Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I was alerted that a application i did for care credit had been denied due to a previous applicaiton being approved. I never recieved any approval notices or cards in the mail. I calle Synchrony card services/care credit to resolve the matter they stated that someone opened a card with my social and a different name. They assured me that account would be closed and they if I sbmitted a new application they would " manually approve it '' and apologized for the inconvienece after several transfers and talking to several different reps I completed a new application over the phone as i was instructed to do, they denied it and said that decision was final depsite what the fraud rep told me. Then upon checking for more information on how someone could open an account with my social and not my name they said they cant give me any information and to check with the credit burea. They handled to sitiuation poorly every rep gave me different information continuaslly tranferred me to the wrong departments and I completed another application with them which palced an inquiry on my credit only to be denied after their rep said it would be apporved as long as I completed a new application which every rep after that told me they cant manually approve anything despite more than one rep stating they would do so.

This is all equivalent to a police report as well. This is my second request to you to remove these fraudulent accounts from all three of the credit bureaus before I take legal action. Send the validation of these accounts as well with your response back to this complaint. I want the account name, account balance, past due amount, and date of last activity verified and provided to me as well.

Consumer Complaint: Syncrony Bank Dispute acct ending - XXXX To whom this may concern, I have been trying to dispute this charged amount by XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX. Since they put the charge through approximately XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I signed and I will submit the original papers I signed for {$5300.00}, at the time two employees went over all paperwork with me. I gave them {$4700.00} in cash down as they would want not take more cash than that. We concluded the transaction and because of the size of the box of the machine my father had to pick this up. Which he did. At the time he picked up the machine the workers made comments to him about why I had so much cash, to which he made a joke then explained I had worked 14-16 hours a day, 7 days a week to build a business and he was proud of me for saving so much. That night XXXX mins before they were closing they left me a voicemail message saying they were ripping up my contract and I needed to resign for more Money approximately {$4900.00} More. This was after delivery, after the contract was signed. I contacted a lawyer who contacted them and they refused to speak to him. I signed a contract for {$5300.00}, they had XXXX employees go over the whole contract and entire financing of 60 months equal payments, no interest. After business hours they emailed me a second unsigned contract, for their new adjusted amount I have the original contract which I will send you can see my own unique signature, plus it is in a light blue, my contract is signed ( dated and timed at the top left of the paperwork ). XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, did not submit the contract I signed. I find it hard to believe they would say there was a mistake given two women went over the entire contract. This was unlawfully changed and sent to Synchrony Bank. Synchrony Bank has refused to do anything and they have sided with the merchant, it is important to also note, that part of the machine a {$990.00} stand for this embroidery machine has never been sent to me but it was part of my purchase. I have made the required payments regardless of this fraudulent and questionable business practices by XXXX XXXX XXXX Co and Synchrony Bank as well. No other store could you walk in make a large purchase like diamond earrings and then after you leave with the earrings they decide to charge you double, or as in this case take away a sale still going on for XXXX XXXX which was on their website until the next day it was removed. They have perpetrated fraud against me and the bank has not stopped the retail stores fraudulent business practices. If someone else signed my name in any other paperwork that is more than {$5300.00} that is fraud, which I will pursue as well. I have kept each and every document from the sale and additional correspondence and I have yet to see a satisfactory conclusion to this matter. A company can not sign a contract, let the customer take delivery of a product and then decide to raise the price of the contract. At this point I am also filing a complaint today with the Missouri Attorney General, in this case with XXXX XXXX XXXX company. This company has acted in bad faith, against the rule of law, and they are in violation of contract law, as well as if anyone signed my name to any other document they committed fraud within this contract. I respectfully submit all documentation for your review and ask you to correct my original bill to {$5300.00} minus all payments made. I have unsuccessfully tried to work with Synchrony Bank, they wont tell me why they believe this is a valid transaction. They just deny the dispute, I need help with someone following the rule of law, I appreciate your help and attention to this matter, as I would like to remain a loyal and good client of Synchrony Bank, however this needs proper investigation. Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of XXXX I submitted a payment which took their system several days to process, when it finally withdrew from my account it was over charged and the payment sent back. I immediately paid the bill that month. Now XX/XX/XXXX just shy of one full year I submitted payment for XXXX on XXXX XXXX with sufficient funds to pay. Four days later payment processed and I was unfortunately XXXX short and the payment returned. Once I was informed I moved money over and immediately paid it off again. Now my account has been closed even though I have faithfully paid every month and rectified every misstep. I am actively rebuilding my Credit and the company closing my account has a negative impact. I'm honestly appalled that your company is so un flexible and not willing to work with someone who has never missed a payment and has fixed all two issues I've had in a year. I am human and sometimes make a simple mistake which is immediately fixed, why will your company not show me the same courtesy I have shown it by correcting my mistakes. Why actively penalize someone for something so small? I understand I am under contract and what your legal paperwork says, I'm asking you to be human and look at the reality of the situation and not to hide behind a contract with someone who faithfully pays their bills.

Consumer Complaint: I purchase a refurished XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX my Pay Pal Credit. The phone has never connected to my XXXX in my auto. Also people on the other end of the phone line can not hear me. First, I thought it was the building, I then purchase a XXXX and I have no problem. I file a dispute with XXXX XXXX back in XX/XX/XXXX. They denied the dispute. I have appealed the dispute twice. They still denied it. I sent a letter from XXXX XXXX sales manager, explaining to them that the phone had issues, the phone would not pair to my vehicle. I also sent the sales receipt showing that I had to purchase a new XXXX cell phone. The appeal still was denied. I am shipping the phone back to Synchrony Bank. I will not continue to pay for the cell phone. I car would not start at my job. I tried call an individual, they were on the other end of the phone line, yet could not hear me talking to them. This phone was left outside in the winter weather, it was days before I discovered that the phone were hidden in my flower bed. Therefore the box was wet. I will be shipping this phone back to Synchrony Bank.

Consumer Complaint: I had a purchase that was 18 months no interest equal payments. I paid a LARGE portion of the amount off in XXXX. I called after making the payment and asked for a reduction in the minimum payment amount. The lady I spoke with told me they could adjust and it would take up to three billing cycles. I called today and I spoke with three different people. NONE OF THEM spoke english. One lady could barely understand me because her dog was barking in the background. Finally I got to a supervisor who basically told me they would not adjust it. His name ( XXXX XXXX told me that its equal payments for 18 months. I said I realize that but at the rate of payment it would be paid off in 5 months leaving almost 10 months where there would be no payment because it would be paid off. I have indicated to them that the minimum payment as is ( which is still calculated over the original total and not adjusting for the large amount ) more than I can afford right now. I have asked for the payment to be adjusted. They have refused. I then asked for the promotion to be ended and I will pay the interest. They have refused. I just need the minimum payment lowered. Please help me.
