Stated claim was filed and investigation concluded, but no information available. Couldn't transfer me to Synchrony Customer Care. ( XXXX ) She stated she would contact them since I couldn't get through and request them to call me would call me. They did not call. XX/XX/XXXX Verified account balance and payment due now showing.. Called XXXX. Transferred to XXXX XXXX fraud investigations. Stated claim was denied. Letter sent on XX/XX/XXXX. I did not receive it. Checked USPS daily mail report via email. He said he would refile claim. I told him they were way past the deadline They need to reverse the charges. He refused. Said it was paid to XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. Could not provide any information such as name or address. XX/XX/XXXX Finally reach Synchrony customer service. They transferred me to Fraud XXXX. She transferred me to XXXX who said she was unable to assist me. She transferred me yo Investigation Manager. After being on the phone for 1 hour and 46 minutes, call got disconnected.

Consumer Complaint: I was approved for a Synchrony Bank Care Credit Card in XX/XX/XXXX. I made on time payments every month, and never missed any payments. My credit limit was {$9500.00} and my balance was about {$3800.00}. Synchrony Bank said they conduct an account review on everyone 's account every 6 months to determine if the need to make changes to the account. They decided to decrease my limit from {$9500.00} to {$4000.00} which put me over 30 % utilization causing my credit score to drop. Then in XX/XX/XXXX my bank account was compromised, I contacted Synchrony Bank to inform them before the payment was returned, instead of them allowing to make another payment, they closed my account XX/XX/XXXX for 1 returned payment. They followed up with closing my XXXX XXXX, and decreased my limit with American Eagle from {$500.00} to {$400.00} dollars, once again putting me over 30 % utilization. I have never had anything like this happen to me with any other creditor, they have treated me very unfair.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020 tmy family and I were looking for a new dentist to try out. We went to XXXX dental group and on my first visit, they signed me up for a care credit account. However, I never signed the original documents, authorizing the treatment plan or the terms of the care credit account. Care credit prepaid this dentist XXXX XXXX {$9600.00} in advance for dental work that He never did on me. I have contacted the dentist and care credit numerous times. I have disputed the charges with care credit three times over the last year. I have submitted documents, proving work was not done and the original merchant copy documents unsigned and unauthorized.. Care Credit is aware this dental work done on me and have seen my documentation However, they told me they can not force the dentist to give back the money. in the meantime, I am getting monthly bills for interest and. late fee charges and watching my credit rating go down the toilet. I had one procedure done there, which I am willing to fully pay.. my insurance already paid him XXXX after my first visit I decided he was not the dentist for me and my family and I never went back. also, during the dispute process, this dentist submitted falsified documents with my forged signatures.. I have the original unsigned documents in my possession, which I will submit. Trying to resolve this matter, XXXX XXXX only wants to refund {$4900.00} of the $ XXXX me {$7200.00} for XXXX visit including {$3000.00} insurance payment. He charged me for 3 procedures he never did @ {$550.00} x 3. I have told XXXX XXXX that I am willing to pay for the legitimate procedure he did on me.. according to XXXX XXXX XXXX billing statement. I owe {$1500.00} including the insurance payment of {$3000.00}.

They could not give me the full account number or what type of debt it was. Stated I owed and can make a payment plan with them. When I asked more questions my answers became " we just give courtesy calls we don't know anymore information ''. When I asked for the creditors information all I got was the name. I explained I don't owe any debts as I graduated a debt consolidation program. All I wanted was more information on the debt but they refused stating I will get a certified letter for court if court happened. XXXX misspoke several times on a recorded line and XXXX states they only collect creditor names and balances and call people considering she had no more information than that to give. Consumer Complaint: I received 2 voicemail messages telling me I was being sued. I called them back and was told the suit was a credit card debt that I didn't know about. I have no documentation of this debt. I told them I live completely off Social Security benefits. I was told that I needed to pay it and that 10 % of Social Security could be garnished if I didn't go on a payment plan. There is a Federal Law that says otherwise about protected income. To stop the lawsuit, they said they could put me on a " hardship '' status and would automatically take {$50.00} a month from my bank. I tried to find out what company they worked for. My interpretation was that they worked in a law firm. I found out later that they are a debt collector. I asked if the lawsuit had been filed. She said she could retrieve the paperwork on the suit from her computer so it wouldn't be filed ( This doesn't sound like it makes any sense ). They scared me enough that I gave them my credit card information. They immediately took out {$50.00}. I was then told if I stopped paying, they would sue me. I don't know why I agreed to this without any paperwork about the debt. I tried filing a complaint with the XXXX in Florida but they were not in the database. I tried to fill in the info about this company but they do not list a street address and this is needed by the XXXX to make a complaint. I looked everywhere for this info and couldn't find it. There website is very uninformative XXXX XXXX XXXX. They are located in XXXX, CA. I called the XXXX in California and they couldn't find an address either. I think this is a nefarious business picking on the elderly who are just trying to get by. I cancelled my credit card. If they sue me, I will bring the Federal Laws regarding garnishment with me. They can't take my car because I don't own one.

Consumer Complaint: I stopped by XXXX in XXXX of XX/XX/2023 and purchases a shirt with a XXXX $ amount, the cashier person was too insist to issuing me a credit card with no annual fees, I did reject XXXX times by that time he request my ID to see if I am eligible for the credit when I knew that the Id is for this process I request my ID back and refused of any kind for such activity, after that date I start receiving a " pre-approval '' mails to my mailbox every XXXX week and when I open the mail it says " you have pre approved for the credit card and register now if you want and if you don't just ignore this mail you have till XXXX XXXX '' which I did reject the mail and not signed up or didn't do any actions. At the end of XX/XX/XXXX I received a notification that I am using all the credit on the card, I was shocked I did reach out to my bank to the police department stations near me and I did explain everything and the card issuer stooped the card. The issuing company for the card told me that the thief purchases with XXXX $ was buying a furniture! How can I received a credit card I didn't request and how can someone received the card on my behalf and open the mail.? I did not receive the card and I did not receive any notifications or email or anything! How can someone use a credit card under my name and verify it and use it! The company called the furniture shop that the thief purchase from and they did reply '' we don't use any CCTV ''.!!! How can Marshals group hire some cashier that is not capable of and provide a false information and lied to the customer. Fortunately I have my receipt with XXXX $ and the paper from the cashier that she did signed it with her hands and she was asking me for a good survey and her name also.
