Consumer Complaint: Hello My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX .I having a lot of issues with my credit report because I do have a XXXX brother who does not have a social security number and all his account are been mixed with my credit report. I already called the companies involved and the 3 credit bureaus to explain this and provide proper identification of both of us to them but the problem continues and new accounts for my brother keep showing on my report. I has been over 3 years with this issue. I need help, please. IDs, social security for my self have been send to all the buraus as well for my brother his IRS letter ( ITIN # ) and his driver license was enclosed for there review and we still having issues, this situation have become a big stressful issue since this has prevent me to obtain a mortgage because of this items not my showing on my report over and over again after disputes has been summited multiple times. This also affected me with my car insurance & IRS as well Also I have contacted XXXX company and all documentation re-send it to all parties involve and still not resolve as yet need this to be over.

Consumer Complaint: I made a purchase on my PC Richard & Sons card with a 12 month deferred interest term. However upon checking my statements, it appears i've been charged all of the deferred interest on XX/XX/XXXX AND two months of interest thereafter. Despite the fact that I should have had several more months before it kicked in. I would like all of these interest charges waived as they are not what I agreed to at the time of purchase and synchrony is engaging in deceptive and predatory lending tactics. When the initial fridge arrived, it was the wrong one. So PC Richards issued a refund and processed an order for a new fridge, however now the Synchrony agent I spoke to is telling me that 12 months deferred interest does not apply to this new fridge. I was never informed anything changed and this is completely unacceptable. You can not just change terms on an agreement because of the retailer 's error. I should have received the 12 months deferred interest and I was never told it was changing. I attempted to provide the Synchrony agent with my receipt from the original purchase, but they stated they aren't able to receive attachments.

Consumer Complaint: I purchased hearing XXXX from sams club and they are telling me that a check for {$1000.00} was not received by Synchron.I then went to my bank and obtained a copy of the check in question the front of the check and the back of the check and it states the check cleared.I have sent Synchrony all the information many times.I also sent the information certified and regular mail on several occasions.After they decide to credit my account the {$1000.00} then they will owe me $ XXXX believe that all this confusion happened because synchrony bank XXXX XXXX XXXX credit which I sent certified mail [ XXXX pages ] all the checks to [ front and back ] and they all cleared. I received no response from XXXX and multiple responses from synchrony bank.

Consumer Complaint: In 2021, I opened a AmazonStoreCard through synchrony bank, and have been using that card cents. However, on the exact same date, that card was opened a duplicate card was created not to my knowledge until recently when I found out the duplicate card had two late payments from an amount of {$16.00} of something that I did not charge to the account. Every time I login the separate account does not show up nor have I ever received a credit card for it or knowledge that it was opened until I checked my credit report to find late payments. I contacted the company and they told me that they are not able to fix this even though it was obviously an error on the bank side sent a duplicate account was opened on the exact same day, not to my knowledge.

Consumer Complaint: Synchrony bank reduce my Sam 's club available credit from XXXX to XXXX. The bank reasons were as followed. XXXX. My debt to available credit ratio was too high. At the time my debt to available credit was 17 %, well below the 30 % that credit counselors recommend not to exceed. XXXX. That the amount owed on mortgages had not been paid down enough from the time they were taken out. I only have XXXX mortgage and I have been current for the past XXXX years. XXXX. Too many credits inquire. In XX/XX/2023 I purchased a vehicle. The dealership sent out inquires to many finance companies and banks. As a consumer I should not be penalized for seeking the best term and interest rate. Finally, Synchrony bank ignored the fact the I was never late on payments, and generally paid the balance off each month.
