what else do we need to verify and they refuse to assist me

Consumer Complaint: Synchrony strikes AGAIN! I am just so completely dumbfounded. I have had this complaint previously and they hide behind " we apply payments to promotions that are ending within 60 days '' WELL??? I have a promotion expiring XX/XX/2023 and XX/XX/2023. GUESS WHAT?? Synchrony applies {$98.00} of my payment to the promotion expiring XX/XX/2023. Once again, unless a consumer IS ON TOP OF THEIR GAME, LIKE I AM, Synchrony PURPOSES does this as a fatal default and UNJUST ENRICHMENT because they offers are DEFERRED INTEREST. If a consumer were to ignore this EGREGIOUS error the consumer would suffer a {$300.00} INTEREST CHARGE!!!!! Disgusting. This is on top of the fact that I did a return of merchandise to the retailer. Items purchased WERE within this very promotion, and when Synchrony processed the return they credited another promotional balance that the purchase was NOT made under. AGAIN. XXXX Synchrony, XXXX the consumer.

Consumer Complaint: I had missed a payment or two last year for this credit card. I had fully paid off the credit card in XXXX and it has a XXXX balance. The card is also closed there is no interest anymore. I had received late strikes in my credit for my this. I had disputed this several times and nothing has come out of it. I have noticed yet again that this company is still reporting it as late when its closed and is paid off. I want this company to stop reporting it and leave it. Since XXXX of 2022, I have been sending letters and even emails. Only one letter was responded too, never one email was ever responded too.

Consumer Complaint: I received a communication from Venmo that I was approved for a credit card on XX/XX/XXXX, but I never applied for the card. I then received an email that I was being shipped a Venmo credit card from Synchrony bank ( XX/XX/XXXX ). My Venmo account does not have a shipping/billing address associated with it, but I do have other cards through Synchrony. I believe that Venmo/Synchrony opened the account against my will and used my shipping information associated with my other accounts in order to send me a card to meet their quota ( the hallmarks of my case are very similar to that of the XXXX XXXX offense several years ago ). I called and was able to close the account so that the card can not be used when it arrives, but I do believe that the strike against my credit score was done without my consent.
