Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX closed my account because according to them I was not using it often enough. The problem I have with that is it dropped my credit score by XXXX points. I was in the middle of obtaining a loan and I no longer qualified for and have not been able to get. I need for your bureau to redefine what that means how that can be corrected and see how it impacts people 's credit when the creditor has been paid all that the person utilized from them. A creditor closing an account for that reason should NEVER be allowed to transfer into HARM by making a negative impact on anyone 's credit when they do not choose or need to use a card by a specific time, which was offered to them. I paid off that bill and others on time every time for a reason. That is one reason so many Americans are in debt, based on bad legislation and allowing companies to control policies to keep getting paid. Right now they have caused me undue harm and punishing me by the impact on my credit. I need you to speak to congress to make it illegal for the credit bureau to lower credit scores because you have not utilized a credit card in a while that is forcing us to give companies our money when we do not need their services.?? Why are you allowing this esp. In times like this who wants to be forced to purchase things just to hold up companies even when you do not have a current need just to have more bills. This drop, increased my utilization rate and lowered my score preventing me from the credit that I needed to get. Now it is putting my project at a stand still as well this is unfair and should be illegal it is forcing us to work more to pay for thing we don't need. It is a system parallel to slavery which is controlled by the credit card companies and the credit bureau. The credit bureau and that company needs to be held accountable for even instituting that conspiracy to keep people spending or have them paying a price for not spending with them. You need to do something to fix this mechanism and force the credit bureau to replace those scores and to not have the approved credit amounts to be removed from anyone 's credit. The economy needs to flow it can't flow if people can't borrow because they paid off old debt until money is available again. If a person closes an account they no longer want the credit bureau should reflect the level of credit they were approved and the length of time they had the card and it should never become a negative impact credit hit to lower anything it should just be silent or if anything it should reflect a paid as agreed and be a positive on the report that can not be removed for seven years.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I used my Synchrony XXXX XXXX XXXX acct ending in XXXX to put a down payment of {$1500.00} on a condo for rent for the following year. In XX/XX/XXXX I had to cancel that reservation and the company XXXX XXXX had a policy to only credit the bankcard which was used to make the original payment. Id informed them that the account was no longer in service since XXXX XXXX had changed from Synchrony Bank to using XXXX and that a new card/account was created ( XXXX ending XXXX XXXX with XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX insisted that was the way they had to do it and on XX/XX/XXXX made a credit to the XXXX acct ending in XXXX to Synchrony Bank of {$1300.00}. To this day I have not received that money and having called both Synchrony and XXXX on several occasions, I have gotten the run around and claims by your employees that no such account has ever existed. As you can see from the attachments/enclosures there actually was a XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX account with Synchrony ending in XXXX which was billed on XX/XX/XXXX for the deposit to Midnight Cove. I paid the credit card bill in full ( {$2200.00} ) on XX/XX/XXXX from my personal checking account via an electronic payment ending in XXXX. I am asking that you reimburse me the money that was credited to your bank by XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$1300.00} with direct deposit or bank check as soon as possible. It has now been over 60 days since the credit was made by XXXX XXXX bank and I have seen nothing and no one from your institution is willing to help me remedy this. You may speak with the XXXX XXXX, XXXX, at XXXX XXXX at XXXX who can attest to the fact that the account ending in XXXX was indeed credited the money in the amount of {$1300.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. Consumer Complaint: Ive already talked to Rooms 2 Go for years about this credit card that my son opened with my name and used without my permission due to injuries sustained while in the serving in the military I was left unable to take care of myself and was at the mercy of my family who multiple people opened account in my name without my permission. This is my supporting details additional information for my most recent dispute. I have been disputing this extra charge for a refrigerator that I did not order in XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX 18-month promotion and sale on refrigerators at PC Richards here in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. where I always made my electronic and appliance purchases. I purchased two refrigerators one for my mom that I paid immediately and one for myself with the 18 month promotion. In XX/XX/XXXX on my PC Richards card also was a charge for a TV that was a six month promotion that I was not advised of the time limit I thought also was part of the 18 month promotion. When I realized that there was interest being charged on my balance. I called the store and spoke to the manager XXXX. As this was the time of XXXX, we spoke about the TV promotion. She extended that six more months so I can pay that off. With this click you will see she added another refrigerator without the extended promo. I believe this was just a mistake that could have and should have been taken care of right away. And or explained to me in detail that this was a correct charge that I was mistaken. I was told many times it was removed but always on my next bill..
