Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX me and my husband made a home furniture purchase at Rooms To Go totaling {$2500.00}. They charged {$800.00} on his XXXX XXXX card and they charged the remaining balance {$1700.00} to my rooms to go synchrony card. The goods were never delivered to our home and XXXX year later XX/XX/XXXX we cancelled the entire order and were advised we would get a refund back. My husband did confirm that in XX/XX/XXXX he did get a {$800.00} refund back from rooms to go on his XXXX card. However, the remaining {$1700.00} was never credited back to my card or store credit. Synchrony bank spoke to the rooms to go representative from the XXXX XXXX location together with me on the phone explaining they sent the {$1700.00} back to synchrony and synchrony stated that they only have the charge processed but there was no refund or statement credit ever issued. Rooms to go provided us statement of the order proving what I wrote above and synchrony said the only thing that we can do is open up a dispute for the {$1700.00} and provide them the statement that rooms to go provided. I did exactly what they told me and after XXXX month their final decision was to not give us the refund. so here we are, we paid for furniture that we never received and we even have documented proof that they were refunded but they do not care.

The email I will be attaching states that my credit card will be closed with reasons which were included, none of these reasons apply to this specific store card. I have never used more than 30 % of my card and have always paid my card on time and feel Im being wrongfully targeted due to my ethnicity. And with these actions which will be detrimental to my credit during these very difficult times. For such a large company to move forward like this on XXXX customers is wrong and should be looked into when making one to feel like a 2nd class citizen.

The original creditor informed me I would not be responsible for this bill and it had been made in error, shortly after the bill was later turned over to a collection company for the amount of {$1100.00}. I spoke with the company stating that I was told I was not responsible for this bill by the original creditor for which they responded it was too late now and I needed to pay it. I proceeded to dispute this charge on my credit report but I feel they did not do a thorough investigation and allowed the charge to remain in collections. I would also like to complain about the following companies reporting late payments after payment arrangements were made with their reps. I was told due to hardship late payments would NOT reflect on my report and reporting would be remain in good standing. Consumer Complaint: My Payments are due on the XXXX of the month, and on XX/XX/XXXX I noticed I was charged a late fee in XXXX even though I paid on the XXXX of the month. On XX/XX/XXXX I logged on to make a payment and I noticed that in XXXX, again I was charged a late fee. I called TJX Rewards @ XXXX and I asked why I was charged a late fee again when I make my payments early NOT late. I was told they can not reimburse my or credit my account as they can only do that ONCE per year. I shared that their automated attendant suggests you make your payment 7 days early and I make them about XXXX to make sure they are posted and they are posted, so WHY do they keep charging me a late fee? I would like an audit of my account and for TJ-Maxx to realize they are erroneously charging me and to credit my account. I can not see XXXX statements, and I don't ' know how long this has been going on. I don't know if they are reporting me to the credit agencies. I will check my credit. Thank you for your assistance.
